It was a pleasure working with Kaiya! She was very cooperative, knowledgeable, and organized throughout the entire process. The package I chose with Kaiya was the event management service. Wedding planning was a bit stressful for me since it was just my partner and I planning the whole thing together but 3 months before the event Kaiya jumped in and helped manage all of our vendors, helped with day of timeline, and more. She also helped coordinate the rehearsals and the day of the wedding. I truly did not have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day, Kaiya handled everything with ease and care, and she guided us through our timelines of events that day with expertise. My wife and I got married a few months ago and we hired Jenn from Awe Planner for our ceremony. It was at the Palace of Fine Arts in SF. Jenn was super communicative during the planning phase and extremely detail oriented. She came to the rehearsal and was able to see our vision and make sure everyone was on board. She was GREAT with the kids too which was helpful! Wedding day, Jenn was absolutely ON IT and super incredible! She was very professional and knew exactly what to do even when a few things went wrong…. She quickly pivoted and still able to execute flawlessly. I never packed at any point as I knew Jenn had everything under control at all times. Her energy is great- positive and high but not overwhelming at all… literally Perfect! We had several people compliment us on how well she did which is when you know that u hired the right team! We had a fantastic experience working with Elizabeth. She was the day-of-coordinator for our 150-person wedding in Oakland, CA in May 2023. The day before, and the day of our wedding went so smoothly thanks to her and her assistant Rachel. We were so grateful for her expertise and support – she did so much for us on the day of the wedding, and I’m certain she was doing things behind the scenes that we didn’t even know about that kept everyone and everything running perfectly, and on time. We confirmed our date with Elizabeth 9 months out, found and signed contracts with the rest of our vendors, and then started communicating with her again a few months out. She helped us with our timeline, got us thinking about quite a few things we hadn’t thought of, and then a few weeks before the wedding, we had a seamless handover. She helped our vision come to life, was very calming and kind, had great communication with the rest of our vendors, and we can’t recommend her enough.

Working with Carissa was wonderful! We worked with her as are month-of coordinator and day-of coordinator because our venue required one. She did a wonderful job communicating with our venue (who could be a bit unresponsive at times) and helping keep the rest of our vendors up to date on the latest plans. On the wedding day itself, I couldn't believe how fast the day flew by, and Carissa really helped us to make sure things were moving smoothly (even putting some appetizers aside for us as we missed cocktail hour for pictures), and made adjustments to the timeline on the fly as well as needed. I'd definitely recommend working with Carissa!

We couldn't have asked for better wedding planners than Anna and Lucky! They are incredibly responsible, detail-oriented, and an absolute joy to work with. From the very beginning, they scheduled an initial meeting to understand our love story, our vision for the wedding, our budget, and to walk us through the services they offer at The Darling Buds. After that meeting, they sent over a detailed breakdown of their packages. After thoughtful consideration, we chose the Month-of Coordination package--and it was one of the best decisions we made! In addition to coordination, they helped us build a beautiful and affordable wedding website that included our love story, the wedding agenda, RSVP page, photo gallery, and a link to our registry. They also went above and beyond by helping us create a wedding invitation tailored for our international guests to assist with their visa applications--such a thoughtful touch. One month before the wedding, we had a comprehensive prep meeting to go through every detail of the big day. Anna and Lucky became our main point of contact for all vendor communication, which saved us so much time and stress. As first-time newlyweds, we felt incredibly supported--they thought of every little detail we might have missed. They were punctual and helpful at our rehearsal, offering invaluable tips for ceremony positioning, like where each person should stand and how to coordinate with photographers and videographers to ensure all the right moments were captured. On the wedding day itself, Anna and Lucky truly worked their magic-arranging outdoor dining tables, communicating seamlessly with vendors, and keeping us updated on the schedule to make sure everything went smoothly. And on the day-of she put out sooo many fires- unexpected guests showing up, adding an extra reception table, grabbing the vows that I forgot in the car last minute, coordinating with all the vendors. And every event was exactly on time and perfectly smooth. Even if you're doing a mostly DIY or budget wedding- day-of coordination is sooo worth it and I highly recommend Perfection Unlimited. They're super professional, calm, and kind. So grateful to their team for all their hard work.

We are so happy we chose Jacqueline as our partial wedding planner for our June wedding at Ruth Bancroft Gardens in Walnut Creek. Since she's based in Walnut Creek and has done many weddings there, she knows all the ins and outs of the garden and has great connections with local vendors. Her knowledge, responsiveness, and fantastic suggestions made a huge difference whenever we needed help. We started with a phone call to discuss our wedding vision and get to know each other. About six months before the wedding, we did a walkthrough of the venue together. Jacqueline was always there to promptly answer our questions through email, and she even joined us on our trip to Chairs for Affairs (rentals) to help pick out linens, tables, decorations, bar stands, and more. We saw her again at our rehearsal dinner, where her direction made everything run smoothly. The day before the wedding, she graciously helped print and frame all our signs. On the day of our wedding, everything went off without a hitch, thanks to Jacqueline's help with the schedule. She even made sure we ate! Truly could not possibly say enough good things about Ty. She went above and beyond from a month through the day after our wedding. We hired her as our micro wedding day of coordinator in Santa Rosa, and she had so many suggestions we never would’ve thought of and took SO much stress off of me. Because we wanted to get married in my husband’s grandparents’ backyard, have a dinner party-style reception at a restaurant, and then bowling as an after-party, there were quite a lot of moving parts and location changes Ty immediately jumped in to make feel seamless for us and our guests. She found us the best shuttle, figured out so many reception details, and continually updated an extremely detailed timeline down to the minute that I would’ve been lost without. Multiple wedding guests not only raved about her to me and my husband, but also complimented her throughout our wedding. The real icing on the cake? We didn’t hire a videographer and we woke up on our wedding morning to 150 videos she had taken throughout our entire day on a shared album. She is so sweet, so amazingly detailed, and the absolute best combo of personable and a little bossy at the exact perfect moments when I really needed someone to take charge. Thank you, Ty! We had the most wonderful experience working with Samantha Gruwell for our Nov 2021 Deer Park Villa wedding. She did the month of coordination and it was the best decision we could have made. We were feeling overwhelmed with all of the details that still needed ironed out those last few weeks leading up the wedding, and Sam was so helpful in getting everything organized, and really put us at ease. She took control of communication with all our vendors (venue, photographer, caterer, DJ, florist) and ensured our special day had a well planned schedule that ran seamlessly. Sam was so hands-on throughout the entire process. We did multiple zoom calls to go over details and questions, and she did a walk through of the venue with us a few weeks prior. She helped us organize our rehearsal to ensure the ceremony had the right timing and flow. And she helped us perfectly execute it on the day of. She even stuck around through the very end of the evening and helped to dismantle some of the flowers and decor. Sam really put her heart and soul into ensuring our wedding day went flawlessly, and she’s also one of the kindest, most thoughtful people you’ll meet. Our wedding was an absolute dream, and we owe it all to Sam for making our dream a reality! Cannot recommend her enough for your wedding planning needs.
