I cannot say good enough things about R&R Collective! We hired Kaitie to help us with our month of coordination and as a day of coordinator. She was available to answer any questions we had and assisted us with last minute things that we would have totally forgot to handle! She created a floor plan and layout of our venue and organized and placed them perfectly how we envisioned it. Kaitie created our timeline for the day and ensured all vendors knew the plan for the day and made the day run so smoothly. R&R also caters to wedding photography! Robyn and Marnaie were fantastic! They helped to keep us on schedule, kept us energetic and happy throughout the day, and the photos they took I will cherish forever! We loved their moody and dramatic style! Honestly 10 out of 5 stars is what I would give this company. Misha was my day of coordinator and she was attentive, caring, proactive, and really loves weddings l. She listened intently on how my partner and I met and looked through my wedding PowerPoint and responded to all my texts. There was a hiccup the morning of my wedding but gthr went above and beyond where the founder of the company actually came to help to make sure everything was seamless. I wasn't expecting that at all so seeing her there assisting made me feel at ease. If they weren't there I think I would've been a hot mess. Worth every penny.

Our wedding was April 2023 and we booked Clémence for our month of coordinator. She was easy to get a hold of and very good with communication throughout the whole process. She helped before the “month of” when things came up like day of timeline questions and what we should put on invitations as the start time. Clémence was very organized and sent over a google spreadsheet for us to check stuff off as we completed things. She had things on the list that I would have never thought of, which was helpful. We had many hiccups in the planning process with our venue. Our event space coordinator at our venue was not invested in us. There were many errors throughout the process on her end and a change in staff 2 weeks before the wedding. Clémence knew we were very frustrated, but she remained calm and took care of everything. She worked with the new staff to get them up to speed and kept communication with us so we knew she was working behind the scenes. The rehearsal was very thorough. We went through everything to make sure everyone was on the same page and last minute details were finalized. The wedding day went smoothly. Clémence was on site early making sure everything was going according to plan. She came to my getting ready room to check in and see how I was feeling, which was nice and comforting. There were some questions that came up where she was able to ask the groom what we preferred and she texted me a picture of a different setup than what we had discussed because it was windy, to make sure I was ok with changing things. We only hired a photographer and Clémence took videos of our first look, which I’m so thankful for! Throughout the night she kept checking on us and getting us food and drinks if we needed them. Clémence brings an assistant on the wedding day. For our wedding, this was her husband. He was amazing. They worked great together and we could truly tell they loved what they were doing. Clémence has a passion for making couples happy on their wedding day. We loved working with her and so glad we chose her to be our wedding coordinator.

Stephanie is a life saving wedding fairy. We chose a venue that was a public park and 100% raw space. We put in a ton of work to build a beautiful wedding, but there is no way we could have executed it without Stephanie. She considers every single detail to ensure day of is as smooth as possible. We felt so taken care of during the planning process. About a month before the wedding, she really kicked into gear and was available night and day for any question and really made us feel at ease. Day of she was a dream to work with. Did everything go according to plan? No, but we really didn’t’ notice because Stephanie’s whole goal was to ensure we had the “best day ever” and we totally did. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy. She even drove our uhaul back to our house at the end of the night. I've heard horror stories from friends about their coordinators and can't help but feel so lucky we found Rachel.

I can say without a doubt that I would not have made it through the wedding planning process without Kristi. It was obvious from the start that she has plenty of expertise in this area and she offered her advice in a gentle, non-judgemental manner. For instance, my fiance liked the idea having the ceremony in a particular location followed by an immediate conversion into the reception area after the ceremony; Kristi calmly and kindly explained that this endeavor was harder than it looked and helped us brainstorm different options. She never once made my fiance or me feel that any of our ideas were trivial or stupid; she listened with excitement and spoke with encouragement while also knowing when and how to point out the pros and cons of pending decisions. She went above and beyond in every way possible: when it was clear that family drama was taking its toll on me, Kristi offered numerous times to be the point of contact for a certain family member so as to take stress away from me. I hope I did not take too much advantage of that as it felt like I was using her as a scapegoat. From engagement to leaving the reception, Kristi was patient and kind and was an absolute delight. Her capacity to keep all of the numerous details straight and to recall them instantly was mind-boggling and to boot, she did it all with a calm, unflappable demeanor. I don't think I will ever be able to thank her enough for all she did.

We did not have a lot of prior knowledge of our chosen wedding city (San Diego) and actually were living across the country at the time. As such, we purchased the full service package from Kristin. Even before we spent a single cent, Kristin provided us with several recommendations for wedding venues, and several pieces of advice regarding our specific needs around having a Catholic wedding. Once we got into wedding planning, Kristin was extremely helpful with finding us an ideal church, reception venue and date. She set up several visits for us, and aside from that provided helpful advice for each venue. In a similar vein, when we chose our vendors, Kristin had a ready-made list for every vendor we'd need, - her advice and expertise literally saved us thousands of dollars in florals and food. For the actual day itself, Kristin was pretty much everywhere ensuring things were done correctly, and it was an incredibly smooth experience. I can only wish that I did her justice in my toast. Everyone generally needs a planner for their wedding, but we would like to highlight Kristin's service as invaluable. She was communicative, helpful and professional from start to finish, and is a true expert in the field. We would fully recommend her skills for anyone planning a wedding!

Reagan and I worked together for a wedding this summer in La Jolla where Reagan was the planner and I performed on Saxophone, Piano, and DJ/Emcee'd. There were a lot of moving parts with guests parking at the reception, taking trolleys to the ceremony at The Wedding Bowl at Cuvier Park, then trolleys back to the reception at La Valencia Hotel. Our couple had an epic and specific vision and Reagan did a great job organizing so many different vendors to achieve this vision! Every time I connected with Reagan throughout the planning process and the day-of, she was super calm, down-to-earth, and easy to team up with :) This isn't always true with planners! At the end of the night, everything had been absolutely amazing and the couple and their families enjoyed a huge, amazing, and super special party. Rad times! :)

We had a lot of specific details (tea ceremony, money dance, private dance, cookie table, dogs) and she was amazing with putting it all together. Where do I even begin with Ivory & Stone?! Let’s just say without them, there probably would’ve been no wedding. I had the pleasure of working with Robyn Fallon. The other girls were always available, but boy did I get lucky with her! She felt like a best friend during those six months, but was so professional at the same time. She knew every single detail that needed to be dealt with, at a moments notice (things I would’ve never thought of). We had many video calls, but I began looking forward to them. She never complained or made me feel crazy for changing my mind 64828 times. I trusted her with my life at that point. She knew I didn’t like something before I even knew I didn’t like it. I gave her the reigns, and she NAILED everything. The design, the vendor coordination, the scheduling, etc etc etc. They also use this platform that allows you to track everything, and it has every information a wedding could need. It made vendor shopping, budgeting, and communication so easy. I was never worried I was forgetting something. Some of my planning I was doing overseas, which did not make anything harder due to how accommodating she was. Keep in mind she’s also planning 47382 other weddings at the same time, but I felt like the only one. Fast forward to the big day… it went perfect. I could cry thinking about it. She was checking in on us throughout the entire day / night making sure we had food, drinks, and reminding us to enjoy each moment. At one point she even hair sprayed my husbands hair because it was acting wild hahah. Our guests are STILL reaching out to us raving about how beautiful everything was. Robyn is an all-in-one super hero. I will never forget her!

I could fill the entire Pacific Ocean with compliments for Michelle and her team. Michelle was part of our planning process for nearly 2.5 years (thanks 2020). Despite endless uncertainties, Michelle was always patient, kind, understanding, and optimistic while realistic. We always felt we could trust Michelle no matter the issue - which is the most important when choosing your vendors. Not only does she have a great eye for design, she is meticulous and detail oriented. She provided all the organization and design resources we needed and truly understood our vision. A huge plus is that she is well attuned to East Asian traditions and can speak to guests who do not understand English. There were so many details we would have missed had it not been for Michelle. Even though our bridal party and family only had short interactions with Michelle on the wedding day, they all commented and were so impressed by her level of organization, positive attitude, and constant smile. When the weather prediction showed 70% chance of rain on our wedding the entire week leading up to it, Michelle worked hard even at late hours to ensure we had a backup plan that fit our vision and communicated with our vendors for options. Not only so, she paid for an hourly weather app to see if it would stop raining by our ceremony time. By some miracle, the rain cleared. When we needed extra rentals at the last minute, Michelle went out of her way to help us pick them up and received packages for us since we were out of town. We never expected any vendor to do this for us. These are just a few examples of the numerous times she went above and beyond. Although she juggles many events, she always makes you feel like you are the top priority. Michelle will treat your wedding like her own with the full attention it deserves. Our day was perfect, all thanks to the Somni Events team!

She works harder than anyone and goes above and beyond to make your vision come alive. Yet on our wedding weekend, she and her whole team made everything look totally effortless!! They were the picture of calm and brought the most warm and positive energy that our guests just fed off. Everything was so, so well coordinated and we felt we could just trust the Faye Fern team to do their job. They also gave us invaluable advice before the wedding which we followed and it helped to keep us very organized on our end. The decor took our breath away. We aren't design experts and just had a general idea of what we liked. Also owing to our busy schedules which left us little time to participate in the design process, we let Natalie run freely with the concepts she came up with and would tell any other couple to do the same! You won't regret it! I might be something of a designer's nightmare: a bride who doesn't always know what she wants and doesn't have time to plan anything but has high standards about whatever it is. I secretly feared that my wedding would never live up to what I hoped but when we stepped into our ceremony and reception, our jaws were on the floor the whole time. We could not believe this was our wedding because ohhhh my godd. It's like Natalie knew exactly what we wanted without us even knowing it ourselves. The fact that she designed and planned this for us while based in a different city the whole time makes it all the more impressive to me. Last of all, I want to add how grateful I am that Natalie always made sure that both my husband and I felt equally included in decisions. Many vendors treat the bride as if she is the only one whose opinion matters and while maybe this is traditional in the industry, I could tell that he felt left out sometimes. So I want to thank Natalie for always treating it like it was OUR wedding and not just mine because it meant a lot to my husband.
