I cannot say good enough things about R&R Collective! We hired Kaitie to help us with our month of coordination and as a day of coordinator. She was available to answer any questions we had and assisted us with last minute things that we would have totally forgot to handle! She created a floor plan and layout of our venue and organized and placed them perfectly how we envisioned it. Kaitie created our timeline for the day and ensured all vendors knew the plan for the day and made the day run so smoothly. R&R also caters to wedding photography! Robyn and Marnaie were fantastic! They helped to keep us on schedule, kept us energetic and happy throughout the day, and the photos they took I will cherish forever! We loved their moody and dramatic style! Heather and her team at Wind n’ Sea Events were absolutely wonderful. From our first meeting, Heather made me feel comfortable by getting to know me to understand my vision for our wedding. I hired Heather for month of wedding coordination. As the wedding got close, Heather contacted me to make sure we were still on the same page about the rehearsal and wedding day. She ensured that the ceremony was as smooth as possible. We were requiring all of our guests be tested for Covid the day of the wedding, and Heather coordinated gathering the test results and ensuring everyone was negative. During the reception, Heather coordinated our vendors to keep things running on our agreed timeline. I surprised my husband with a Hawaiian Wedding Dance and Heather was there to help me change out of my wedding dress and into my performance dress in the four minutes I had to change. I would have been a mess of stress and anxiety without Heather and Wind N’ Sea Events. I cannot recommend them more highly!

We were thrilled to have decided to choose Stephanie at Best Day Ever Weddings Events as our wedding coordinator for our San Diego wedding last month. With the help of Ashley, our on-site coordinator, the ceremony and reception at Tom Ham's Lighthouse were absolutely flawless. Stephanie seamlessly organized the master timeline in the week leading up to our wedding, complete with all the details, which we were able to distribute to our wedding party and close family. We had several meetings with Stephanie in the weeks leading up to our wedding and discussed all the details with much-needed feedback. I can say without a doubt that I would not have made it through the wedding planning process without Kristi. It was obvious from the start that she has plenty of expertise in this area and she offered her advice in a gentle, non-judgemental manner. For instance, my fiance liked the idea having the ceremony in a particular location followed by an immediate conversion into the reception area after the ceremony; Kristi calmly and kindly explained that this endeavor was harder than it looked and helped us brainstorm different options. She never once made my fiance or me feel that any of our ideas were trivial or stupid; she listened with excitement and spoke with encouragement while also knowing when and how to point out the pros and cons of pending decisions. She went above and beyond in every way possible: when it was clear that family drama was taking its toll on me, Kristi offered numerous times to be the point of contact for a certain family member so as to take stress away from me. I hope I did not take too much advantage of that as it felt like I was using her as a scapegoat. From engagement to leaving the reception, Kristi was patient and kind and was an absolute delight. Her capacity to keep all of the numerous details straight and to recall them instantly was mind-boggling and to boot, she did it all with a calm, unflappable demeanor. I don't think I will ever be able to thank her enough for all she did.

You don't realize how much there is to do the day of the wedding and you don't have time to stress about it when you're preparing for your big day. She was in constant communication with us months leading up to the wedding and really understood our vision and what we wanted on our big day. She created a detailed timeline and kept it on track. I first met Dre on a wedding we were both booked as vendors at in La Jolla, CA. The wedding was one of the best planned and executed that I had ever seen and it was clear why - Dre. Dre’s clear and proactive communication leading up to the events I’ve had with her sets her apart from other planners I’ve worked with. Her attention to detail, and ability to predict problems before they arise - and the fact she already has plans around any potential problems - makes events with Dre enjoyable as a vendor - but also for everyone in attendance as there is never a moment of panic or stress at any weddings I’ve done with Dre. Kristin at Stephanie Rose Events was excellent from start to finish. We did not have a lot of prior knowledge of our chosen wedding city (San Diego) and actually were living across the country at the time. As such, we purchased the full service package from Kristin. Even before we spent a single cent, Kristin provided us with several recommendations for wedding venues, and several pieces of advice regarding our specific needs around having a Catholic wedding. Once we got into wedding planning, Kristin was extremely helpful with finding us an ideal church, reception venue and date. She set up several visits for us, and aside from that provided helpful advice for each venue. In a similar vein, when we chose our vendors, Kristin had a ready-made list for every vendor we'd need, - her advice and expertise literally saved us thousands of dollars in florals and food. For the actual day itself, Kristin was pretty much everywhere ensuring things were done correctly, and it was an incredibly smooth experience. I can only wish that I did her justice in my toast. Everyone generally needs a planner for their wedding, but we would like to highlight Kristin's service as invaluable. She was communicative, helpful and professional from start to finish, and is a true expert in the field. We would fully recommend her skills for anyone planning a wedding!

Reagan and I worked together for a wedding this summer in La Jolla where Reagan was the planner and I performed on Saxophone, Piano, and DJ/Emcee'd. There were a lot of moving parts with guests parking at the reception, taking trolleys to the ceremony at The Wedding Bowl at Cuvier Park, then trolleys back to the reception at La Valencia Hotel. Our couple had an epic and specific vision and Reagan did a great job organizing so many different vendors to achieve this vision! Every time I connected with Reagan throughout the planning process and the day-of, she was super calm, down-to-earth, and easy to team up with :) This isn't always true with planners! At the end of the night, everything had been absolutely amazing and the couple and their families enjoyed a huge, amazing, and super special party. Rad times! :)

I was definitely a very anxious and stressed bride, but Linnie was so patient and supportive and made the planning process so much easier for us. We had a lot of specific details (tea ceremony, money dance, private dance, cookie table, dogs) and she was amazing with putting it all together. Where do I even begin with Ivory & Stone?! Let’s just say without them, there probably would’ve been no wedding. I had the pleasure of working with Robyn Fallon. The other girls were always available, but boy did I get lucky with her! She felt like a best friend during those six months, but was so professional at the same time. She knew every single detail that needed to be dealt with, at a moments notice (things I would’ve never thought of). We had many video calls, but I began looking forward to them. She never complained or made me feel crazy for changing my mind 64828 times. I trusted her with my life at that point. She knew I didn’t like something before I even knew I didn’t like it. I gave her the reigns, and she NAILED everything. The design, the vendor coordination, the scheduling, etc etc etc. They also use this platform that allows you to track everything, and it has every information a wedding could need. It made vendor shopping, budgeting, and communication so easy. I was never worried I was forgetting something. Some of my planning I was doing overseas, which did not make anything harder due to how accommodating she was. Keep in mind she’s also planning 47382 other weddings at the same time, but I felt like the only one. Fast forward to the big day… it went perfect. I could cry thinking about it. She was checking in on us throughout the entire day / night making sure we had food, drinks, and reminding us to enjoy each moment. At one point she even hair sprayed my husbands hair because it was acting wild hahah. Our guests are STILL reaching out to us raving about how beautiful everything was. Robyn is an all-in-one super hero. I will never forget her!

I was almost not going to choose Ingrid as a wedding coordinator and that would have been one of my biggest regrets as a bride for my wedding. I actually had already put a small deposit down for another wedding coordinator, but once I met Ingrid, she stole my heart. She was my calm to my storm, my ying to my yang, my Robin to my Batman…etc Ingrid is not only an amazing wedding coordinator, but she is also an amazing wedding officiant. She took our love story and crazy ceremony ideas (such as taking a shot with us along with our guests before we sealed the deal or taping our ring box underneath one of the chairs for a surprise ring bearer) and created the ceremony of our dreams. To hear from multiple guests that it was the best ceremony they attended was the best compliment we could receive because the ceremony is the most important part of a wedding. It was my favorite part of my wedding. Then she can amazingly switch gears from officiant to wedding coordinator and rock that too. She can do it all (literally). I always have other couples tell us that their wedding day goes by very fast and they didn’t really get to enjoy all the little things. However, my husband and I felt like our special day did not go by so fast and we most definitely got to enjoy the little things mainly because Ingrid took care of everything behind the scenes that no one sees. She created an amazing timeline for us, took charge of our vendors, made sure we were right on schedule with everything, was super communicative along the way… the list goes on and on. She is everything you would want in a wedding coordinator. I am very sad I won’t get to work with her anymore unless I get married again lol, but I would recommend her to anyone I know and hopefully get to see her in action again.

One of my biggest regrets with my wedding was not hiring Tatiana sooner! My wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to Vine Branch. You could not find a better person to help you with your wedding than Tatiana. Whatever you do, your first step after being engaged should be to hire her and not look back. Don’t learn your lesson and regret it like I did! This will be the single best decision you make. Tatiana is made for this role. Her attention to detail, her personality, her organization, her commitment to her people and making them happy and their lives easier. When I got engaged, I contacted Tatiana. She helped me with venue suggestions, logistics, everything - emails, phone calls, texts, you name it. Our budget was small, and at the end of the day, we decided not to hire her. A HUGE mistake. (Taking this second to add, even when we decided not to hire her, Tatiana was the most gracious and still offered to help in any way she could). I am type A, I am an attorney. How hard can this be? My goodness how wrong I was! I struggled coordinating everything and that is an understatement. I read books, I read blogs, I reached out to hundreds of vendors. All while pulling my hair out, not sleeping, and hating the planning process rather than looking forward to my wedding. Fast forward one year to the day before my wedding. I got a text from my rental place - your rentals are in the truck on their way to your venue! Oh no.I had booked my rentals for the wrong YEAR. That night, after lots of crying, I called Tatiana and begged her to let me hire her. I was so nervous, head in my hands, and I needn’t have been - no one is more kind and gracious and understanding and just plain wanting to help.I From that year onward, life was so much easier and less stressful. I had someone in my corner, who I trusted wholeheartedly, helping me every step of the way. She constantly assured me no question was too stupid, no text too needy - and thank goodness. I knew nothing about wedding planning. So many details I had not even thought about - like without Tatiana, I would have forgotten that I needed transportation to my own wedding. She was there for countless questions, from what things can I cut to save money, to how many candles do I need, to which of these invitations looks best after I’ve gone back and forth 100 times. Tatiana is a friend, a comforting presence, a sounding board for all your ideas and a super knowledgeable older sister to walk you through it all. On top of that she is a true professional who knows every single detail of your wedding inside and out. The month before, as I was stressing out more than before, Tatiana was the one confirming everything with the vendors, making sure my rental would be delivered on the right day this time, my florals would be perfect, my photographer and dj knew the timelines she’d created, everything. So much taken off my plate so I could worry about the things I actually needed to worry about. Every single vendor told me that she was incredible, so organized, so knowledgeable, so nice - how lucky I was to have her as my planner. Vine Branch is responsible for my wedding going off without a hitch. I could focus on getting ready and calming my nerves, knowing that her team was getting the ceremony and reception locations set up and making everything perfect behind the scenes. I am a super anxious person, and having someone by my side every step of the way was worth every single penny and then some.

I could fill the entire Pacific Ocean with compliments for Michelle and her team. Michelle was part of our planning process for nearly 2.5 years (thanks 2020). Despite endless uncertainties, Michelle was always patient, kind, understanding, and optimistic while realistic. We always felt we could trust Michelle no matter the issue - which is the most important when choosing your vendors. Not only does she have a great eye for design, she is meticulous and detail oriented. She provided all the organization and design resources we needed and truly understood our vision. A huge plus is that she is well attuned to East Asian traditions and can speak to guests who do not understand English. There were so many details we would have missed had it not been for Michelle. Even though our bridal party and family only had short interactions with Michelle on the wedding day, they all commented and were so impressed by her level of organization, positive attitude, and constant smile. When the weather prediction showed 70% chance of rain on our wedding the entire week leading up to it, Michelle worked hard even at late hours to ensure we had a backup plan that fit our vision and communicated with our vendors for options. Not only so, she paid for an hourly weather app to see if it would stop raining by our ceremony time. By some miracle, the rain cleared. When we needed extra rentals at the last minute, Michelle went out of her way to help us pick them up and received packages for us since we were out of town. We never expected any vendor to do this for us. These are just a few examples of the numerous times she went above and beyond. Although she juggles many events, she always makes you feel like you are the top priority. Michelle will treat your wedding like her own with the full attention it deserves. Our day was perfect, all thanks to the Somni Events team!

Natalie and the team at Faye Fern Creative did all the planning and design work for me and my wife's wedding this past month, and they did a PHENOMENAL job. First off, I think communication is key when you're planning an event of this size and magnitude, and Natalie was incredibly easy to communicate with. She was always just a text or call away, and she never made me feel like she was rushing me if I had any questions or concerns or wanted to flesh out the details of a certain issue. She was always patient, level-headed, receptive to criticism, and willing to discuss any issue whatsoever. The communication overall pre-wedding was very on-point. Secondly, Natalie's talent for designing and creating a timeless beautiful aesthetic is second to none. Her taste is impeccable, she has an attention to detail that you will deeply respect, and she will help you create a cohesive design element that will have you and your guests blown away. From the ceremony design all the way down to the drapes and the cutlery, Natalie has a keen eye for creating a gorgeous yet comfortable/welcoming design. Everything she does is tasteful and creates that special atmosphere that makes a wedding so unforgettable and emotional. She will definitely help bring your vision to life, and if you're not really interested in coming up with a design element for your wedding or don't know much about it, just know that you're in amazing hands with Natalie. Lastly, I just want to comment on Natalie's work ethic and dedication. From the first call we had with her all the way to the end of the wedding, I could trust that Natalie and her team were doing EVERYTHING in their power to make our wedding weekend the most special few days possible. Natalie has a deep passion for the work she does, and she will work tirelessly to bring your vision to life. Our wedding day was easily one of the greatest days of our lives, and that was in large part due to Natalie and her team's amazing work and preparation. My experience of working with Midnight Picnic was nothing short of miraculous. Mischa was a true joy to work with, and made my experience of wedding planning inspiring and meaningful. He is so attentive to all client's needs and works hard behind the scenes to ensure their event requests are met. I am not sure what I would have done without Annie. I felt a huge load off my shoulders as soon as I hired her to help me plan my wedding that turned out amazing this past weekend 4/20/2024. She went above and beyond. Always checking in communicating with me . Quick to respond! She lives in Boston and the wedding was in FL yet she was easily available if I needed. (That says a lot about her) I gave her A LOT of information and she remembered it all for the wedding. Best investment I made was hiring Before You Say I Do . She was super organized, thoughtful and experienced! There were things she knew to look out for that I hadn’t thought of. Annie truly loves what she does and it shows in her work. She is passionate and patient! Annie, I am so grateful that I found you thank you so much! There’s so much I can say on this but it be like writing a book. 10/10 recommend She also works with your budget and is willing to do a budget plan if needed!!
