Hi, I’m Aneta the founder of Canvas & Thyme! I am a seasoned event coordinator, former private yacht chef, culinary instructor and Smorgasburg vendor with over 10 years in the hospitality world. My hospitality journey has taken me all around the world, from Alaska to New Zealand, the Caribbean and Europe. I believe every couple deserves a day that reflects their story and that they can truly enjoy without a worry. I will manage your vendors, run your timeline, make sure your chairs are straight and your champagne is cold!

Canvas & Thyme currently provides day of wedding coordination and design services. Based in NYC and available worldwide! Whether you're saying "I do" in your backyard or on a yacht in the Caribbean we’ll be there to make it seamless and unforgettable. Aneta's events background is mainly in charity/non-profit events and galas. Therefore she thinks of things beyond the wedding scope. But since she's newer to the wedding world and building her portfolio Canvas & Thyme Events pricing reflects that.

    Can’t Recommend Her Enough!

    We had a ton of moving parts, but Aneta made everything feel effortless. She was calm, upbeat, and totally on top of every detail. Thanks to her, we actually got to relax and enjoy our day - and even our other vendors couldn’t stop talking about how great she was!

    Canvas & Thyme Events was an absolute pleasure to work with! Aneta is very organized and detail oriented. She reached out and introduced herself weeks prior to the wedding and made the entire day run smoothly. She will go above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing wedding celebration!

I want to make sure your event runs smoothly! I only take one event per weekend so that I can be completely present for your special day.
Yes! I can assist with your shower and rehearsal dinner. Please send me a message and we can go over what services you need for your event.
I mostly work alone, however if your event requires another set of hands I do have 1-2 people I have worked with closely that would assist.
Currently I only offer day of coordinator services. We will be in touch when you book and then one month out from your wedding to go over all the small details. I also provide a walk through and will be present for the rehearsal. This service is for a couple who wants to make sure everything runs smoothly the day of their wedding and not want to be bothered by the small questions during their special day. I will be the "point of" person who will speak and manage the rest of the vendors.
I have currently coordinated one wedding. So pretty new to the business! Which my prices reflect. I have experience in large fundraising events and galas as well as catering. I am a private chef and plan private dinners on the side.
