AVENTZ Co. is a local Connecticut business owned by Abby Fritz. Abby has been apart of the event industry for over 10 years working with caterers, tent rental companies, and hotels. She has had a passion for all event types when growing up. Abby is not your typical event planner, we care about you, the event, and your guests. We want to ensure that you have a fun, safe, and memorable day! We understand how important it is to have your friends and family there and the care that sometimes it takes to execute an event of any size.

AVENTZ Co. is a wedding, event, and design business specializing in estate, rustic, and outdoor settings. We work with anyone in love who is getting married in the State of Connecticut. We specialize in small events with less then 150 guests and have many connections to vendors all over the state. We use logistics and experiences to ensure your day is perfect!

Description

Parial Planning is one of our services that we offer to clients who like to be hands on with the planning process. We work with out clients generally a year to 9 months in advance and coordinate with vendors, work on the decor aspects, and maintain the overall wedding. Partial planning includes rehearsal and day of coordination.

The Little Planner is here for you every step of the way! Maybe you need an extra set of hands or wheels to complete a planning task. Our a la carte services provide you with the support you need to ensure that areas of your wedding are covered.

Month of Coordination involves five weeks of planning before your wedding day! We work with you and your vendors to ensure your day is flawlessly executed. Month of is our most popular service and many clients have appreciated the amount of work that gets taken of their hands. We work through all the little details that can impact your wedding day. Month of includes day of and rehearsal coordination.

    We worked with Abby as a partial planning client and couldn’t recommend her more highly! She helped us bring our vision to life perfectly. Her checklists and frequent touch points made us feel confident that we weren’t missing anything. She paired us with amazing vendors, had a lot of creative ideas and was so organized. On the day of the wedding, she was amazing. We weren’t stressed one bit because we knew we were in Abby’s very capable hands and everything went flawlessly. On a personal level, she’s a total delight. 5/5 stars!!

    We truly felt that Abby was the MVP at our wedding. She made sure that the night went smoothly and she quickly remedied any problems that arose. The biggest problem that arose was that my train (which was probably over 10 feet long) got stuck in the car door on the way to the ceremony, and it was a rainy day. When I arrived at the venue I opened the door to find my train completely muddied up and soaking wet. I was devastated. It was ruined. Somehow Abby washed it and hung it to dry and I was able to wear it for my ceremony. That to me is priceless! Her and Stephanie made sure guests were in the right place at the right time and she also made sure we were taken care of and had anything we could possibly need during the whole night. When we left our wedding we both had the same sentiment… “can you imagine doing this without Abby??”. She was equally as valuable the month before the wedding in our meetings and venue tour. I just can’t say enough good things about Abby, her services, and her team.

    I can highly recommend Abby Fritz and The Little Planner to anyone in need of a wedding planner and coordinator. She went over and beyond all expectations to make sure my son's wedding on August 5, 2023 was flawlessly executed and absolutely perfect. She is attentive to detail, answered all our questions, took charge of every aspect of the day from staffing to transportation to managing the timing and working with the photographer. She worked tirelessly during the month leading up to the event, too, to make sure everything would run smoothly. She was a great asset to our wedding!!
