I believe that your images should look and feel exactly like you, as if you stepped out of your photographs into real life. My style is natural, vibrant and true to color and I enjoy providing a client experience that is unique, well-planned and most of all, fun! By the time your wedding arrives, my hope is you'll see me as a trusted friend helping you enjoy your day! A lifelong New Yorker, I love combining the creative with the technical and finding the beauty, art and magic in life as well as good food, dancing to 90s jams and my senior rescue cat, Ever.

With a calm and relaxed documentary-style approach rooted in my background as a TV producer, my goal is always to bring out your personality and love story in beautiful images that reflect candidly joyous and connected, intimate moments. I welcome couples of all backgrounds and stand in strong support of the LGTBQIA+ community. Love is love. *While based in NYC, discounted travel applies to those in the Ann Arbor/Detroit area!

    My partner and I planned our elopement very quickly. Despite the time constraints, Emily took the time to meet with us before our ceremony date and asked us thoughtful questions to get to know us better. Emily made us feel comfortable and relaxed while shooting the day of and even brought clear umbrellas for the rain. The photos turned out incredible, matched our vision, yet still somehow far exceeded our expectations! We would highly recommend Emily to anyone eloping in the NYC area.
