“Alyson served as our day-of coordinator in August of 2024, but she got to work well ahead of our big day. She spent a generous amount of time understanding our vision, our preferences, and our non-negotiables. She was on site with us for venue walkthroughs and established communication with our vendors ahead of time. She also checked in with us regularly to make sure we were on track. She was a bona fide problem solver, including helping our DJ sort out access issues with our venue, ensuring our guests didn’t walk through our aisle before the ceremony, and running across the street at the eleventh hour to buy eyelash glue. She even helped us bustle the wedding dress between the ceremony and reception when we couldn’t figure it out. We are really grateful for everything she did and we highly recommend working with her for your special day.”

“Working with Blair was probably the best decision we made during the process of planning our wedding. My husband and I both work 9-5 corporate jobs, and we knew that we needed to bring someone onto our “wedding team” that would help keep us on track with all of the milestones during the wedding planning process. From the get-go, over our 15-month planning period, Blair was always transparent about timing and was a master of following up regarding timelines, without ever badgering us or coming across as controlling. She spent over an hour discussing budgets with us and our families early on, to make sure that everything we planned stayed in the budget range that we’d all agreed upon. This was especially helpful during our venue and vendor selection process. She helped us find that blew our socks off, and also found us the most wonderful florist (@thelocalpetaler) who was able to provide us way more bang for our buck than any florist we’d be able to find on our own - a huge advantage. While we had our venue already picked out, Blair was able to recommend a food and beverage package with an available catering company that fell delivered us fantastic food and a premium beverage package that fit our budget.   Leading up to the wedding, Blair was also a master in helping us coordinate our wedding day planning including family photos, transportation e.g. coordinating our bus between multiple hotels and the venue while making it easy for us to just focus on ourselves. The peace of mind that Blair brought us throughout the planning process, week of, and day of our wedding made having our wedding a cakewalk rather than a headache. Spending the money to hire Blair was the best decision we could’ve made for our wedding!”

For the entire year leading up to the wedding, our biggest advocate and support system was Lety. She was always quick to respond, creating a constant and reliable channel of communication. Any confusion or ambiguity during the planning process was immediately addressed or resolved. She handled every question, issue, or idea right away, and without judgement! That is what drew me to this team in the first place. From the very first conversation that I had with Lety, I could tell that she cared about our day and us as a couple. She made it known immediately that she had our backs and she was going to do everything possible to make my ‘colorful’ and ‘vibrant’ vision a reality! On the actual day, we were able to make this happen and the space was exactly as I had imagined it! Our guests were gawking at the decor and raving about the small details that we had curated. Behind the scenes, this was weeks and weeks of constant back and forth conversations. Tweaking and updating and pivoting. Throughout it all, Lety’s dedication and commitment never wavered! “We could NOT have done our wedding without Janella at Vinella Events. We were looking for a day-of coordinator because we thought it would help us enjoy our day and focus on celebrating with each other and our guests. We had that and more in working with Janella, and I am so thankful she made our wedding day as successful as it was. Janella came recommended to us by our venue, and we first met with her about 4 months before our wedding and went with her 6-week coordination package. We originally just wanted someone to help only for the day of the wedding, but this absolutely was a better deal because she came with us to our venue meetings, helped coordinate our timeline, asked insightful questions for things we never would have even thought of, went through our ceremony with me, and helped me feel SO much more prepared before the wedding through meetings and just being a resource. She helped us run an efficient rehearsal prior to the wedding and coordinated with me so that we would have all of the set-up and items how I wanted them for our wedding day. On the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond in her role. She set up all of our decor, helped facilitate transportation of items, executed the timeline and adapted when things went off time (and importantly, did all of this seamlessly so that myself and the guests didn’t notice), created back-up plans when there were issues with other vendors, coordinated set-up with other vendors, ran to get my lipstick from another room for photos, and too many other things behind the scenes that I didn’t even have to know about because I was able to trust her to tackle them. I had multiple compliments from family members and friends about how organized she was and how kind she was, and she made a 270-person wedding flow seamlessly. She ultimately gave us the ability to just ENJOY the day without having to answer questions or worry about things going on that day. “Magdalena and Olivia made sure to help us have a smooth and enjoyable wedding from getting ready in the morning to the reception time. Maggie even stopped by my house the day before to pick up some diy things for the reception. Maggie also let us use gold table numbers for our reception instead of using the table numbers the venue offered and she had her own “reserved” signs for the ceremony (these are things I had not considered!)They are both professional, friendly and supportive. I honestly had zero worries because I knew we were in good hands. When issues came up I whole heartedly trusted Maggie and Olivia. I know there was some issues with our seating/table layout and I’m so grateful they were able to figure it out without our input. The groom had some issues with his suit before the ceremony and Maggie was ready with safety pins and was able to help him. During the reception Maggie ensured we were having a good time and brought drinks from the bar to us. She also took some lovely photos, which I appreciate so much because as you know it will be a little while to get our pics from the photographer. All my friends and family also told me how well organized the reception was and they noticed how hands on Maggie and Olivia were. Thank you! “Where do we begin? From the moment Camille offered her expertise to us, we knew we would be all good on our wedding day. Her vast experience in the event planning and coordinating space — she has worked as a caterer, day-of coordinator, full blown event planner — was evident from the first time meeting. Camille's attention to detail is a credit to her organization skills and depth of knowledge related to event and wedding planning. We did most of our planning ahead of time and brought Camille in to be our day-of coordinator. About two months before our wedding, we met with Camille and shared as many of our wedding details we had available and within a day, Camille had created an extremely detailed timeline for the entire weekend. Any element of the timeline that she did not have yet was highlighted red so we could figure out what information we needed to provide. She regularly would check in with us to make sure we were working to get those missing elements, and actually took over responsibility gathering some of it for us. Her knowledge of event planning helped us plan out when to schedule our entrance, first dance, dinner service for a wedding of 275, and speech timing to ensure we got out on the dance floor with plenty of time to dance. She connected all of our vendors and sent regular updates to them to make sure everyone was on the same page. As our day-of wedding coordinator, Camille was present at our rehearsal the night before. When it was time to really get going, Camille took charge and commanded the rehearsal with confidence. She walked me and my husband through her rehearsal process, got us set to practice, took notes for the day, and just made us feel certain that everything was going to work out. On the day of the wedding, our first look was at noon. When rain entered the forecast for the day, Camille quickly located an alternative first look location and communicated the change of plans with our photographer and wedding party, who got us where we needed to be. When we arrived at the wedding & reception venue around 2 p.m., we anticipated needing to help finish setting up the space. Camille, with a small team of our family and friends, got the entire space set and ready before we arrived. That let us relax and enjoy some time with our bridal party before the ceremony began. Camille is real, honest, and will tell you the truth when you need to hear it. She listens to what you're wanting and hoping for on your wedding day, and does everything she can to make that vision happen. She sees and thinks details about the day that wouldn't cross most people's minds. I would recommend Camille and Cherry on Top Creative Planning to anyone who wants to feel certain that their wedding day will feel perfect. (It won't be perfect though, because perfect never happens!)”

“I reached out to so many planners/coordinators for my wedding and so many were either slow to respond or did not respond at all. Chelsea was prompt and excited to help, despite my wedding being quite the undertaking. I did my own (faux) flowers, which meant on top of regular day-of duties, she was putting up full floral arrangements, lighting hundreds of candles, and putting together tons of other small details and finishing touches. I can't emphasize this enough - our day would not have come together in the way that it did without her. She was on top of everything and truly made my vision come to life. She was helpful in dealing with other vendors as well, and did everything with a smile on her face. When I came to her days before my wedding with a crazy new surprise, she was down to help.
