I was originally paired with a coordinator who was not as proactive/did not project confidence and ability to guide. Mostest was super accommodating with getting me reassigned, replacing my original planner with Lanise within a day of me contacting them. Everything was smooth sailing from there on out! If you’re in Houston I highly recommend Lanise as a month-of coordinator! She consistently went above and beyond leading up to and on the day of my wedding. She is professional, organized, confident, and creative. I am a very Type A person, so it was important to me to have someone I could really trust with the details. Lanise sent detailed recaps with action items after each of our weekly meetings, was available over text when I had questions, smoothly handled vendor communications and even some family coordination for speeches, conducted venue visits, and did an AMAZING job decorating and keeping things moving on the day of. I came in with a pretty detailed vision and provided mockups of my table settings and special decor, but Lanise truly understood the assignment and executed it with such care and precision. I was blown away when I walked into the venue. She did not miss a detail! She was also just a fun and reliable presence throughout the night and even took what ended up being some of our favorite photos for us on her phone. Highly recommend!!!

Once the day arrived he customized our Ceremony to tell our love story exactly how we imagined/ wanted it! Sanford has a great personality and can tell your story! It was a pleasure working with Kaiya! She was very cooperative, knowledgeable, and organized throughout the entire process. The package I chose with Kaiya was the event management service. Wedding planning was a bit stressful for me since it was just my partner and I planning the whole thing together but 3 months before the event Kaiya jumped in and helped manage all of our vendors, helped with day of timeline, and more. She also helped coordinate the rehearsals and the day of the wedding. I truly did not have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day, Kaiya handled everything with ease and care, and she guided us through our timelines of events that day with expertise. I cannot recommend Cynthia enough! The last three months leading up to my wedding were incredibly stressful, but bringing Cynthia on board as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. The day before, and the day of our wedding went so smoothly thanks to her and her assistant Rachel. Meshawn was such a fantastic coordinator and we got so much value for the price with the day-of coordination package. She followed up with me every month leading up to the wedding to make sure the planning and vendor bookings were on track and. She also helped a ton with planning the full schedule for the day and had a good sense of how long each thing would take. And on the day-of she put out sooo many fires- unexpected guests showing up, adding an extra reception table, grabbing the vows that I forgot in the car last minute, coordinating with all the vendors. And every event was exactly on time and perfectly smooth. Even if you're doing a mostly DIY or budget wedding- day-of coordination is sooo worth it and I highly recommend Perfection Unlimited. We are so happy we chose Jacqueline as our partial wedding planner for our June wedding at Ruth Bancroft Gardens in Walnut Creek. Since she's based in Walnut Creek and has done many weddings there, she knows all the ins and outs of the garden and has great connections with local vendors. Her knowledge, responsiveness, and fantastic suggestions made a huge difference whenever we needed help. We started with a phone call to discuss our wedding vision and get to know each other. About six months before the wedding, we did a walkthrough of the venue together. Jacqueline was always there to promptly answer our questions through email, and she even joined us on our trip to Chairs for Affairs (rentals) to help pick out linens, tables, decorations, bar stands, and more. We saw her again at our rehearsal dinner, where her direction made everything run smoothly. The day before the wedding, she graciously helped print and frame all our signs. On the day of our wedding, everything went off without a hitch, thanks to Jacqueline's help with the schedule. She even made sure we ate! The day was a fun blur, and we were so grateful to have her there. Wedding planning can be stressful, even for those who enjoy it. Jacqueline made the process so much easier and put us at ease. Anna and Lucky at Darling Buds are an incredible team. They led my husband and I through the entire planning process and were there for us throughout the big day. We had the best day of our lives at our wedding. People kept saying that I didn't seem stressed on the day of, and I said that it was true - I really wasn't stressed. Anna and Lucky planned the day incredibly well, and I was just so excited to marry my love. From the very beginning, they truly got to know us as a couple and asked great questions to find out exactly what kind of wedding we wanted. For us, this included a fusion of scottish and chinese traditions and some decor that incorporated our pets! They kept us on track with monthly meetings/powerpoints and stayed in touch via email between meetings. They kept within our budget and assembled a dream team of vendors. They worked very well with the team at our venue and with all of the vendors. Our family and friends also enjoyed meeting them and thought they did an amazing job. We cannot recommend The Darling Buds enough! They are both truly special and wonderful people with an amazing talent for planning weddings. We will be staying in touch with them because they are the best!

On the day of the wedding, Sam made it absolutely seamless!! We didn't worry about a thing, and everything went incredibly well. We truly got to enjoy our wedding day without having to stress, coordinate, or do any last-minute things. We are SO grateful that we gave it all over to Sam. Truly could not possibly say enough good things about Ty. She went above and beyond from a month through the day after our wedding. We hired her as our micro wedding day of coordinator in Santa Rosa, and she had so many suggestions we never would’ve thought of and took SO much stress off of me. Because we wanted to get married in my husband’s grandparents’ backyard, have a dinner party-style reception at a restaurant, and then bowling as an after-party, there were quite a lot of moving parts and location changes Ty immediately jumped in to make feel seamless for us and our guests. She found us the best shuttle, figured out so many reception details, and continually updated an extremely detailed timeline down to the minute that I would’ve been lost without. Multiple wedding guests not only raved about her to me and my husband, but also complimented her throughout our wedding. The real icing on the cake? We didn’t hire a videographer and we woke up on our wedding morning to 150 videos she had taken throughout our entire day on a shared album. She is so sweet, so amazingly detailed, and the absolute best combo of personable and a little bossy at the exact perfect moments when I really needed someone to take charge. Thank you, Ty! Our wedding day wouldn’t have been anything close to what it was without you.

I was born and raised in a beautiful valley in Western Colorado. I prefer living in small towns, but I like visiting big cities and finding all the best restaurants.
