Hi, I'm Mercedes — your dedicated event stylist and planner, and the heart behind Bella Events . Bella Events was born in 2020, the same year my daughter Rizaury Isabella came into the world — my pandemic baby and my inspiration. The pandemic gave me the space to turn a long-standing passion into a profession. I’ve always loved creating beautiful moments, and now I get to do it for others in a way that’s both personal and professional.

At Bella Events, we believe every celebration deserves exceptional care, no matter the size. As a bilingual event planning and coordination company, we provide seamless communication in both English and Spanish, creating a comfortable experience for couples, families, guests, and vendors alike. We take a hands-on, personalized approach, build strong vendor relationships, and focus on every detail to ensure your event is beautifully executed and stress-free from beginning to end.

Designed for celebrations of 80 guests or fewer, our Micro Wedding Coordination package provides the same level of care. Just because your guest list is smaller doesn't mean your experience should be. Coordinating vendors and managing your timeline to overseeing every important moment, Bella Events ensures your celebration feels just as polished, seamless, and memorable as a 150-guest wedding.	Beginning about one month before your wedding, we work closely with you to review every detail, connect with your vendors, finalize your timeline, and ensure everything is in place for a seamless celebration. On your wedding day, we oversee the timeline, coordinate vendors, manage logistics, and handle the unexpected so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment.

Bella Events killed it with the photo booth at our vow renewal this past Saturday! It was a total hit with everyone. The props were perfect, and so much fun. Mercedes was so friendly and accommodating to everyone. Thank you for helping us create such awesome memories!
