From keeping the planning process organized to handling the behind-the-scenes chaos (so you never have to), I'm here to make sure you can actually enjoy every moment. You bring the love, I'll handle the logistics!

Ideal for couples ready to hand off logistics in the final months. I begin working with you a few months prior to your wedding, managing vendors, timelines, and key details, then oversee rehearsal and wedding day execution to ensure a seamless experience.

Designed for couples who have finalized their plans and want professional execution on the wedding day. I step in 4-6 weeks before to review logistics and manage the timeline, vendors, and flow of events so everything runs smoothly and you can stay present.

    The Best We Could Have Asked For

    My (now) wife and I can’t say enough great things about Rachael’s services leading up to, during, and after our wedding day. She was so communicative, thoughtful, helpful, and professional. We didn’t have to worry about a thing on our wedding day besides being with each other and our loved ones. All of the planned details and visions came to life better than we expected, with Rachael and our vendors’ help. Out of the many things we spent money on for the wedding, Rachael’s services paid in dividends!! Hoping to have a reason to work together again soon.

    Flawless and amazing to work with!

    Rachael is AMAZING. She helped plan the most special baby shower and I’d use her for any and all events I can. She is so detail and aesthetic-oriented, creative, organized, and a joy to work with. The value for investment with Rachael is incredible and beyond what I expected. Thinking of the next party I can host so I can work with her again :) 11/10 recommend!

I never book multiple weddings on the same day. I believe every couple deserves my full attention, especially on their wedding day! I also keep my calendar intentionally limited so I can give each celebration the time, energy, and care it deserves.

I love the behind-the-scenes logistics, creative details, and making sure everything runs seamlessly so you can actually enjoy your day.
You'll work directly with me, Rachael, the owner and lead planner of Leonie Events! I'll be your main point of contact throughout the planning process and on your wedding day. Depending on the size and needs of your celebration, I'll bring along experienced event assistants to make sure every detail is covered.
