We were instantly put at ease after a consultation with Hillary. We hired Hillary for day-of coordination services and two zoom planning calls leading up to our wedding day. As we entered our wedding week with a strong likelihood of rain, Hillary went above and beyond to create multiple contingency plans, working flawlessly with our other vendors to ensure we could carry out all the aspects we wanted in our day. As the weather forecast changed by the minute just prior to our ceremony, Hillary made recommendations but ultimately left decisions up to us when it came to changing our timeline, and carried out our decisions without hesitation. She was genuinely invested in making sure our wedding day went perfectly, and thanks to her expertise it did!

All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. Overall we were blown away by Dana and her team’s professionalism and dedication to our wedding. Dana’s communications were always prompt, detailed, and thorough every step of the way, making the planning process a breeze. She lead our rehearsal too which is exactly what we needed. Her team also went above and beyond the day-of to ensure every aspect of our special day was executed flawlessly. We cannot recommend Sarah of Petal and Pine highly enough! Planning our Maine wedding from Colorado meant booking our venue and all vendors sight unseen, which naturally came with some anxiety. Sarah absolutely exceeded our expectations and went far beyond typical day-of coordination. Our venue was unfamiliar to her, so she took the initiative to stay there overnight with her husband about a month before our wedding - on her own time and dime - to fully understand the space and logistics. She made the trip from Portland (about an hour away) to meet with us at the venue, which was invaluable for our peace of mind. She also coordinated our rehearsal the day before, ensuring everyone knew exactly what to expect. She even allowed us to ship items to her home for storage prior to the wedding weekend and met us a few days before to ensure we picked everything up. On the wedding day itself, Sarah’s calming presence was exactly what we needed. While we were worried about all the moving parts and vendor coordination, she executed everything flawlessly. Her organizational skills were exceptional - she shared detailed schedules with all our vendors in advance and managed every detail with grace and confidence. Sarah made what could have been a stressful experience feel effortless. We would absolutely use her services again and recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in Maine, especially those coordinating from out of state!

We first met Connie Clark when our daughter was organizing her wedding reception. At that time, Connie was involved with a startup venue that was undergoing renovations. To cut a long story short, around 7 PM the evening before our daughter's reception, it became clear that the venue was not prepared. When the venue manager was not responding to her calls, she rallied the group that was financing the remodeling project. By 10 PM, the lead investor instructed Connie to find an alternative location for the reception, which was scheduled for the following evening. Connie reached out to a nearby coffee shop/bar, explained the situation, and requested the on-duty manager to contact the owner to see if the reception could be held there. Shortly after, Connie received confirmation that the reception would take place at the new venue. She informed the investment group about the change in location and began reorganizing for the new space. Our family learned of the change around 7:30 AM on the day of the reception, and once we gave our approval, Connie assembled a team and transformed the coffee house/bar into a beautiful reception hall. What Connie managed to coordinate and accomplish in such a brief period was truly remarkable.

Valerie planned the most incredible elopement for us in Iceland. And she did it all in under a month! This woman is fabulous and kind and an all around amazing human. She was organized and had back up plans to back up plans. Seriously, if we had any questions, she found time to listen and talk through everything with us. She was even able to procure an entire picnic for us, that was vegan friendly too! She made all of our florals, and got them to the location we were at. I think she's a magician. She certainly made our elopement magical! I highly recommend Valerie for the elopement of your dreams!

We could write a novel about how helpful Elise and her team were on the day of our wedding and leading up to it. We cannot thank them enough for making our events run so smoothly! The weather report for our wedding day was very uncertain in the weeks, days and even minutes leading up to our ceremony. Elise was calm and provided expert advice throughout the uncertainty. She organized our rain back up plan without causing us any stress on the day of and truly made our vision come to life. She helped rework the schedule so we could get photos outside before the rain and had the entire bridal party comfortably inside before it began pouring. My guests (who were redirected to the rain back up venue) said Elise and her team were outside in the pouring rain happily and clearly directing guests to the ceremony, demonstrating true commitment! All around, our guests said that our "plan B" felt like a "plan A" despite the severe weather. We have Elise and her team to thank for that!! Their communication, flexibility, and expertise were unmatched.

Showcase Events is a also full service party rental company serving New Hampshire & Western Maine. We offer a full line of top quality tents, tables, farm tables, chairs, dance floors, lighting, place settings, linens, catering equipment and more.

We used Showcase Events Rentals for our wedding on 9-22-23. Our experience was great; their selection of rentals was vast their prices were fair consistent in comparison to other local rental companies. We found that Showcase had the best looking best priced farm tables, which fit out aesthetic perfectly. We specifically chose Showcase because they came highly recommended by our venue for their quality, set up clean up services, month-of coordinator, Sheena. 10/10 recommend. We were very excited to utilize their month-of coordinating services. To no fault of her own, we didn’t really utilize Sheena’s coordinating help too much the actual month-of (we had pretty much everything ready to go a few months in advance we took care of final communications with vendors ahead of time), so I can’t speak to her level of involvement in that sense. However, Sheena was very responsive to our emails from the time we booked our rentals (9 months in advance) she was very helpful with coordinating the rehearsal, setting up the venue the morning of, helping facilitate the smoothest, most stress-free day possible. She was super prepared during our check-in phone call, and we were confident in her ability to handle anything that came up so that we wouldn’t have to! She even purchased several cases of High Noons for us DURING our reception when we unexpectedly ran out! She was fantastic. Sheena worked with 2 other coordinators that day, Kim Kat. Kat was a HUGE help at the start of the ceremony – she helped hold my dress’s train keep me hidden from the guests during the bridal party processional. She has a very calming presence talked me through each moment leading up to my entrance, pointing out my *now* husband escorting his mom down the aisle, pointing out my dad, reassuring me that all those jitters I was feeling in that moment would soon go away the moment I saw my husband at the end of the aisle. She was so right, it was very special to be able to share those moments with someone as sweet as her.
