I'm a lifelong planner with a genuine love for logistics, systems, and making sure every detail lands exactly where it should. I planned my own wedding, including the rehearsal dinner, from the ground up in just three months, and I bring that same calm, organized energy to every couple I work with. I offer day-of and month-of coordination, stepping in to handle vendors, timelines, and setup so you can actually be present in your day instead of managing it. Based in San Diego, currently taking on a limited number of weddings each season.

I'm not running a big-box operation, when you work with me, you're working directly with me, start to finish. I got into this because I loved planning my own wedding so much I didn't want to stop, not because I'm trying to scale a brand. That means real attention to your specific day, quick communication, and someone who's genuinely invested in how your wedding actually feels, not just how it runs on paper.

Description

I offer both Day-Of and Month-Of coordination, Month-Of is my most common package. Day-Of starts at $500 (up to 8 hours), Month-Of starts at $800 and includes vendor confirmation calls, timeline building, and rehearsal support starting 4–6 weeks out. I'm the single point of contact on your wedding day so you can just be present.

    Keilani is incredible!

    Keilani helped me plan my proposal and she was extremely helpful through it all. She checked in often and was always very intentional in her support. She was always willing to let me bounce ideas off her and never once made me feel like I was planning this alone. When I told her there was something I wanted to be included in the proposal, she made sure to help get it done, while also providing her own insight and suggestions. Keilani is also very creative and helped me think of things to enhance the day that I wouldn’t have thought of on my own. I’m so grateful I had her help through the whole process, and will be consulting her often as my fiancé and I plan our wedding!

    Keilani is AMAZING!!

    I am a terrible planner and very indecisive. When I came to planning my graduation party, something I really wanted to do, I quickly became overwhelmed until I found Keilani! She helped me plan from start to finish, making it the most perfect, beautiful day. She had so many great ideas on what decor should go around and on tables, food options and how to make it all happen. She was there for every part of the process and made my life SO much easier! It was a stress free day because she had everything taken care of. Preparation and set up was so smooth and even help clean and reorganize. 10/10 recommend using Keilani for all your party needs!!

I personally coordinate every wedding I book, and I'm your main point of contact from the day we start working together through your wedding day. Depending on your guest count and the complexity of setup, I may bring on an assistant to support on the day itself, but you'll always be working directly with me throughout the planning process.
For Month-Of Coordination, we start 4–6 weeks before your wedding: I'll be in touch to confirm vendors, build your day-of timeline together, and do a venue walkthrough with you before the rehearsal. In the final two weeks, I'll need your finalized headcount, vendor list, and timeline details. On the wedding day itself, I'm on-site for up to 10 hours. For Day-Of Coordination, our main touchpoints are a planning call ahead of time and up to 8 hours on-site the day of.
My packages include setup oversight and direction, vendor coordination, and running your timeline, but full physical setup/breakdown labor (moving furniture, hauling decor) is quoted separately depending on your day's needs. I'll always confirm scope with you before booking so there are no surprises.
I ask for your finalized vendor list, timeline, and guest count no later than 2 weeks before your wedding, so everything's confirmed and printed well ahead of time.
Yes! While weddings are my main focus, I'm happy to help with bridal showers and rehearsal dinners as well. Reach out with the details of your event and I can let you know how I can help.
