Based in the Reno & Lake Tahoe area, but travel encouraged. I first picked up a camera a decade ago, but it’s taken time to cultivate the relationship I have with photography today. My passion lies in capturing honest moments & documenting stories that feel real & personal. Whether it’s the joy of a wedding, excitement of an engagement, or intimacy of a quiet elopement, my goal is to create images that reflect genuine connections. When I look through the lens, the world seems to stand still, giving me the chance to catch my breath & find beauty in the moment. It allows me to create timeless images that celebrate your story & feel authentic.

I am there to take photos, but more importantly, tell the story of your day! It is a focus of mine for you to feel the emotions of the day when looking back on the photos years later. I want you to relive the warmness and tenderheartedness of it all. My favorite part of the process is creating images that evoke emotion & leave a lasting impression. It’s my hope that you’ll have meaningful photographs that are as sentimental as the memories they represent. My husband and I got married in October and I’m so glad we ended up booking with TJ! He was so great throughout the whole experience. He was very easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions or concerns. Our pictures turned out amazing. TJ also completed our gallery SO fast. He was great during the wedding with making sure we got the shots we wanted and went out of his way to find cute outdoor areas to take photos. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a wedding photographer.

I am so thankful to have had TJ capture our wedding photos, they are an absolute dream! I spent hours looking around at photographers and when I came across TJ’s page, his photos capture such beautiful and authentic moments and that’s exactly what he did for our day. On top of the perfect photos, he was attentive to each detail running smooth and so personable and kind to all of us. We recommend TJ for capturing your most special days!

After deciding to work with me, a 20% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your date. Your deposit is included in the cost of your total payment. We will also schedule a consultation to go over the details and be more comfortable and accustomed before we meet the day of the engagement shoot and/or the wedding. I will also send you a contract to sign as well as an invoice for payment.

My dream is to be able to travel because of photography. I would love to meet you wherever you want your vision captured! Certain locations outside of the Reno and Lake Tahoe area are even eligible for a discounted travel package.

I am lucky enough to have strong relationships with a few photographers who would be willing to assist me on wedding days. There is an additional fee for adding a second photographer, but is always a great option. I am excellent at what I do, however, I can never be in two places at once.

You will receive your images via an online gallery. For engagement/elopement sessions, a link to your gallery will be sent to you within 15 days of the session. For weddings you will receive your link about 2-3 weeks after your wedding date. You will be able to download and save the images from your gallery, order high quality prints, and share them with loved ones easily.

I believe when you choose your photographer, you are also choosing someone's work you resonate with. I have a vision when capturing your session of how it will look in the end so the editing process is crucial to my artistic approach. I do not provide raw photos, however, the ones you receive are the honest representation of your day that had a great amount of artistry and care put into them.

While my strongest work comes from candid moments, I will provide gentle prompts and guidance to help you feel natural and comfortable. Together, we’ll capture your love authentically and beautifully.
