We have built a dream team of highly skilled individuals trained in hospitality, client + vendor relations, and event design. Finding creative solutions is our most prized asset. (We work with hundreds of vendors, there is always a solution!) We offer Day-of Coordination, Partial Planning, and Full Planning. As well as curated packages for Event Design + Florals. Greenhouse Events is a wedding planning company servicing New York City, Hudson Valley, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Poconos Mountains PA.

Angel made our wedding dreams come true. We worked with her for both month-of coordination and our florals, and she did a great job with both. We began working with her a little bit less than a year out, and she was a consistent resource for us the whole time, from vendor recommendations to periodic check-ins. We were rather type-a with our planning, and really liked her google sheet planner and google slides binder as our go-to resources for building out our plans. She played a huge role in mapping out our timeline, and was really helpful with our floor plans as well, since we chose a raw space venue (we built them out in Prismm, a 3D rendering tool, which was sooo cool!). And she set up all our personal items at the venue exactly how we envisioned. She brought a mix of flexibility and stern-ness to her demeanor on the actual day, which is needed for someone with her responsibilities! When it came to florals, she did an amazing job bringing our moodboards to life, setting our expectations, and keeping us updated with what she was able to source in the days leading up to our wedding. And then on the day itself, we were simply BLOWN AWAY with all the bud vases, arrangements, and bouquets she built. They were absolutely gorgeous. I still look at photos of the arrangements every few days and they bring me so much joy.

Angel and her team were wonderful. We appreciated them immensely as they helped us navigate the setup and planning and were there day-of to make sure everything went smoothly. They were a delight to work with and extremely helpful. We were extremely happy not to do this alone and couldn't have asked for a better planner.

If you're looking for a planner, look no further than Greenhouse! From my very first call with Angel, I knew that my wedding dreams would come true. She is one of the kindest, most thoughtful, and accommodating people I've ever met. It was so clear to me from that day that she truly loves what she does, and it shows in every single step of the process. I had a non-conventional vision for my wedding, and she was able to bring it all to life. She and her team (s/o June & Justin), were always just a quick text or call away, and truly made everything seamless. Angel was able to navigate some unexpected last minute changes and budget fluctuations with ease (as an anxious person, this was a HUGE help!). No matter your budget, Angel and her team can make your day spectacular. My wedding was everything I could have dreamed of because of this team, I cannot recommend them enough!

I truly cannot say enough good things about Angel and the entire Greenhouse Events team. Everything was absolutely beautiful, beyond anything I could have ever imagined. The florals were unreal. So full, elegant, and thoughtfully done, they completely set the tone and made everything feel so magical. I’m still not over how stunning everything looked. Leading up to the day, I kept expecting to feel stressed, but I never did. The entire process felt calm and easy, which made such a difference and allowed us to fully enjoy the experience. When the day arrived and everything came together, it was better than anything I could have hoped for. I am so grateful to Angel and the Greenhouse Events team and would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for something truly beautiful and seamless.
