Hi! You found me! There is nothing I love more than capturing people in their element, whether that be laughing during a portrait session or smiling at the person they love. I think it is crucial to allow clients to feel their best, look their best, and to treasure these memories forever. I specialize in portraits, headshots, fashion photography, engagements, and weddings. I have fallen in love with NYC and the beauty that can be captured through the lens. I always bring in the city to a couple's love, especially if their story started here. I can't wait to work with you and give you the photo experience that everyone deserves to have!

I am actually a photographer and videographer for weddings. I do an equal amount of both, which I love! I am actively pursuing an extended career in film so a lot of my training and eye comes from a cinematic background. Whether its photos or film, I want to bring that editorial magic to your own home.

    We had to schedule our engagement photo session at the last minute, but time was no issue with Emily; she was very responsive from the moment we inquired about her sessions. Most importantly, throughout the whole session, Emily made us feel so comfortable and stress-free while taking photos - which may not have come easy for us as we weren't used to such an environment. From receiving sneak peek photos almost right after the session to receiving all the photos in time, Emily was the best photographer to work with! (Our friends and families loved the pics, which says it all!)

    Emily has been taking photos of my husband and I for years. She is always so easy to work with and always leaves me speechless. She captures every last detail. My wedding would not have been the same without her. She captured the beautiful ceremony all the way to the crazy candid dance photos. The photos we have received are timeless and magical. I would recommend her times 10000.

    My now wife and I decided to plan a wedding in just 4 weeks and we were so lucky to find Em on Zola within the first few days of searching for a photographer. She’s responsive, energetic, and charismatic, yet works like a ninja and got all those perfect candid shots that we were hoping for! Leading up to the big day, Em helped us tremendously with our overall planning by suggesting various shots and order of events to make the dream a reality. She was so patient and sweet when assembling the family group photos- which is never an easy task- and she fit right in with our group of friends and family. Everyone loved Em at our wedding and we’re all incredibly impressed and grateful for her ability to capture our unforgettable day. Highly recommend!! I’m sad I can only give her 5 stars and not more!

    Wow-where to start! Emily did our engagement photos on the upper east side this month, and I was completely blown away by the photos and experience. Leading up to meeting for our session, her communication was fast and on point. She was professional, made us feel comfortable right away, and worked hard to execute every type of spot (and shots with our dog) within our greater location and within our time frame. Her work has a special, cinematic quality, and she made us romping around the city look so magical. It meant so much to me to document this time in our lives living in our favorite city, and the photos ended up being absolutely priceless. Would 10/10 recommend her!
