I joined the military on a whim and landed in Northern California, where I learned to love structure, connection, and celebrating people from every background. In 2022, I became an ordained minister after realizing just how much I’m drawn to real, deep love stories. The more weddings I officiated and planned, the more I found my spark in intimate celebrations. I wanted to create something different, a planning experience where you don’t have to lift a finger or carry the weight of timelines, vendors, or tiny details. At Ember, we handle the logistics so you can stay present, soak it in, and let your day unfold exactly as it should.

At Ember, we believe small weddings can still hit big. We make the entire process smooth, fun, and completely stress free so you can actually enjoy being engaged and married. Full-Day Wedding Coordination: We begin 8 weeks before your wedding to finalize timelines, confirm vendors, + catch the details you may have missed. On your wedding day we manage the schedule, vendors, setup, and any surprises so everything runs smoothly from start to send-off. Lead Planner + Assistant: Two dedicated pros focused on keeping your day seamless. Setup & Tear Down Included: We handle it all so you and your crew can simply celebrate.

    I’m so grateful for finding Ty. Our initial call to discuss my vision and to see if Ember was the right choice for my wedding went perfectly. I could tell she knew exactly what she was doing when we spoke on the phone. My number one priority was to not have to set up stuff on my wedding day and not have to coordinate. Anytime there was a problem on my wedding day she took care of it and was very active in my wedding day. From handling a problem with the caterer to handing out blankets to guests as their gift. Not only did she do all of that she also took pictures and videos and created a whole album for me since she knew I wouldn’t get pictures from my photographer/videographer for a while. Those pictures and videos were some of the best ones I got. Thank you Ty and Nikki!

    Truly could not possibly say enough good things about Ty. She went above and beyond from a month through the day after our wedding. We hired her as our micro wedding day of coordinator in Santa Rosa, and she had so many suggestions we never would’ve thought of and took SO much stress off of me. Because we wanted to get married in my husband’s grandparents’ backyard, have a dinner party-style reception at a restaurant, and then bowling as an after-party, there were quite a lot of moving parts and location changes Ty immediately jumped in to make feel seamless for us and our guests. She found us the best shuttle, figured out so many reception details, and continually updated an extremely detailed timeline down to the minute that I would’ve been lost without. Multiple wedding guests not only raved about her to me and my husband, but also complimented her throughout our wedding. The real icing on the cake? We didn’t hire a videographer and we woke up on our wedding morning to 150 videos she had taken throughout our entire day on a shared album. She is so sweet, so amazingly detailed, and the absolute best combo of personable and a little bossy at the exact perfect moments when I really needed someone to take charge. Thank you, Ty! Our wedding day wouldn’t have been anything close to what it was without you.
