As a future bride planning my own destination wedding in Mexico, I understand firsthand how exciting, and sometimes overwhelming, wedding planning can be. With a passion for creating seamless celebrations and an eye for the details that matter most, I help couples navigate every step with confidence and ease. From coordination, decor assistance or hourly event support, We deliver personalized guidance, thoughtful organization, and dependable expertise tailored to your unique vision. My goal is to take the stress off your shoulders so you can be fully present, and enjoy a celebration that feels effortless and unforgettable.

With over 20 years in healthcare leadership and operations, I’ve built my career on organization, communication, problem-solving, and remaining calm under pressure. I also understand firsthand the emotions and excitement that come with this season of life. My goal is simple: to provide thoughtful support and seamless execution so couples and their loved ones can be fully present and enjoy every moment.     Organized, Proactive, and Incredibly Helpful!

    We were so lucky to find Christina! Pretty late into the wedding planning process, we realized we needed a lot of help setting up for our wedding after party, and we didn’t hire anyone to handle it. I found Christina, and I am SO glad I did! From the beginning, she was so responsive and organized. On the day of our wedding, she arrived on time and took care of everything we needed for the after party. She set up all of our decor and signage at the venue, retrieved our food deliveries, and got everything organized and set up for the bar so it was completely ready for us and our guests. We had estimated how much ice we would need and asked her to bring it, but once Christina arrived and started setting everything up, she realized we were going to need more. Without hesitation, she went back out to get additional ice, which we appreciated so much. It was such a good example of how attentive and proactive she was, she paid attention to what we actually needed and made sure everything was taken care of. Christina was wonderful, and I would absolutely recommend hiring her for your wedding day! I honestly wish I had found her sooner and hired her to help with our entire day because having someone so organized, reliable, and willing to jump in wherever needed would have been incredibly helpful. We are so grateful we had her there to make our after party happen!!

    Christina is a God-send!

    Christina Vargas is an absolute angel. My husband and I hired her for our wedding as our day of coordinator after realizing we needed someone to help with coordinating our other vendors' arrivals for our wedding reception while our ceremony was being held elsewhere at the same time. We thought that we only needed assistance for that piece of things since we felt comfortable with all the other vendors we were hiring and coordinating on our own; however, Christina delivered what we thought we needed and far beyond what we could have imagined. Christina contacted each of our vendors asking them detailed questions we didn't think of in order to to create an integrated and flawless day for us. She came to our venue the day prior to our wedding, walked through, and helped with any of our needs, then day-of she executed all we wanted and foresaw our own needs even before we knew we needed something. Her attention to detail, ability to put out fires (even literally! a guest may have lit a table on fire but Christina's day of work was so superb that we didn't even know of it until well after the fact and our other guests even commenting on how calmly, swiftly, and professionally she handled it!), and her kindness was incredible. She even put together a crew a week prior to our wedding to help our break down and clean up and it brought so much peace to my husband and me, our families, and our guests. Our hats are off to you, Christina! You are incredible and we give you our highest praise! We absolutely recommend Christina at CVargas Events to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator! Thank you with all our hearts!

    NEED TO HIRE

    We knew we had found the right planner for our wedding. Christina was consistent in her communication and always responded quickly to our questions and concerns, which gave us peace of mind throughout the entire planning process. Her eye for detail and natural aesthetic sense meant our vision came to life exactly as we imagined it. We could trust that she would deliver what we wanted, and she absolutely did. On our wedding day, everything ran smoothly and looked polished from start to finish. We can't thank Christina enough for making our day so special and stress-free!!!

    Best decision you could make!

    Everyone says your wedding day flies by, but because of Christina it didn’t feel that way at all! We were able to enjoy every moment with our guests while Christina handled the rest. Christina was communicative, organized, and didn’t miss a single detail (plus found additional details such as suggesting she remove the flowers from our wedding arch after the ceremony and move them to our sweetheart table, which was a great touch!). She was great about checking in on us throughout the night to make sure we had drinks, food, and everything we needed so we could spend as much time as possible with our guests. We DIY’ed a lot of our wedding, but being able to pass it all off day of to Christina without any worry was the best decision we could have made and was money well spent! Christina’s prices were fair, and customized a package to meet our exact needs. We would recommend her to everyone! Thank you Christina!!

    Definitely made our day easier and more enjoyable!

    Christina was responsive and professional from the start of communication! Her customized proposal process was easy and she even adjusted pricing to be lower on a follow up proposal after clarifying that we didn’t need her for a fee services. She was reliable and coordinated with all vendors, polite with guests and even assisted my elderly grandmother to the bathroom. She stepped in wherever needed and handled everything. I don’t think I would have enjoyed my day as much as I did if we didn’t hire her. If your on the fence about a coordinator- make the jump, she is amazing!
