Owner/chef

Antonio Ayestaran has been a professional chef for over 30 years. He is an A.C.F. Apprentice graduate, a certified Chef de Cuisine, and a certified Pastry Chef. Antonio, along with six other chefs, represented California at the largest cooking competition in the world, the Culinary Olympics in Germany. Antonio received Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals for his efforts. Antonio prides his business on working closely with his customers, creating custom experiences for each event. He works closely with many of the largest organizations, cooking for fundraisers, donating meals and time, giving back to the community whenever possible.

One Event, Period. We want our customers to have the best day they could have imagined. We only schedule one event at a time. This factor ensures that you have the best "on point wait staff" and that all of our products and services are available, and of course, that Antonio can be at each event. Our primary focus is to create fantastic food and make you feel as comfortable and unique as possible

    Antonio’s Catering was absolutely spectacular! From the very beginning, Antonio and his team were organized, professional, and a joy to work with. The food was out of this world. Passed appetizers and charcuterie spread were a huge hit during cocktail hour and all the dinner buffet options were delicious. So many of our guests said it was the best wedding food they’d ever had! As someone who is gluten-free and dairy-free, I was so appreciative of how thoughtfully the menu was prepared to accommodate my needs without sacrificing flavor or presentation. Every dish was beautifully prepared and served perfectly. The entire staff worked together seamlessly coordinating both the food and bar service with efficiency and grace. Everything ran flawlessly from start to finish, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We can’t thank Antonio and his incredible team enough for helping make our wedding day so memorable. Highly, highly recommend!

    I have worked with Antonio’s Custom Catering on numerous occasions. Every time he and his staff are professional, extremely helpful, hard working and eager to help make each event the best for the couple. He has many options in his menu and can even create event specific dishes if required. His food is always flavorful, appetizing visually, fresh and he never runs out! Highly recommend!!
