Founded in 2010, Sweet Blossom Weddings is a full service wedding planning boutique based in San Diego. We understand that love is in the details and your wedding is an experience that should last a lifetime for you and your guests. Our goal is to design a wedding that is unique to the couple and defines their personality through working together one-on-one in a relaxed and stress-free environment. With our guidance and expertise, we will help you with your wedding, your vision, and your dreams to make it the most memorable day.

We are equipped with industry knowledge and creative design sense. With our extensive experience in the wedding industry and our friendly and personable staff, we have established our reputation for being one of the most sought after wedding coordinators in San Diego. All of our services include three planners on the day of your wedding. The Lead Planner is your main go-to planner who will be there from beginning to end troubleshooting the day and making sure it's perfect! The second is a Set Up Assistant who will help set up your personal items. The third is a Bridal Concierge who will be your personal assistant throughout the day.

The BEST planning team!
We recently got married, and we cannot say enough about how helpful Kylie and her team at Sweet Blossom were throughout the entire process. Our planner, Kylie, was truly amazing. We worked with her over the past year, and she made the wedding planning process not only easy but genuinely fun. She was always honest and thoughtful in answering our questions. Kylie and Sweet Blossom connected us with tremendous vendors, and she guided us through all of the vendor logistics so we never had to worry about them. Day of, there were no vendor issues or mistakes, thanks to the amazing recommendations by Kylie knowing the industry and who to trust. She was highly organized and kept us on a steady track the entire way. On the wedding day, thanks to Kylie and her team members Gina and Cassidy, everything went as smoothly as it possibly could, and we could not be happier with how it all turned out. If you are looking for a wedding planner who will not only plan your wedding but also take the stress out of the process, we cannot recommend Sweet Blossom enough. If all of their planners are like Kylie, you will be in good hands.

Dionne is Truly the Best Wedding Coordinator!
I genuinely don't know what we would have done without Dionne and her incredible team at Sweet Blossom Weddings. From the moment we hired her until the very last moments of our wedding, she was absolutely amazing. She was communicative, organized, thoughtful, supportive, and always one step ahead. But what really sets Dionne apart is how much she genuinely cares about her couples. We had a few unexpected challenges leading up to and during our wedding, and Dionne handled every single one with such grace and professionalism. When we found out our wedding venue had double-booked an event that affected our wedding plans, we were incredibly disappointed and frustrated. Dionne immediately jumped into action, helped us navigate the situation, came up with solutions, and made sure we felt supported throughout the entire process. She was truly in our corner. Then there was the wedding cake. I had completely forgotten to pick it up the day before our wedding. When Dionne asked where the cake was, I realized my mistake and was so overwhelmed that I literally told her, "Forget it, we don't need a cake!" Without missing a beat, she said, "No, I'm going to get you that cake." And somehow, within an hour, our wedding cake was there. I still can't believe she pulled that off! On our actual wedding day, there was also a nearby fire that caused traffic delays and left many of our guests running late. Dionne immediately recognized what was happening, communicated with us, and helped us adjust our ceremony timing so our loved ones could make it. She was constantly thinking ahead, solving problems before they became problems, and making sure we could actually enjoy our day. And I have to give the biggest shoutout to Erin, our couple's assistant, who was an absolute ROCK STAR. That woman did not leave my side! She helped me with absolutely everything, from fluffing my dress and making sure I looked perfect to knowing exactly when to step out of the way for photos. She was attentive without ever being intrusive, and I honestly felt so taken care of. At one point, while we were taking photos and absolutely starving, Dionne and Erin even brought us French fries. It's those little moments of thoughtfulness that I'll never forget. Dionne and her team were also so wonderful with our friends and family. Everyone was treated with kindness, patience, and care, and it made such a difference. Planning a wedding is a huge undertaking, and there are so many moving pieces that you can't possibly anticipate everything. Having Dionne by our side meant that even when things went wrong, we never felt like we were facing them alone. By the end of this experience, Dionne became so much more than our wedding coordinator. I genuinely consider her a friend. She cared about our wedding, our families, and our happiness, and it showed in everything she did. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful, and so much of that is because of her. I will forever be grateful for everything she did for us. If you're looking for a wedding coordinator, hire Dionne. Seriously. You want someone like her in your corner. I cannot recommend her and Sweet Blossom Weddings enough. Thank you, Dionne and Erin, for taking such incredible care of us and helping make our wedding a day we'll never forget.

Emily was AMAZING
My fiance and I had the BEST experience using Sweet Blossom Weddings for our wedding planning. Emily was great from start to finish- so attentive to detail, so helpful and patient, and so down-to-earth and easy to work with! She made everything leading up to the day of the wedding and the entire wedding weekend a breeze, and we are so thankful to her for all of her hard work!! Highly recommend!
Choosing Sweet Blossom Weddings was one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process! We worked with Dionne H, who was incredible! Having her by our side made the wedding planning process feel much more manageable-especially given that this was a destination wedding! She was always responsive, incredibly organized, and willing to help with anything we needed. She has good communication skills and worked well with all of our vendors. No question was ever too small and her guidance throughout the wedding process gave us so much peace of mind. What really stood out to us was how much she genuinely cared. It never felt like we were just another couple on her calendar. She was invested in making sure our wedding day reflected who we are and what was important to us. She paid attention to details that we never would have considered and kept us on track. She even offered to let us ship wedding items to her home since we lived in another state! It was completely above and beyond, and just one example of her dedication and kindness. Dionne also worked so well with our family and guests. Despite all the different personalities, she handled every interaction with grace, kindness, and professionalism. She made everyone feel respected and heard while ensuring everything was seamless behind the scenes. Our families actually remarked on how impressed they were with DIonne. When our wedding day arrived, I was actually able to be present and enjoy it because I knew Dionne and her team had everything under control. Both Dionne, and her assistant Danielle (who was so calm, helpful, and proactive), kept the day running seamlessly and checked in on us throughout the day. The decor assistant also did a wonderful job setting up our signs, seating chart wall, and other rentals! Dionne even managed to help with a medical emergency that came up! Looking back, I honestly cannot imagine navigating that day without the Sweet Blossoms team! One thing I did not expect is how much I would miss working with Dionne once the wedding was over. After months of planning, emails, phone calls, and check ins, she became such a consistent and reassuring presence throughout the process. I am so grateful to her! Several of our vendors told us how much they enjoy working with Sweet Blossom Weddings. After experiencing it firsthand, I completely understand why. The entire team is professional, thoughtful, organized, and truly dedicated to their couples. Our wedding day was everything we hoped it would be! A large part of that is because of the Sweet Blossom team. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did and cannot recommend Sweet Blossom Weddings highly enough!

Jess is incredible!!!
Jess and the whole Sweet Blossom team are absolutely incredible. I'm a very type-A person so needed everything to be absolutely perfect - and to say it was perfect would be an understatement. Everyone in my life told me that something at some point wouldn't be what we planned or expected, something would go wrong (big or small), but it never did. Jess and her team of amazing assistants made sure everything was perfect, ran back to my room more than once to get things I'd forgotten, and never made me feel bad about it. During the planning process, Jess set up multiple calls with us, especially in the last 6 months, and always came prepared with a list of things to talk through, things we needed to be thinking about, and the comprehensive spreadsheet she put together for us was an absolute game changer. It had every detail we could have ever needed. I would highly recommend Jess and Sweet Blossom for planning your wedding - they will make sure every detail goes according to plan and that it's your dream wedding day!!!
