“We booked for both florals and planning. We could not be more grateful to Angel for her unbelievable help. When beginning to plan our wedding, we had some vague ideas of what we liked, but were not completely sure. Despite only advertising as a 3 month planner, Angel helped us from the day we booked with her (a little under a year and a half before our wedding). She recommended amazing vendors, let us run ideas and questions by her at any time, and helped us craft the most beautiful day. We intentionally decided that florals would be lower on our list of priorities and expenses. Angel also does florals through Greenhouse Events, and she showed us beautiful photos and had the most reasonable prices of any florist we had met. I had a few requests for florals: namely, I wanted a few peonies for my bouquet in November, and gave a few other types of flowers I'd love to see. Peonies are not in season in November in North America, so I knew it might be difficult. Flash forward to our wedding: Angel had everything so detailed and organized, and everything moved so seamlessly. She absolutely blew us away with her decor and florals. It probably looked like a wedding that would have spent triple what we actually did on florals based on the STUNNING flowers. When I asked for a few peonies, she delivered literal buckets of peonies. Everyone was talking to us about how stunning the decor was, and we couldn't agree more. Angel really picked up on what we did and didn't like, helped us identify the most important parts of the day, and made sure we felt special and taken care of with little things we wouldn't think of already planned for in advance. She also kept everything running smoothly but in a relaxed way that was not pushy or frustrating for guests, and kept us on schedule while allowing for extra time for things as they came up. We could not recommend Angel any more highly. She is truly a lifesaver and made our day unbelievably special and perfect.”

“Hiring Dhalia Events was one of the best decisions we made when we were planning our wedding. I am skeptical of the wedding industry in general, but I am convinced that wedding coordinators like Deliece and Melissa are skilled, experienced professionals in a niche field who can make a huge difference in the quality of your experience. And what's the point if you don't get to enjoy your wedding experience? Here are some specific things that Deliece and Melissa did that were super-helpful on the day of: 1) I couldn't find the body tape I had bought, but they had some on hand. 2) I needed to stay hydrated after I got my makeup done, so they provided straws so I could drink without messing up my lipstick. 3) The groom's vest had fallen to the bottom of his garment bag after we dry cleaned it, but they had a portable steamer and were able to get the wrinkles out. 4) They arranged a tent for our DJ for the ceremony, which was outdoors, when they discovered at the last minute that the contract required a tent rain-or-shine. 5) They made sure we ate dinner (and dessert). 6) They made sure waitstaff were replacing our drinks at regular intervals during the reception. 7) They brought a handheld portable fan, which was a lifesaver since it was more than 90 degrees outside. 8) They provided transportation around the property, which was a vineyard that wasn't very walkable in my nice shoes. 9) A friend left something in their car by accident at the end of the night, and they arranged to mail it to her a few days later. All of these things were nice surprises. It's not like we asked them to bring straws, it didn't even occur to us that we'd need them. But Deliece and Melissa brought them anyway because this is their job and they know what they're doing. They were PREPARED. I also want to note that I did not buy full wedding planning services from them, just month-of coordination, but they never treated me like a less important client. There were cases in the months leading up to the wedding where I asked them for help that was actually outside the scope of services we had agreed on, and they were very professional in letting me know that it wasn't included in my package. I appreciate that they enforced their boundaries so politely and respectfully-- I like that in a person. Overall, I can't recommend Dhalia Events highly enough.”

As a control freak, letting go of all the little details on the day of was so hard to do, but I put our trust in her and she did not disappoint! We had an initial call when I was inquiring (over a year ahead of the wedding), then we had a venue walkthrough close to the wedding date where she took notes and asked questions, had a final call just before to go over any final details, and took my decor photos/notes to ease my mind on how I wanted things to look. The day of, she handled everything and didn’t need me for a thing - coordinated the vendors, set up the decor, and was our main point of contact for everything, broke down everything at the end. We also rented a few items from her that had to be hauled down to the venue. Everything was perfect. I cried when I saw my vision come to life. We hired Erin for our month of coordinator almost 2 years in advance. From the beginning, she was very responsive, informative, kind, and helpful. I am pretty organized, and she consistently thought of questions I didn't! I was very impressed with her demeanor with myself and the rest of our vendors. Our venue required a pre-approved coordinator, and Erin took the steps to contact them to make sure she would work out, and we are so glad she did! “Next to marrying each other, hiring DPNAK was by far the BEST wedding decision we made. My wedding was 2 months ago, and as I reflect on the planning process and the wedding weekend itself, I can assuredly say Danielle was worth every penny and then some. I do not know how anyone could stay sane during the planning process or enjoy a seamless wedding day without someone like Danielle. I'm a pretty type B person who has never utilized a calendar/planner/spreadsheet in my life, and I'm also a surgical resident with crazy hours and an unpredictable schedule. EVERY TYPE B BRIDE NEEDS A DPNAK! While her organizational abilities and attention to detail are very impressive, she won't judge you or get frustrated if your own organization skills aren't as strong. There were times when it would take days or weeks for us to respond to an email, and occasionally we would get behind schedule with various planning tasks (our own fault not Danielle's), and instead of getting frustrated with us, she would just send gentle reminders and tips on how to prioritize what we needed to accomplish. DPNAK is also very good at sharing her own opinions/experience-based recommendations without forcing them on you or making you feel dumb if you choose something else. We ultimately did go with Danielle's suggestions 90% of the time, but for the couple of things we did "our way," she happily supported us and helped us execute them perfectly. Danielle was amazing when it came to vendor and venue communication, and multiple vendors commented on how helpful, thorough, and professional all of her communication was. At the rehearsal and on the wedding day, her communication style was the perfect blend of friendly/gentle/funny and firm/assertive. She can seamlessly capture the attention/respect of a room full of people while maintaining a sense of peace/positivity that never made it feel like we were being "bossed around" etc. NOTHING WENT WRONG on my wedding day -- I REPEAT -- NOTHING WENT WRONG!!!!??? Some of that is obviously good luck, but I really truly believe a TON of that is because of the DPNAK team. Everyone warns you that your wedding day will be chaotic or that something will go wrong and you're going to be an anxious mess etc. etc. but we truly had a sense of peace and calmness the entire day knowing that everything would flow seamlessly because of Danielle. Danielle also told us that if anything did go wrong or needed last-minute changes, her team would try to handle it without bothering us, and being protected from any day-of decision-making or damage control was amazing. This is the longest review I have ever written, and I could truly write for ages about our amazing experience with Danielle. Our parents and multiple members of the wedding party commented on how smoothly she ran the wedding weekend and how natural it all seemed for her -- Danielle definitely found her calling. On the wedding day, we tipped Danielle and her team per the standard wedding vendor tip protocols, but we were so blown away by their services that I requested the option to send an additional tip weeks later -- I knew DPNAK was the right choice as soon as our first Zoom meeting ended, and I knew she was amazing throughout the planning process, but her true value really revealed itself on the wedding day and I never could have predicted just how precious her services would be. She is worth every penny and more. Love and miss you DPNAK!!”

We hired Kris because this was a destination wedding for us and we needed help with locating vendors and wanted to feel like we had someone that we could work with in the area that was familiar with the industry and able to coordinate day of for us. I had my initial call with Kris and immediately felt comfortable and listened to with any questions or concerns I had with planning. She offered us different vendors for catering, rentals, dj and cake. She setup up tastings and meetings with all vendors making sure we felt comfortable and confident with every vendor we went with. Kris went above and beyond being CCd on every email and on every call. She provided quick and accurate information throughout the planning process. We ran into issues with our venue along the way and Kris was right there beside us helping us and working through it.
