Our 6/29 wedding wouldn’t have been as memorable if it weren’t for the dedication, hard work, and constant communication from Ravi and his team. About four years ago, my husband and I attended a 60th birthday party that was definitely the most lit 60th birthday party I've ever seen. Those seniors were thoroughly enjoying Andre’s mixes and we were out of chairs and dancing the whole night! So naturally, when we started planning our wedding, my husband suggested we get that AMAZING DJ that was at the 60th party (he’s a ballroom dance instructor so impressing him with a music set isn’t an easy feat). It took a few days of digging, but we found Andre's IG page, and I contacted him immediately. AND I'm SO GLAD I DID! Ravi, reached out to me shortly after Andre (who kept everyone dancing ALL night) gave him my information, and we met several times to ensure our big day would be PERFECT. Now, the Virgo in me was ready to micromanage everything, but Ravi knows his stuff and was able to provide me with suggestions, and was my one-stop shopping for the photobooth (the attendant was hilarious!), a candid photographer (who took AMAZING photos), and coming through last minute (the morning of the wedding) with a flower wall that I originally canceled with Stat10 the day before because another company (exterememely unreliable) tried to deliver the wall and just left when I didn’t answer my phone (I was in the bridal suite getting my hair and makeup done and the driver didn’t bother trying to contact someone inside the venue). Do you know they had packed it anyway, just in case, and BOOM! I had my flower wall, which looked gorgeous in the photobooth pictures. I had a wedding planner, but I felt like Ravi and Jordan were a needed extension of my wedding team. They took care of things that went beyond DJing and MCing, like ensuring I was being taken care of by the staff at the venue and that I was well hydrated before walking out into the 92 degree heat before saying my “I do,” (thanks Ravi!). Overall, I can’t express my gratitude to everyone at Stat10 Productions. It’s been about a month since our wedding, and I look back at the pictures taken by the candid photographer every day. I just can’t believe how well everything turned out because I have super high expectations and they exceeded them. I wish we were able to stay and give a video account of how wonderful our wedding turned out, but we have a 1-year-old, and it was approaching midnight so we had to run, but if you’re in the market, don’t hesitate to book this company if you want reliable service. You won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to book them again for my mother’s surprise 70th birthday party next year!”

“If you’re considering a live band for your wedding reception, look no further than Cause and the Effects. We hired the full 10-piece band to play at our wedding reception on 9/23/23, and that was undoubtedly one of the best decisions we made. From our initial calls all the way through the actual event, the band set themselves apart and proved to be far more than a standard event vendor. They were completely invested in giving us the best experience possible. Vin and Anthony took the time to get to know us, our interests, and how we wanted the event to flow, and used all of that information to put together an amazing set. Our reception had a few unique twists, and the band took each of our requests in stride with enthusiasm and professionalism. Leading up to our reception, Vin communicated with some of our other vendors to make sure any intersecting elements (for example, audio/video and lighting) went smoothly. And day-of, the full band’s talent and energy blew us away. Once the party started, it did not stop for a single second. We, the majority of our guests–and eventually, some of the band members & instruments themselves!--were going wild on the dance floor the entire night. Even the non-dancers in the crowd were sitting and enjoying the music with huge smiles on their faces. Throughout the event, many people pulled us aside so they could tell us how much they were loving the music…and in speaking to guests afterward, the first thing every single person mentioned was how incredible the band was. And talk about a personal playlist–not only did they create a completely unique rendition of our first dance song (Starlight by Muse) to match our dance choreography, but they also delivered a huge surprise. In our consultations, we’d mentioned how important the band Linkin Park is to us…so Cause and the Effects learned “In the End” just for us, and delivered a phenomenal performance as one of the closing songs of the night. It was so meaningful, and it’s something we’ll never forget. Please don’t hesitate to make Cause and the Effects one of the first vendors you book for your event. "Five stars" is not a high enough rating!”

“We absolutely loved working with The Hook Club. Our amazing planner, Greenhouse Events, recommended THC, and we were sold immediately after meeting with Dan. He is super relaxed, nice, and so knowledgable. Dan and THC team made planning super easy for us. They took time to hear about our hopes and helped recommend different band sizes for us. We hadn’t heard of a DJ band before, but loved the idea of some live music with the versatility to play all sorts of music, but our venue wasn’t very big and we also didn’t want to break the bank and hire a huge band. We chose the 4 piece DJ band with singer, sax, drums, and DJ. We knew we LOVED the sax, so we also had the sax play for cocktail hour (shout out to Elijah, who was amazing), and it was one of the best parts of the night. For planning music, they sent out a very detailed and thorough spreadsheet with more songs than one could imagine, and we could rate ones we liked the most, choose ones we definitely wanted or didn't, and choose specific songs for important moments. We met a couple times to review music choices as well. One of our biggest fears with a DJ was that they'd talk too much and be a little annoying, but Dan did a great job as MC, and was very low-key like we asked but announced important moments clearly. Dan and all the musicians had such great energy and got everyone on the dance floor. Our vocalist, Christen, was also amazing — her voice was spectacular, and she was such an amazing performer and got everyone involved in the music and dancing. So many people told us how much they loved the music and the energy, and had never heard of a DJ band but thought it was an amazing concept and the addition of live music over tracks added extra excitement and fun. THC also helped out with lighting (uplights and dance lights), and worked with our fantastic planner and the venue to help us decide the best setup. Ultimately, we loved working with THC. Their DJ-band setup is unique and adds so much variety to your music while allowing for some of the energy that comes from live performers. We danced the night away and had an absolute blast. 100% would recommend THC to anyone!”

“The short version of this review: if you want the music at your wedding to be awesome and exactly what YOU love to hear, and without cheesey emcee vibes, hire Marcus! Marcus did such an amazing job DJing our wedding, we couldn’t be more thrilled. He is extremely thoughtful with his work. He took careful note of my husband and my musical tastes and preferences, as well as the vibe of our wedding, instead of playing a standard tired playlist. Per our request, he blended in some Latin music seamlessly. The dance floor was full and lively all night long, exactly as we had hoped for! Our wedding on June 27, 2025, at Viansa Winery in Sonoma, CA, was everything we dreamed of and so much more, and honestly, a huge part of that credit goes directly to them. We spent 11 months planning every detail, and booking Golden Bell Music as one of our very first vendors was hands-down the best decision we made. The band/DJ hybrid concept? Pure genius! It absolutely delivers the best of both worlds, and they pulled it off flawlessly. But really, the biggest shout-out – and the core of this whole review – belongs to the phenomenal Marlon Aldana, our DJ and drummer. We first spotted him in action on Golden Bell's Instagram, and it was an instant "that's our guy!" moment. You can imagine our excitement when we found out he was available for our date! Working with Marlon from the very beginning was just an absolute pleasure. He wasn't just playing music; he was genuinely feeling the room, intuitively knowing when to let a song build or transition to keep the energy up. All of our "must-plays" were there, the do not-play was respected, and the dance floor never once emptied And talk about flexibility! We had a last-minute idea to add an extra instrument, and the Golden Bell team didn't blink. They jumped right in, helping us find the perfect addition without any issues. We decided to do something a little different and host it in a wine cellar, and Marlon and his team elevated it beyond anything we could have imagined. When they brought in a fog machine, the entire atmosphere transformed. It wasn't just a party; it was an experience! That fog machine honestly MADE the party, turning the space into something truly epic. I genuinely can't picture it having the same incredible energy without it, so a massive thank you for that unexpected, perfect touch. And because we had a masquerade theme, I asked if the DJs would wear disco masks and they SAID YES and wore them the entire time, even after I told them they absolutely didn't have to for more than one song! It just created such an amazing vibe, and we've got the pictures to prove how much fun everyone had! There's just so much to appreciate about this incredible group. The MC's ad-libs got a little overbearing at times, but overall they did a nice job sticking to the schedule and making important announcements. “The photographer, videographer, and photo booth was absolutely perfect and our guests had a blast! However, even after going through the work of submitting a Spotify play list and adding do not play songs or DJ played the wrong version of our first dance song (I checked and we had the correct version listed on our playlist we sent over), he also played songs from our do not play list to the point I, the bride, came over to ask if he had the wrong list. He admitted he was using songs from the do not play list as he was not paying attention. I would also like to note, though our wedding was more casual, our DJ was dressed in a sloppy manner. His shirt was half untucked from his pants, there were stains on his shirt and pants. Besides a few hiccups, direct Entertainment was wonderful to work with!”
