We have built a dream team of highly skilled individuals trained in hospitality, client + vendor relations, and event design. Finding creative solutions is our most prized asset. (We work with hundreds of vendors, there is always a solution!) We offer Day-of Coordination, Partial Planning, and Full Planning. As well as curated packages for Event Design + Florals. Greenhouse Events is a wedding planning company servicing New York City, Hudson Valley, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Poconos Mountains PA.

Angel was such a grounding and supportive presence throughout my wedding planning journey. She made me feel so at ease, even when the details started to feel overwhelming. She set clear deadlines that kept me on track, and she was always there to guide me when I felt unsure—whether it was something big or even something as small (but stressful!) as picking tablecloths. Every little detail truly came to life because of her thoughtful guidance. Even though we weren’t full-service clients, she went above and beyond for us. She gave such helpful advice on handling contracts, tipping etiquette, and all the things I never would have known how to navigate on my own. What I loved most was that she kept it real with us—always honest, always mindful of our budget, and always making sure we made choices that felt right for us. I’m so grateful to have had Angel by my side. She didn’t just help make our wedding day seamless; she made the entire planning process less stressful and so much more enjoyable. I truly can’t imagine doing it without her.

Angel and her team were absolutely incredible—truly the best decision we made in the entire wedding planning process. From the very beginning, Angel was a calm, organized, and thoughtful partner. She made communication with our difficult venue feel easy, kept track of a million moving parts, and handled every detail (including a pile of poorly labeled boxes sent ahead of time!) with grace and efficiency. On the wedding day itself, she was a total lifesaver. We felt so cared for and supported all evening—she made sure we were fed, that things ran smoothly, and most importantly, that I didn’t have to deal with anything. Even when timelines started running tight, Angel handled it all with such ease and confidence that we barely noticed. She kept everything moving without stress or fuss, and made the day feel seamless. As a bonus, Angel even captured behind-the-scenes photos and videos—such a gift to have those special memories while we waited for our professional previews. Every wedding needs an Angel (pun absolutely intended). We’re endlessly grateful to have had her by our side.

We truly could not have pulled off our dream wedding without Angel and the Greenhouse Events team. From our first meeting, Angel made the planning process feel calm, organized, and actually fun—no small feat for a couple totally new to weddings! She also designed the most jaw-dropping florals. Seriously, our guests are still talking about how stunning everything looked. Every moment felt intentional and beautiful. We’re forever grateful!!!
