“Working with Valerie was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I originally thought I would be fine with just a day-of coordinator, but trying to balance wedding planning with an already busy life eventually became overwhelming. In such a short amount of time, Valerie took my hot mess of ideas, Pinterest boards, and all the little details I had imagined and turned them into the wedding I had dreamed of. She truly understood the assignment and came through on everything. She listened to me, understood my vision, and somehow always seemed to be on the same wavelength. One of the things I appreciated most was how reliable she was. I never had to wonder whether something would get done or whether she would follow through. I trusted that if Valerie said she had it, she had it. That kind of peace of mind was invaluable during such a busy and emotional season. She was also incredibly accommodating to our cultural needs and was always willing to go with the flow. “Abby is a no brainer hire! Incredibly thoughtful, experienced, knowledgeable, intuitive, comprehensive, kind, and affordable! We were on a pretty tight budget so we hired Abby for her partial planning/day-of coordination and I can’t imagine what we would have done without her. I planned everything myself but as soon as she came on board, I felt so much comfort and relief knowing my wedding was in good hands and I could focus on other things. She is the definition of PRO. We had event staff bail the night before and she was able to find an amazing team of folks to fill their shoes! She ran our rehearsal like a well-oiled machine. She saw me dancing with my new husband with an empty drink in my hand and quickly swooped in to grab it; it’s the little things that tell you she’s putting you first on the most important day of your life. “Carin saved my sanity during my wedding with 150 guests of all ages at Connecticut College in summer 2023. I was a DIY bride with a ton of vendors to wrangle the weekend of at a relatively hands-off venue that was quite spread out, and Carin was on top of all of it. Even my comical amount of DIY'd florals that had to be placed right before the reception! She handled all the deliveries, set-up, break-down, and details so that I could focus on just celebrating the day! My vendors loved her too and everyone commented on her professionalism and 'can do' manner which allowed her to tackle obstacles with ease. Our venue's elevator was broken day-of without warning, and Carin dealt with it without involving us at all! Her partner, Jacob, was also our DJ and he kept the party jumping, while still catering to our extended family from all over. I cannot recommend Carin's services highly enough and am SO FREAKING GLAD that she was there to make my whole wedding weekend feel like a dream. She also always made me and my spouse feel like the most important people and consistently lowered our stress and anxiety about throwing such a big party. “We came to Grace right after we decided to go with a venue that nothing more than tables and chairs. Our heads were spinning with all the decisions we had to make, and Grace made sure to organize our ideas, as well as have a running list of things we needed to decide on and execute. She also was certain to make sure that we were focusing on what would make the day best for us, and not to please other people. That honesty and extra care went a long way. On top of saving our heads from falling off in the planning process, on the day of the wedding, we decided to switch the ceremony from outside to inside due to the wind. Grace made this happen swiftly, and even though things didn't go perfectly, Grace made sure that all the vendors were doing their job and truly I didn't find out about any mishaps until the next day. “We had Christina do our month-of/day-of coordination for our wedding and she truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! It's been a few weeks and I'm still in awe with what she did with my mess of decorations that I threw at her!!! I work in a creative field myself, so I got down and dirty with the D.I.Y. for our big day. I, kid you not, had 300 colorful bud vases, 200 colorful candle holders/votives, and a massive amount of other silly decorations for her to set up for us. I did my best to stay organized for her sanity - but let me tell you - IT WAS A HUGE COMPLICATED JOB and she did it with such ease. I kept apologizing for the amount of work I was giving her, I felt like I was being a little insane with it all LOL... but she was incredibly kind, calm, and reassuring with me through the whole process and kept telling me to stop apologizing LOL!! She is so super knowledgable about everything and has such good instincts about event planning. I added on a 30 minute planning session a few months before she started her coordinating for me - and it was incredibly helpful. Aside from her eye for decorations and impeccable creativity, she was also so so so amazing in coordinating the event in general. I had multiple people from the wedding party ask "wait so that's your coordinator?" and then follow with something along the lines of "she's awesome she just told me where to go and what to do so fast - and I was like YES M'AM" All of the party loved working with her, from my parents to my in-laws. I cannot stress enough how much of an amazing person she is through and through - and if you're lucky enough to get in her books for your wedding, you won't regret it!!”

“I first heard about Abibi Bridal when I was assisting my best friend CakedbyMel assemble a wedding cake in New Hampshire in September 2023. Mind you, I was visiting my best friend in Boston for the weekend because it was her birthday. I live in New York, so I took a flight to Boston to spend time with her. My friend was hired to construct the wedding cake by Abibi Bridal because Abibi Bridal was booked as the wedding planner for the wedding. I was observing how Abbe was working with the vendors and the wedding party, and I was instantly impressed. I walked up to Abbe and told her; I am getting married next year, and I am going to book you to plan my wedding. Abbe said of course! I set up my consultation with Abbe and I booked her for her wedding coordination services immediately. I just knew Abbe and her team would execute. From when I booked Abibi Bridal at the beginning of October 2023, up until the day of the wedding, April 25, 2024, Abbe has been a blessing when it came to planning my wedding. Even though she was booked for wedding coordination, Abbe was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and just overall amazing throughout the entire process. She was sooo personable, punctual and professional and friendly right from the very start. I knew we made the right decision from the beginning with her very fast response time. We chose to do month-of coordination for our wedding and Caroline met with us ahead of time to explain her role prior to us deciding to go with her. She ensured that our wedding rehearsal was organized and kept everyone on track, and that our wedding day was as smooth as possible, she took care of all the bumps, when we were running behind she was quick on her feet to move things around to keep us on schedule without feeling stressed. We had so many questions and worries but Charissa helped us feel at ease throughout it all.
