“We had Christina do our month-of/day-of coordination for our wedding and she truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! It's been a few weeks and I'm still in awe with what she did with my mess of decorations that I threw at her!!! I work in a creative field myself, so I got down and dirty with the D.I.Y. for our big day. I, kid you not, had 300 colorful bud vases, 200 colorful candle holders/votives, and a massive amount of other silly decorations for her to set up for us. I did my best to stay organized for her sanity - but let me tell you - IT WAS A HUGE COMPLICATED JOB and she did it with such ease. I kept apologizing for the amount of work I was giving her, I felt like I was being a little insane with it all LOL... but she was incredibly kind, calm, and reassuring with me through the whole process and kept telling me to stop apologizing LOL!! She is so super knowledgable about everything and has such good instincts about event planning. I added on a 30 minute planning session a few months before she started her coordinating for me - and it was incredibly helpful. Aside from her eye for decorations and impeccable creativity, she was also so so so amazing in coordinating the event in general. “Having Steph & Mali coordinate my wedding allowed me to be present in every way possible. I can tell you every song that played and every single song I missed at my wedding. If I missed a song, it was because it was time to cut the cake or do the garter toss. In fact, the morning of my wedding, I was laying on the couch with my bridesmaids and a facemask until 10am. How many brides can say that? We hired Steph because I knew I couldn't do it all myself (wrangling together our Mexican and American families). Steph and Mali are your people from the moment you wake up on your wedding day. We asked them to help with set up, timeline, and break down. I have no idea how they managed to set up our venue up to pure perfection and also make sure either Mali or Steph was with the bride/ groom at all times. At one point, Mali noticed we were struggling with our dog and offered to hold her leash while we finished up with family portraits. I can't tell you if anything went wrong because Steph just handled it. Day of, I was asked about 4 questions and if any changes needed to be made, Steph made sure I approved them, even if my mom said it was okay hahah. Steph is always prepared for worst case scenario. She helped me out with providing like 20 batteries for these inflatable sharks I was using on the dance floor. Which without the inflatable "Bad Bunny" sharks, my dance floor would not have been as awesome. She also offered me some liquid IV for when my legs started to cramp up from all the dancing I was doing. Day of coordinator is not enough of a title for what Steph does. She's so much more and I'll never be able to thank her enough.”
