RAPT is a full service, luxury catering, event staff, event planning and experiential production company located in Manhattan, New York. RAPT was founded by Chef-Owner Andrew Maturana and specializes in elevated New American cooking, culinary cocktail craft and experiential event production. Our approach to hospitality follows a philosophy of continual improvement, thoughtfulness and seasonality in order to achieve quality-driven experiences and naturally beautiful results. We are available year 'round and provide full service catering, staff, planning and design for weddings and private events throughout Greater New York.

Yes, we charge a standard fee for delivery within Manhattan. Additional fees may apply to deliveries to other boroughs.
Yes, our event minimum is $150 per guest for food plus all value added services for all weddings.
Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee.
We recommend meeting 1 more time after your tasting. This meeting will focus on finalizing menus and headcount and to go over final venue and wedding logistics.
We are full service. We will talk you through available rentals and work with you to find the most fitting options.
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 10 months in advance.
Greater New York City, Long Island, The Hamptons. Our team will travel. Travel fees do apply.
