As soon as I shared my vision/theme with Katie, she was able to share her ideas and really brought the theme to life. “We had the pleasure of working with Robyn and Katie as our day-of coordinators, and they were fantastic! They were organized, attentive, and professional, all while being friendly, calm, and easy to work with - the perfect combination for one of the most stressful days of your life! Even before the wedding, Robyn & Katie helped out immensely with a solid kick off call to get the ground running, hair dresser recommendations, and handling any last minute items that popped up week-of with the vendors. Our venue was historic and required specific insurance requirements that R&R Collective was proactive in making sure they met. On our wedding day, they handled set-up and take-down flawlessly, and kept our vendors and timeline on track while still allowing us the space and flexibility to adjust for any last-minute desires. “I contacted Terri, at TMF, to discuss my daughter’s upcoming bridal shower and she was amazing! I had a few ideas of what I was looking for and she understood what I was imagining and really refined what I was thinking and converted my few thoughts into a cohesive theme and a beautiful event for my daughter! “I can't say enough great things about Miranda and her team! From our first conversation, we immediately connected with her and she already felt like a friend. She quickly understood our vision for our wedding and what was important to us. She encouraged us to make it very personal and unique--she never shot down any weird ideas we might've had but also brought an experienced perspective, while also keeping us on track with all of the little details and scheduling. She was so well-organized and professional while also keeping things stress-free, light, and fun. There were no questions too big, too small, or too personal with all the drama that can come with such a big event. Miranda was easy to reach via text/email, and took the initiative to reach out and schedule check-ins when needed to make sure we stayed on track with the huge to-do list that comes with a wedding. Her vendor recommendations & other suggestions were awesome, but she also respected a couple of the areas where we found our own vendors with no questions asked. She truly helped us get every detail settled, down to the napkins and our catering order details. She took all the stress off once we got to the month of and leading up to the wedding day, confirming with our vendors so we didn't have to worry about it whatsoever. Our wedding day went seamlessly thanks to her--it sounds cliche but it was the most fun and beautiful day ever and we were able to really enjoy it thanks to Miranda. We couldn't have asked for a better planner and I would recommend her to anyone getting married in the SD area! She also helped us with signage for the day-of and did a beautiful job at a super reasonable price.”

I have been officially working as a professional wedding planner since 2017. My love of all things weddings and events began at an early age. I worked at a country club in the summers before my freshman and sophomore year of college, I worked on the food and beverage staff which included being a banquet server, and can you guess which was my favorite shift to work, you guessed it, the weddings. “Reagan and I worked together for a wedding this summer in La Jolla where Reagan was the planner and I performed on Saxophone, Piano, and DJ/Emcee'd. There were a lot of moving parts with guests parking at the reception, taking trolleys to the ceremony at The Wedding Bowl at Cuvier Park, then trolleys back to the reception at La Valencia Hotel. Our couple had an epic and specific vision and Reagan did a great job organizing so many different vendors to achieve this vision! Every time I connected with Reagan throughout the planning process and the day-of, she was super calm, down-to-earth, and easy to team up with :) This isn't always true with planners! At the end of the night, everything had been absolutely amazing and the couple and their families enjoyed a huge, amazing, and super special party. Rad times! :)”

“If you are undecided on a coordinator, just stop here. Carolyn made our wedding day the most perfect stress free experience. Any hiccups that happened she took care of without having my husband and I getting involved to worry. She communicated with us monthly up until the wedding to make sure we were on track with getting everything done and always offered to help with anything if we needed it. The timeline she made for us was perfect. We even finished early with pictures before our ceremony giving us even more time than intended to touch up and relax before the big moment. From the moment we booked with them, I felt completely supported, cared for, and confident that our wedding was in good hands. The planning process: Stephanie is very professional, organized, and knowledgeable. She was always one step ahead and made what could have been an overwhelming planning process feel manageable and enjoyable. One of the biggest advantages of working with her is how well-connected she is within the San Diego wedding industry. Her package included monthly check-ins and access to Aisle Planner, which kept us organized and on track throughout the entire planning process. Her packages also include using decor in her inventory which was another huge perk! The wedding day: Jenn and Steven were amazing to work with. I DIY'ed all my florals, and I greatly appreciated their help in executing this (i.e. efficiently transporting 100 floral arrangements from my hotel to the venue the morning of the wedding as well as arranging them at the venue). I also want to highlight Jenn's calm presence and exceptional problem-solving skills. A few unexpected issues came up involving our vows and my dress, but Jenn quickly stepped in with thoughtful solutions. I can confidently say she saved the day multiple times. “Planning a wedding from across the country felt overwhelming at times, but working with Olivia Johnson at Amor Atelier made the entire process so much easier. We booked her 90-day coordination package for our wedding at Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego, and it ended up being one of the best decisions we made. From our very first consultation, Olivia stood out. She didn’t treat the call like a sales pitch — she took the time to genuinely get to know us, understand our vision, and learn what mattered most to us. We immediately felt like she cared about making our wedding special, even though we were only booking the 90-day package. She also has a fantastic eye for design and quickly understood the overall look and feel I wanted for the wedding. Throughout the planning process, Olivia was incredibly organized, proactive, and responsive. She helped guide us through decisions when we were feeling indecisive or getting close to deadlines. Even though vendor sourcing technically wasn’t part of our package, she still went out of her way to help us find both our florist and my makeup artist. Her recommendations were spot on — especially our florist, who was able to execute our vision beautifully while staying within our budget. On the wedding day, Olivia and her team handled everything seamlessly. She managed the timeline, coordinated vendors, oversaw setup and breakdown, and shielded us from any stress so we could fully enjoy the day. When plans had to change on the spot, she stayed calm, flexible, and kept everything moving smoothly. At one point during the wedding I wasn’t feeling well, and Olivia immediately stepped in to support me and help come up with solutions so the day could continue comfortably. She also helped us make thoughtful decisions in real time — for example, when our photographer and videographer started going over their scheduled time, she clearly explained our options and helped us extend just long enough to capture dancing footage without adding unnecessary costs. By the day of the wedding, I trusted Olivia completely. She and her assistants were always available for whatever we needed, and everything ran incredibly smoothly because of them. She even made sure all of our personal items were carefully packed and brought back to our room after the event. Our venue required us to hire a planner, and initially we planned to choose the least expensive option because we felt confident handling most things ourselves. I’m so glad we didn’t. Olivia filled in so many gaps we didn’t even realize existed and brought creativity, problem-solving, and a calm professionalism that made a huge difference. If you’re considering working with Olivia, I cannot recommend her enough. She was thoughtful, organized, calming, and truly invested in making our wedding day the best it could possibly be. We genuinely could not have done it without her.”

“Sam was absolutely spectacular in coordinating the reception for our wedding. She went through great lengths to ensure that all the details of the venue (Eden Oaks Ranch) exceeded the vision we had. Sam provided wonderful guidance to build out an appropriate timeline with flexibility for unexpected bumps in the road. She was also fantastic in providing us with shopping lists of supplies we would need to provide for a well-rounded bar selection, which would be enough for our guests to enjoy during the entire event. Sam made sure to coordinate all the vendors and staff like an orchestra, which allowed us to have a great time at our wedding. Overall, Sam has several years of experience in the wedding planning/coordinating industry and she really brought her A-game to show it. My husband and I are truly grateful to have found Sam for our wedding, she is a gem!”

“Our venue required a Day of Wedding Coordinator. I chatted with a few but could not find the right fit. Thankfully I found Rachel! We clicked right away. She understood exactly what I wanted and needed. We met with her and Christina for our rehearsal and they made everything so easy. Even got a little surprise for my daughter! The day of the event I did not worry about anything. Christina ensured everything was set up, ready and running smoothly. I was most worried about not being able to enjoy my wedding because of the logistics. But thankfully all was well managed and we had the best day! We were relaxed and able to fully be in our wedding! I cannot thank them enough. For anyone getting married, they are a must!”
