“THANK YOU DANIELLE! We could not have pulled off the most perfect day without her. I have been recommending her to all of my friends in the wedding planning stage because she so beyond worth it. Me and my husband think so highly of Danielle because she made planning easy, relaxing, and fun, which is not the experience many of my friends have had. Most importantly, she made sure the wedding ran so smoothly that my husband and I could be fully in the moment and enjoy every second of our wedding. We did not have to lift a finger! For the type A people debating if they could relinquish planning to someone else...let this be your sign that you can and should! I typically plan everything (trips into PowerPoints with rain plans, alternate forms of transportation, etc) so I was worried having a planner would be hard for me. I could not have been more wrong. Danielle does so much work behind the scenes and is so proactive that I knew I could fully relax. I am so grateful we hired her. I had complete confidence she had every detail and its plan b planned. She is a great communicator and you can tell she loves what she does. All the vendors at my wedding (photographer, makeup artists, venue coordinator, etc) had commented about how Danielle was so on top of everything, communicated well & early, went above and beyond compared to any other planner they had ever worked with. So this review is both from very happy customers and very happy wedding vendors. Danielle was very easy to connect with and kept it real. If she thought something wasn’t a good idea, not worth it, etc she would tell you and that’s how she quickly built trust and made sure we stayed within budget. On the day of the wedding we had two big issues come up (not her fault) and I did not even bat an eye because I knew Danielle was on it. First issue was the hotel had given one of our suites up for getting ready in. In less than an hour, we had keys to both of the suites we had booked. Our shuttle for the wedding also did not show up. Luckily, guests were able to get to the venue. In the background, Danielle was finding alternative options for transportation. At the end of the night the shuttle showed up and she ensured they not only brought people back to the hotel and after party, but also back from the after party when the bar closed. After the wedding, we was able to get us a refund after HOURS of calling the shuttle company. Danielle is someone who will go to bat for you, has years of experience, and is so good she even had a Type A bride feel totally relaxed on the wedding day. Thank you for everything!”

“Listen, there's a reason why they call her the Wedding Day Fairy Godmother! I can't fully put into words how amazing Evelyn and her entire team is. They are organized, kind, friendly and resourceful; everything you need by your side on your wedding day! My shoes broke- Evelyn had flip-flops I could wear. My bridesmaids dress got wrinkled in transport- Evelyn had a steamer to take care of it. My MIL's dress strap snapped off- Evelyn had a sewing kit. This team did not miss a beat! “I can’t count the number of times during and after our wedding I said, “hiring Christina is the best money we spent on the wedding!” I am not a planner by nature and I was dreading wedding planning. The second we hired Christina, I felt like a huge weight had been lifted. She took care of all the tiny details, gave me ideas I never would have thought of, and brought our vision to life. She was so supportive throughout the whole process, answering texts and emails about absolutely everything. On the actual wedding day, I often thought that I didn’t know what we would have done without her. While our venue had a coordinator, they were not nearly as responsive and organized as Christina was. Christina will not only plan your wedding but she will be your friend throughout the whole wedding planning process. I can’t recommend her enough.”

She was sooo personable, punctual and professional and friendly right from the very start. I knew we made the right decision from the beginning with her very fast response time. We chose to do month-of coordination for our wedding and Caroline met with us ahead of time to explain her role prior to us deciding to go with her. She ensured that our wedding rehearsal was organized and kept everyone on track, and that our wedding day was as smooth as possible, she took care of all the bumps, when we were running behind she was quick on her feet to move things around to keep us on schedule without feeling stressed. “We just got married on Nov 1st and the day/night was absolutely seamless thanks to RS Event Co. Everything went perfectly and it was truly one of the most wonderful days of my life. When I first started planning our wedding I didn’t think I would need a day-of wedding coordinator- until the months got closer and I realized how much work would actually go into making the day flow the way I envisioned it. We had heard of Raquel through a family friend, so I decided to give her a call. Raquel was personable, proactive and thought of everything I never even thought to consider. She helped us maneuver the months leading to our special day, checking in often and answering every random text. Whatever hiccups there might have been the day-of my husband and I didn’t notice because she was on top of even the smallest detail. We adored working with Raquel and her team. “I highly recommend Charissa and her team if you're looking for a wedding coordinator/planner! She is so professional, organized, and just the nicest person ever. We had so many questions and worries but Charissa helped us feel at ease throughout it all. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND on the day of the wedding... literally hauling extra chairs with her throughout the botanic gardens so we could get our photographs!! LOL! You can just tell how much she cares about her clients and we so appreciated the effort. We also had Kevin on her team set-up the decor at the venue and they did an amazing job -- we were blown away when we arrived!
