Founded in 2010, Sweet Blossom Weddings is a full service wedding planning boutique based in San Diego. We understand that love is in the details and your wedding is an experience that should last a lifetime for you and your guests. Our goal is to design a wedding that is unique to the couple and defines their personality through working together one-on-one in a relaxed and stress-free environment. With our guidance and expertise, we will help you with your wedding, your vision, and your dreams to make it the most memorable day.

We are equipped with industry knowledge and creative design sense. With our extensive experience in the wedding industry and our friendly and personable staff, we have established our reputation for being one of the most sought after wedding coordinators in San Diego. All of our services include three planners on the day of your wedding. The Lead Planner is your main go-to planner who will be there from beginning to end troubleshooting the day and making sure it's perfect! The second is a Set Up Assistant who will help set up your personal items. The third is a Bridal Concierge who will be your personal assistant throughout the day.

Emily was AMAZING
My fiance and I had the BEST experience using Sweet Blossom Weddings for our wedding planning. Emily was great from start to finish- so attentive to detail, so helpful and patient, and so down-to-earth and easy to work with! She made everything leading up to the day of the wedding and the entire wedding weekend a breeze, and we are so thankful to her for all of her hard work!! Book with Emily at Sweet Blossom Weddings and you will not be disappointed!

Highly recommend!
Choosing Sweet Blossom Weddings was one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process! We worked with Dionne H, who was incredible! Having her by our side made the wedding planning process feel much more manageable-especially given that this was a destination wedding! She was always responsive, incredibly organized, and willing to help with anything we needed. She has good communication skills and worked well with all of our vendors. No question was ever too small and her guidance throughout the wedding process gave us so much peace of mind. What really stood out to us was how much she genuinely cared. It never felt like we were just another couple on her calendar. She was invested in making sure our wedding day reflected who we are and what was important to us. She paid attention to details that we never would have considered and kept us on track. She even offered to let us ship wedding items to her home since we lived in another state! It was completely above and beyond, and just one example of her dedication and kindness. Dionne also worked so well with our family and guests. Despite all the different personalities, she handled every interaction with grace, kindness, and professionalism. She made everyone feel respected and heard while ensuring everything was seamless behind the scenes. Our families actually remarked on how impressed they were with DIonne. When our wedding day arrived, I was actually able to be present and enjoy it because I knew Dionne and her team had everything under control. Both Dionne, and her assistant Danielle (who was so calm, helpful, and proactive), kept the day running seamlessly and checked in on us throughout the day. The decor assistant also did a wonderful job setting up our signs, seating chart wall, and other rentals! Dionne even managed to help with a medical emergency that came up! Looking back, I honestly cannot imagine navigating that day without the Sweet Blossoms team! One thing I did not expect is how much I would miss working with Dionne once the wedding was over. After months of planning, emails, phone calls, and check ins, she became such a consistent and reassuring presence throughout the process. I am so grateful to her! Several of our vendors told us how much they enjoy working with Sweet Blossom Weddings. After experiencing it firsthand, I completely understand why. The entire team is professional, thoughtful, organized, and truly dedicated to their couples. Our wedding day was everything we hoped it would be! A large part of that is because of the Sweet Blossom team. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did and cannot recommend Sweet Blossom Weddings highly enough!

Jess is incredible!!!
Jess and the whole Sweet Blossom team are absolutely incredible. I'm a very type-A person so needed everything to be absolutely perfect - and to say it was perfect would be an understatement. Everyone in my life told me that something at some point wouldn't be what we planned or expected, something would go wrong (big or small), but it never did. Jess and her team of amazing assistants made sure everything was perfect, ran back to my room more than once to get things I'd forgotten, and never made me feel bad about it. During the planning process, Jess set up multiple calls with us, especially in the last 6 months, and always came prepared with a list of things to talk through, things we needed to be thinking about, and the comprehensive spreadsheet she put together for us was an absolute game changer. It had every detail we could have ever needed. I would highly recommend Jess and Sweet Blossom for planning your wedding - they will make sure every detail goes according to plan and that it's your dream wedding day!!!

The Perfect Day!
We had the pleasure of working with Sweet Blossom Weddings as our wedding coordinator. Our venue had spoken highly of them so we reached out and were very happy! We had a brief call with the owner, Melissa, and we could tell she was very kind and cared a lot about her couples. We chose the Pear Blossom wedding management service and it was perfect for our needs. Our lead planner, Emily C., jumped into action about 3-4 months before the wedding day. Emily wasn't able to attend our tasting but Melissa stepped in to help guide us and it was so much fun! Emily was so professional, kind, attentive and open to helping us whenever we needed. It was so assuring to have her offer to jump on a zoom call when we needed it! We were so thankful for her to make the timeline, offer recommendations on rentals and so much more. She was so incredible and played a big role in making our wedding day feel so perfect. Emily kept us even more organized and we truly don't think our wedding day could have gone any more seamless all thanks to her! If there were any problems, she handled them gracefully and coordinated everything with ease. We couldn't be more grateful to SBW and of course, Emily! Also shoutout to our day of assistants, Emily P. and Camille for their hardwork!!

Truly Above and Beyond—Emily Made Our Day Perfect
We had the absolute best experience with Sweet Blossoms, and especially with Emily as our wedding planner. From the very beginning, she was thoughtful, organized, and truly cared about making our day exactly what we envisioned. In the months leading up to the wedding, Emily went above and beyond—coordinating with all of our vendors and setting up multiple check-in meetings with us to walk through timelines, seating, and every detail. That level of organization and communication made such a difference and gave me so much confidence going into the day knowing everything would be taken care of. On the wedding day, everything was seamless, largely because of Emily and her team. What really stood out was how they handled an unexpected curveball: it started raining during our reception. Within what felt like minutes, they moved everything indoors and completely transformed the space. It was incredible to watch how quickly and calmly they pulled everything together, and the new setup was still so beautiful. Despite the weather, our night didn’t feel disrupted at all—it was just as special, fun, and memorable as we had hoped. Emily made sure everything kept flowing and that we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. I can’t recommend Emily and the Sweet Blossoms team enough. They truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect, no matter what came our way.
