We are breaking into the California market bringing the flavor and delectable Southern Louisiana Creole/Cajun cuisine adding a twist to the standard American gourmet cuisine. Providing the same dishes we are all familiar with, but with an extra twist. We are inviting others to experience the true taste of the south where delicious food and service is a staple. Our dishes aren't just pretty, the food is actually delicious.

Authenticity and creativity in food menu creations, is what sets us apart from any other caterer, also the fact that we are a concierge catering and event planning company. We aren't just local, we have the ability to bring our uniqueness anywhere in the continental United States. We use special herbs and spices not readily available in the area which is our secret to being different.

Sample catered weddings

The bride chose a floral color scheme with rich hues of peach, pink and yellow. The bride is American and the groom is from Central America and the bride is a kidney transplant recipient and to be able to bring her vision to life after all of her medical challenges was a pleasure and honor to do.

    Wonderful experience with Bailey Rae Catering

    Scarlette at Bailey Rae Events provided wonderful catering for our wedding. We presented her with a challenge, a remote location more than 3 hours from her kitchen, with no running water on site, and she delivered a fantastic meal to our guests. Not only that, but she took the challenge in stride - she told us it would be no problem and made us feel reassured that we could pull off a catered meal at our location. And not only did she pull it off, but did so flawlessly. Multiple guests told us that this was the best wedding catering that they have had. Not only was the food delicious, but the presentation was also beautiful. The graze table was overflowing with food, and the buffet line had petals along it that corresponded to our wedding colors. No one left the wedding hungry! Her beverage station also received many compliments with three excellent and refreshing options. Scarlette went above and beyond to make sure our catering experience was flawless on our wedding day. She brought her warm and engaging personality to the event and made a big impression on the many guests who complimented her cooking and tried to get her to share her recipes. We are very glad we selected her for our special day!

    Southern Hospitality at It's Finest

    From our first conversation, Scarlette at Bailey Rae Events proved she was different from other catering companies. She listened closely to what we wanted and remembered details we'd even forgotten about, which made planning stress-free. On our wedding day, everything she promised came through—the food presentation was gorgeous, the taste was incredible, and her team's service felt seamless. Scarlette's southern hospitality and perfectionist approach showed in every detail, from start to finish.     Bailey Rae Events! A Life Saver

    Bailey Rae Events was a life saver! I called with a last minute request to cater a small intimate event for 20 guests. Bailey Rae events came through in the nick of time. The staff were professional, considerate and brought my vision to life. The presentation was beautiful! They set up and cleaned up and the food was DELICIOUS!

    Incredible Service

    Bailey Rae Events provided an exceptional catering experience for my Grad school Party. Their communication was professional, efficient, and speedy throughout the planning process. The quality of their work was top-tier, with flavorful dishes and an exceptional presentation. She catered my graduation party for 150 guests, and our plates were never empty and our cups were always filled. Scarlette, the owner, is fair and second to none in her field. Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee. If you sign a contract with us beforehand, we can waive this fee. We limit the number of guests for the tasting to 4.
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 10 months in advance.
For a small per person fee, we can cut and serve your wedding cake to your guests.
We can provide individual Kosher or Halal meals and customize fully vegetarian or vegan menus.
We are full service. We will take you on a walk-through of available rentals and work with you to find options within your budget.
Yes, we have a minimum for all weddings and it depends on the guest count, menu and other details.
We have locations both in Houston, Texas and Sacramento, California with the capability of serving the surrounding areas and destination events.
We recommend meeting 2 more times after your tasting. One meeting will focus on finalizing menus and headcount. One to go over final venue and wedding logistics.
Yes, we charge a standard fee for delivery which also includes fuel charges.
