Hi! Thanks for stopping by. I'm Giselle, a San Francisco-based photojournalist and documentary photographer. My editorial work has appeared in the San Francisco Chronicle and The San Francisco Standard, among others, and documentary storytelling is what drew me to this career in the first place. When I got married, the best decision I made was choosing a photographer who saw the day the way I did and put me at ease in front of the camera. That's exactly what I bring to my clients: an unobtrusive, documentary eye paired with a genuinely personable approach, so your photos feel true to your day — not staged.

I hold a Bachelor's in Photojournalism, trained under Pulitzer Prize-winning faculty, and I currently work as a photo editor at a San Francisco newspaper. Photography isn't a side gig for me; it's my full-time career, on both sides of the camera. If you're looking for documentary-style wedding photography, I'd love to be part of your day!

Relaxed, documentary-style coverage that captures the real, unscripted moments of your day and still delivers the shots you'll treasure. Pricing varies by elopement size, location, and add-ons (extra hours, second shooter, travel, film, etc.). Every elopement is different, so every quote is custom. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame!
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive an online gallery with high-resolution images, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.
