“Miranda was absolutely amazing. We worked with her for a year to plan for our Sonoma wedding. She was recommended from a friend whose wedding she also planned and it was stunning. Even though she was not from the Sonoma area, she did an amazing job finding everything from the venue, to the vendors, photographer, and DJ. She has great attention to detail and really makes you feel at ease in the planning process. We had absolutely no idea what we wanted or what we were doing, but she made both me and my husband way less stressed on every matter. We even had a last minute DJ issue and she found us a new one right away. She helped set up food tastings and made sure we were on track for the big day in terms of seating charts and other small details. The wedding was perfect and she did a fantastic job telling us exactly what to do and where to be. She even helped my brother, the officiant, with what he was suppose to say during the ceremony, as this was his first time officiating. She did the signage, decor, literally everything and alleviated all the stress and jitters on our day. I couldn’t recommend her enough to plan and help on your day. I’d hire her again ten times over! I was so stressed throughout the wedding planning process and she helped keep me on track, even provided guidance on other things like getting our marriage license and tipping etiquette. We added on a design package with her and I am SO glad we did because she brought my vision to life in the best way! I didn't even know how to explain what I wanted a lot of the time but she took what I gave her and ran with it. “Reagan and I worked together for a wedding this summer in La Jolla where Reagan was the planner and I performed on Saxophone, Piano, and DJ/Emcee'd. There were a lot of moving parts with guests parking at the reception, taking trolleys to the ceremony at The Wedding Bowl at Cuvier Park, then trolleys back to the reception at La Valencia Hotel. Our couple had an epic and specific vision and Reagan did a great job organizing so many different vendors to achieve this vision! Every time I connected with Reagan throughout the planning process and the day-of, she was super calm, down-to-earth, and easy to team up with :) This isn't always true with planners! At the end of the night, everything had been absolutely amazing and the couple and their families enjoyed a huge, amazing, and super special party. Rad times! :)”

“Carolyn was a god send for us in so many ways. We recently had a very DIY wedding with 120 guests, so as you can imagine there was a TON of work involved. Carolyn was with us every step of the way, from booking vendors, negotiating contracts, to-do lists, timeline and floorplans, you name it. But where she really shined is once we were there with her on the property. We had a million little details to think about and Carolyn was on top of it all. Many times before I even had to ask. She gave us the capability to actually relax and enjoy ourselves in the days leading up to the wedding, which we expected we would have had to be working the whole time. “I'll be honest: I almost didn't write this review because I figured my wife would handle it. But Angela deserves to hear from the groom too. Wedding planning is one of those processes where you don't fully appreciate what your planner is doing until something goes wrong... and with Angela, nothing did. At least not that we knew about. That's the point. From our first interactions, it was clear Angela was more than just organized. Any planner can be "organized." Angela was *meticulous.* The timeline she built for our wedding was one of the most impressive planning documents I've ever seen: detailed, comprehensive, and thorough enough to even include outstanding balances and due dates for every vendor. She knew every contract detail better than we did. Maybe even better than the vendors who wrote the contracts! Looking at it, I remember thinking: "ohhh, this is why people hire planners." Angela didn’t just execute. She had taste and judgment. When our programs didn't fit the napkins as planned, she didn't just solve the problem. She came up with a solution that looked better than the original. When the rental company showed up with one too few tables, she rearranged things so seamlessly that no one noticed. As the groom, I can tell you: I felt completely taken care of. I could exhale and enjoy my day. I cannot overstate how *valuable* that was. Angela has this rare ability to run everything on a precise schedule while improvising masterfully when the moment calls for it. Equal parts conductor and jazz musician. If something went wrong at our wedding, I still don't know about it. That's Angela. Hire her before someone else does.”

“Where do I even start!? Bryce completely blew us away! “I could not be more thrilled to recommend Kate at Timeless Ties! As someone who was on the fence between a traditional wedding and eloping, Timeless Ties helped me envision and craft an immensely beautiful and special wedding. It encapsulated every bit of love and the joy of sharing the beginning of a lifetime together with our dearest friends. Leading up to the wedding, Kate was intentional about connecting with my fiance and I multiple times to help us plan through all relevant details for preparation. She walked me through her comprehensive wedding planning documents and to develop a wedding timeline. The planning documents included details regarding important contacts, space to assign wedding tasks, and so much more. She connected with wedding vendors, and was especially helpful in connecting with and working with the wedding venue. Timeless Ties even referred us to our dream photographer! On the day of the wedding rehearsal, Kate came for several hours. She helped map out all of the important placement and transitional elements, directed the rehearsal, worked with our DJ, and helped with so many other details. I was unaware of many things that came up in the last minute because Kate handled them all graciously and independently, giving me space to truly be present with family and friends at our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, and on our wedding the following day. On the wedding day, Kate and her assistant coordinator arrived earlier than I did. Kate is the kind of person who leads by example and hard work; she spent hours setting up chairs, tables, placements, and arranging DIY decor. She worked well with our vendors and was the main point of contact for them the entire day. Kate was the maestro for our timeline and kept everything running according to schedule. During cocktail hour, she and a small team that she led completely changed the main grassy area from a ceremony set up to dinner set up. I wouldn't have changed a thing! If there were any snags in the day, I never knew about them as Kate handled everything. Kate is not only deeply competent, organized, and professional, but an absolute joy to work with. She cared deeply about the vision and priorities my fiance and I had in our wedding, really listened to understand what mattered to us, and spent the time to talk through any potential logistic conflicts to help us have a true understanding of the situation and all of the options available to us. Kate remained a calming presence throughout the wedding day, even as she managed so many details, which truly helped me stay present and able to soak in the day as well. Kate is kind, so positive, and connected with my family and friends. “I hired Zoe for day of coordination but she was instrumental to an amazing wedding day. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend!! On a day when you give your vendors complete trust, she made me feel super assured that everything would go smoothly and she would create a beautiful setting. She was such a calming presence on the day. I had help from my family in the wedding planning process but for day of coordination she helped in creating the timeline, ensuring it went smoothly, decor set up and breakdown, and much more. She’s involved heavily about a month before the wedding but she was very proactive in her duties even before then. On the wedding day when we strayed away from the timeline she was there coordinate with vendors and guests to make the transition so seamless our guests didn’t even notice. She had set up all of the decor and even went above and beyond to create a romantic setting. Her creative touch truly added a little magic. As a perfectionist sometimes she exceeded my expectations! “Our venue required a Day of Wedding Coordinator. I chatted with a few but could not find the right fit. Thankfully I found Rachel! We clicked right away. She understood exactly what I wanted and needed. We met with her and Christina for our rehearsal and they made everything so easy. Even got a little surprise for my daughter! The day of the event I did not worry about anything. Christina ensured everything was set up, ready and running smoothly. I was most worried about not being able to enjoy my wedding because of the logistics. But thankfully all was well managed and we had the best day! We were relaxed and able to fully be in our wedding!
