Soon after sending off our inquiry, we heard from Alan right away who scheduled a FaceTime call with us. Little did we know, he had his lovely wife, Heidi, join the call as well. He was organized and had many deadlines to meet to follow our timeline, but was still always kind and amicable to everyone who crossed his path. He delivered beautiful photos that had meaning to us, which had exactly the elements we wanted in terms of details, animals, and family and friend shots.
