I contacted Terri, at TMF, to discuss my daughter’s upcoming bridal shower and she was amazing!  I had a few ideas of what I was looking for and she understood what I was imagining and really refined what I was thinking and converted my few thoughts into a cohesive theme and a beautiful event for my daughter! The bridal shower was beautiful!  The decor, theme, drinks, food, tables and chairs, decorations, umbrellas… and so many details… all came together so beautifully. It was quite impressive to see the event space transformed into my daughter’s dream shower! Because Terri is so creative, organized, resourceful and is a great communicator, I was able to host my daughter’s bridal shower and actually participate and enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime moment stress free.  I highly recommend contacting Terri/TMF to anybody who wants a true professional to create an amazing event guests will really love and you can be proud to host.

We had the pleasure of working with Robyn and Katie as our day-of coordinators, and they were fantastic! They were organized, attentive, and professional, all while being friendly, calm, and easy to work with - the perfect combination for one of the most stressful days of your life! Even before the wedding, Robyn & Katie helped out immensely with a solid kick off call to get the ground running, hair dresser recommendations, and handling any last minute items that popped up week-of with the vendors. Our venue was historic and required specific insurance requirements that R&R Collective was proactive in making sure they met. On our wedding day, they handled set-up and take-down flawlessly, and kept our vendors and timeline on track while still allowing us the space and flexibility to adjust for any last-minute desires. Hiring Frances Loves Francis was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We originally connected because of the name — Frances is my middle name and my mom’s name — but after one Zoom call with Nicole, I knew she was the one! Nicole’s pricing is incredibly reasonable for the amount of work, thought, time, and care that went into our event. We had months of emails, planning, and in-person meetings over coffee, and she made the entire process feel so easy and enjoyable. She is the perfect mix of chill, detail-oriented, professional, creative, and friendly. No challenge ever seemed to phase her, and she handled every twist and turn with so much grace. Nicole is not only an amazing planner, but also an incredible florist, and I’m so grateful both of those skillsets were part of our wedding day. I was initially a little worried about having my planner also be my florist, but I am so happy I trusted her with both. She has such a talented team of florists she works with, and the florals were absolutely stunning. She understood the vision from day one and is one of those rare people who can completely nail the assignment without needing every tiny detail explained. She is wildly creative, incredibly sweet, and truly everything she touches turns pretty. On the wedding day, I did not have a single worry. Nicole was so instrumental in making sure we could just sit back, have the best time, and trust that everything was staying on track. She was a dream to work with, and all of our vendors said the same. Over the time we worked together, Nicole got pregnant, had a baby, and still worked our wedding 2 months postpartum — superwoman indeed. We are so grateful for everything she did to make our day feel beautiful, seamless, and so us. I’m thankful we found Nicole, and even more thankful that I now have a friend for life! We had our wedding at the Monserate Winery, 2 weeks ago and it was such a fun day. Lily handled all the logistics, timing, details, vendors and probably so much more. The day flowed so smoothly and we got to enjoy the day, because Lily handled everything. We tried to stay within our budget, meaning a lot of DIYs and bringing in our own decor. Lily setup and packed everything!! It came out so good, like my canva inspo came to life. We hired Stacy very last minute and were on the fence about hiring her because we didn't have a lot for her to do as a planner but for peace of mind, we scheduled one call with her and were 100% sold. We had so many "little details" that we didn't want to get lost in translation or have to worry about. We also didn't want to depend on our bridal party or family members to help out because just like us, we wanted them to enjoy the day too. Stacy took care of everything and then some, even stopping to make sure we had our signature drinks and that we got to eat our appetizers. She went as far as making sure we got our wedding cake packaged up for later. She is so thoughtful and thorough. She also has a creative flair. We gave her complete authority with design and she made all of our personal items look even better than we imagined. We got married at the Wedding Pavilion and had our cocktail hour and reception at Italy Isola in Epcot. With all of the moving parts, Stacy was amazing making sure all of our personal items were where they should be and packed everything up at the end of the night. She worked well with the Disney Team and hiring her was one of the best decisions. We had a completely stress free wedding experience. Stacy with Meilani Weddings is the ultimate Disney coordinator!

Working with Stephany and Erika with Forevermore was such a wonderful experience and I am so so beyond happy that we went with them to help keep our day organized and on track. In terms of planning: We got married at Monserate Winery and they knew the venue and everything relating to it like the back of their hand. This eased so much stress for us. From the very start of our meetings with them I felt taken care of and a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Scheduling meetings was easy and they were always able to answer my questions. They were in contact with all of our vendors and made sure everyone else had what they needed. Truly the months leading up to the wedding I was able to focus on other items and felt like their team was on track and taking care of everything they needed to! Wedding Day: I had not a single ounce of stress day of. Erika and Stephany took care of anything and everything. They always had a beverage ready for me/my husband, kept the timeline completely on track, and were able to take care of anything we needed spur of the moment. They set up all my decor exactly as I was hoping and everything looked so beautiful. Things could not have gone more smoothly. People always say something will go wrong day of but genuinely if anything did, I didn't know about it and Stephany and Erika took care of it. Hiring Stephanie Wooding and Best Day Ever was the reason we were able to actually enjoy our wedding day. We met with other planners, but Stephanie stood out right away — she’s warm, grounded, and incredibly organized. From the start, she made the process feel less overwhelming and helped us make smart decisions without pressure. Leading up to the wedding, Stephanie helped us stay focused, keep all the details moving, and feel confident that nothing would fall through the cracks. Then, about a month out, we transitioned to her associate Jenn Anderson as our day-of coordinator. We were a little nervous about switching that close to the wedding, but it ended up being seamless. Stephanie clearly set Jenn up for success, and Jenn was phenomenal — calm, proactive, and completely unflappable. The day itself felt smooth and stress-free, and multiple guests even told us how impressed they were by the coordination. That’s the biggest compliment — because it meant we got to be present, have fun, and soak it all in. We’ve been raving about how our day felt like us. Zoe was such a big part of this. Throughout the event, Zoe was a constant calm and organized force. She nailed the tablescape and venue decor, going above and beyond with her attention to detail and creativity. I felt that she took the time to know exactly what we wanted. There were multiple moments where I felt she went above and beyond. I knew I could turn to her if I needed anything knowing that the event was in good hands as the evening progressed. Since we hired multiple vendors independently, the group needed organization and direction - Zoe was the guiding leader for our night. We had some unexpected challenges, she managed it all so well and prevented us from having any stress with a completely level headed and professional demeanor. I found that her communication style before, during, and after the event was thorough, caring, and honest. During our planning call, she showed in multiple ways that she cared about what we wanted out of the day and intended to really help us achieve the correct vibe. I could not recommend Glennie and her team more! They worked behind the scenes to make everything run smoothly during our wedding and leading up to the event! From creating group chats with our entourage for open communication to creating a minute by minute schedule of the event. She was PERFECT! Planning a wedding from across the country felt overwhelming at times, but working with Olivia Johnson at Amor Atelier made the entire process so much easier. We booked her 90-day coordination package for our wedding at Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego, and it ended up being one of the best decisions we made. From our very first consultation, Olivia stood out. She didn’t treat the call like a sales pitch — she took the time to genuinely get to know us, understand our vision, and learn what mattered most to us. We immediately felt like she cared about making our wedding special, even though we were only booking the 90-day package. She also has a fantastic eye for design and quickly understood the overall look and feel I wanted for the wedding. Throughout the planning process, Olivia was incredibly organized, proactive, and responsive. She helped guide us through decisions when we were feeling indecisive or getting close to deadlines. Even though vendor sourcing technically wasn’t part of our package, she still went out of her way to help us find both our florist and my makeup artist. Her recommendations were spot on — especially our florist, who was able to execute our vision beautifully while staying within our budget. On the wedding day, Olivia and her team handled everything seamlessly. She managed the timeline, coordinated vendors, oversaw setup and breakdown, and shielded us from any stress so we could fully enjoy the day. When plans had to change on the spot, she stayed calm, flexible, and kept everything moving smoothly. At one point during the wedding I wasn’t feeling well, and Olivia immediately stepped in to support me and help come up with solutions so the day could continue comfortably. She also helped us make thoughtful decisions in real time — for example, when our photographer and videographer started going over their scheduled time, she clearly explained our options and helped us extend just long enough to capture dancing footage without adding unnecessary costs. By the day of the wedding, I trusted Olivia completely. She and her assistants were always available for whatever we needed, and everything ran incredibly smoothly because of them. She even made sure all of our personal items were carefully packed and brought back to our room after the event. Our venue required us to hire a planner, and initially we planned to choose the least expensive option because we felt confident handling most things ourselves. I’m so glad we didn’t. Olivia filled in so many gaps we didn’t even realize existed and brought creativity, problem-solving, and a calm professionalism that made a huge difference. If you’re considering working with Olivia, I cannot recommend her enough. She was thoughtful, organized, calming, and truly invested in making our wedding day the best it could possibly be. We genuinely could not have done it without her.

Sam was absolutely spectacular in coordinating the reception for our wedding. She went through great lengths to ensure that all the details of the venue (Eden Oaks Ranch) exceeded the vision we had. Sam provided wonderful guidance to build out an appropriate timeline with flexibility for unexpected bumps in the road. She was also fantastic in providing us with shopping lists of supplies we would need to provide for a well-rounded bar selection, which would be enough for our guests to enjoy during the entire event. Sam made sure to coordinate all the vendors and staff like an orchestra, which allowed us to have a great time at our wedding. Overall, Sam has several years of experience in the wedding planning/coordinating industry and she really brought her A-game to show it. My husband and I are truly grateful to have found Sam for our wedding, she is a gem!

TTYE absolutely killed it coordinating and managing my wedding! it’s not just the day of either - she helped months prior for helping me put together my ideas and finding the most affordable decor for the wedding. The transition and vendor facilitation was FLAWLESS. I had no idea how involved and on top of it the Taylor and her team were going to be but they were ON it!! I have been officially working as a professional wedding planner since 2017. My love of all things weddings and events began at an early age. I worked at a country club in the summers before my freshman and sophomore year of college, I worked on the food and beverage staff which included being a banquet server, and can you guess which was my favorite shift to work, you guessed it, the weddings. Once I got to the point in my life where my friends were starting to get engaged and I was a bridesmaid in their weddings, I found myself taking on extra duties and wanting to be more involved that it hit me, I need to pursue being an event planner.

Miranda was absolutely amazing. We worked with her for a year to plan for our Sonoma wedding. She was recommended from a friend whose wedding she also planned and it was stunning. Even though she was not from the Sonoma area, she did an amazing job finding everything from the venue, to the vendors, photographer, and DJ. She has great attention to detail and really makes you feel at ease in the planning process. We had absolutely no idea what we wanted or what we were doing, but she made both me and my husband way less stressed on every matter. We even had a last minute DJ issue and she found us a new one right away. She helped set up food tastings and made sure we were on track for the big day in terms of seating charts and other small details. The wedding was perfect and she did a fantastic job telling us exactly what to do and where to be. She even helped my brother, the officiant, with what he was suppose to say during the ceremony, as this was his first time officiating. She did the signage, decor, literally everything and alleviated all the stress and jitters on our day. I couldn’t recommend her enough to plan and help on your day. I’d hire her again ten times over! We couldn't have been happier with our experience! The backdrop was absolutely stunning and ended up being one of the biggest focal points of our wedding. We chose the Pear Blossom wedding management service and it was perfect for our needs. Our lead planner, Emily C., jumped into action about 3-4 months before the wedding day. Emily wasn't able to attend our tasting but Melissa stepped in to help guide us and it was so much fun! Emily was so professional, kind, attentive and open to helping us whenever we needed. It was so assuring to have her offer to jump on a zoom call when we needed it! We were so thankful for her to make the timeline, offer recommendations on rentals and so much more. She was so incredible and played a big role in making our wedding day feel so perfect. Emily kept us even more organized and we truly don't think our wedding day could have gone any more seamless all thanks to her! If there were any problems, she handled them gracefully and coordinated everything with ease. We couldn't be more grateful to SBW and of course, Emily!
