I had my first shot at managing a sushi restaurant when I took over an empty section of the family restaurant and introduced sushi to my customers. Antonio Ayestaran has been a professional chef for over 30 years. He is an A.C.F. Apprentice graduate, a certified Chef de Cuisine, and a certified Pastry Chef. I’m Amy. My passion for baking started when I was in high school. In my senior year, I went to a technical high school that focused on culinary arts, baking, and hospitality. After learning everything about the industry and how far you could go with passion and practice my inspiration for baking continued to grow over the years.
