The Tipsy Hellcat was born from my love of creating experiences that feel fun, personal, and totally on-vibe. I’m a mobile dry-hire bartender who specializes in crafting custom menus, thoughtful details, and bar setups that match your wedding’s unique style — whether you’re planning something elegant, alternative, whimsical, or bold. I’m passionate about making the process easy, stress-free, and exciting for couples. Your bar should feel like you, and I love helping bring that vision to life with creativity, warmth, and a little bit of Hellcat magic.
What sets us apart is specializing in weddings that aren’t afraid to break the rules. I work with nontraditional, witchy, celestial, punk, goth, and offbeat couples who want a bar experience that feels as bold and unique as they are. Instead of cookie-cutter packages, I create custom menus, dramatic signature cocktails, and aesthetic setups that elevate your entire vibe. With my dry-hire model, you bring the alcohol you love, and I take care of the creative magic and the smooth, stress-free execution. Clients supply the alcohol while The Tipsy Hellcat handles bar setup, service, and guest experience with efficiency and care. This package is ideal for hosts seeking a polished, reliable bar service with flexible customization options to fit their event size, style, and venue requirements.

We unfortunately did not get to work with Danie, but spoke with her on multiple occasions while planning our vow renewal. My husband and I felt completely at ease speaking with Danie about our vision for the day, and she was enthusiastic about helping us create custom cocktails and mocktails themed for our cats. Danie was kind, thoughtful, and a pleasure to speak with. She easily spent a half hour on the phone with us and seemed genuinely excited for this project. Danie clearly communicated what to expect from pricing and what the next steps would look like should we decide to proceed. While we didn’t get to work with her this time, I am saving her number and will absolutely be recommending Tipsy Hellcat to loved ones planning events in the area. Super kind and responsive
While we didn't end up booking Tipsy Hellcat due to our timeline and other external factors, working with Danie during the planning phase was fantastic. Best bartender ever!
I highly recommend Danie for Yosemite elopements/weddings. She was truly one of the best decisions we made for our day. From the very beginning she was attentive, communicative, and always kept me updated on everything. She really listened to what I wanted and somehow brought my vision to life exactly the way I imagined it. What honestly impressed me the most is that she managed to make everything look absolutely perfect despite all the weather chaos we had — rain, freezing cold, and even snow. Somehow she handled every single unexpected situation so calmly and professionally and made our day feel effortless and magical. She was genuinely my saving grace during our dream elopement, and I cannot recommend her enough

We booked The Tipsy Hellcat to bring a hot cocoa bar to our Christmas party at Main Street Tattoo, and it was honestly incredible. She showed up early, handled every detail, and created the cutest setup that fit perfectly with our shop’s holiday vibe. Our team and clients loved it. Whether you need a mobile bartender or a specialty drink bar, she delivers every time. We’ll definitely be inviting her back for future shop events!
