    MONICA IS THE BEST!! Honestly I would not have been able to enjoy my wedding day the way I did without her help. She was my day-of coordinator but she started her work with me much earlier than I even thought I needed. From the beginning, she was on top of all the vendor follow ups, making sure we got timely responses, and helped with negotiating contracts. Monica will 100% take the pressure off of you. She is extremely detailed and professional. She made sure that I was able to be totally hands off the week leading up to the wedding day so I didn’t have to stress about the small details. On our wedding day itself, Monica took over everything from managing the timeline, coordinating with the vendors, and even working with my family members to help guide the day along. Little hiccups can happen at every wedding but she made it so none of it was noticed even a little bit by the guests. I was on cloud nine the whole day. I felt completely comfortable letting go of the reins and trusted Monica with the day so I could just be in the moment and ENJOY my wedding day. Isn’t that how every bride dreams of her day going? From our very first conversation, she made me feel heard, calm, and excited rather than overwhelmed. Planning an engagement celebration can feel like a lot of pressure, but Monica took all of that stress off my plate and made the entire experience genuinely enjoyable. Monica took the time to truly understand our vision — our style, our personalities, and what we wanted our guests to feel.     Monica Made Our Reception Unforgettable!

    Monica was a total lifesaver while we planned our reception. From the start it was clear she really knew what she was doing. She would catch potential problems before they even happened, already had backup plans ready, and somehow always knew what we needed before we asked. She found great vendors so fast and helped us get a bunch of custom things done, like T-shirts, a special mirror, and other personal details, all without it turning into a headache. She also handled a lot of the vendor conversations and negotiations for us, which made everything so much easier. She kept the timeline tight, stayed organized, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Anytime something came up last minute, she handled it calmly. She was careful with our budget and always communicated clearly, so we never felt out of the loop or stressed about money. It honestly felt like she was as invested in our day as we were. Having her there meant we could actually relax and enjoy our celebration instead of worrying about every little detail. Our guests are still talking about how smooth and special everything felt. If you’re looking for someone to plan your wedding or reception who is experienced, proactive, dependable, and genuinely cares, I can’t recommend Monica and Bespoke Events enough.

    A Great Experience

    If you’re someone who tends to get overwhelmed by wedding decisions, or you just want to be hands-off on the day-of, that is exactly the kind of experience Monica delivered for us. We had a small, intimate backyard wedding, and Monica ran it so smoothly that our main job on the day was to literally just show up and enjoy ourselves. I’ll admit I probably made her job harder than it needed to be. I couldn’t make up my mind about the flowers and decorations, and I wasn’t always great at explaining what I wanted. She figured it out anyway, cause instead of dropping twenty options on me, she’d narrow it to two or three, suggest things I’d never have thought of on my own, and once we gave the go-ahead she handled it extremely quickly. What showed up looked exactly like what I’d had in my head. She took all that decision fatigue off my plate without ever making me feel rushed or anxious about choosing. In the days before the wedding she was the one coordinating everything with our vendors, keeping us updated the whole time while sticking to all our deadlines. We also had one firm rule about the wedding, which was alcohol in the backyard ONLY, none inside the house. She made sure that held without us having to police it or worry about it at all. It’s wonderful to work with someone who clearly has so much passion for her job, and If we did it all over again, we’d ABSOLUTELY want her running it!
