    THE BEST!

    Working with The Event Chicago made planning our wedding feel simple and stress-free from start to finish. They were constantly there for us, thinking through all the details we didn't even know to consider, and their communication was easy and straightforward whenever we had questions. What really stood out was how kind and attentive the team was throughout the entire process—they genuinely cared about making our day special. The quality of their work was amazing, and we felt taken care of every step of the way.     Amazing Team!!

    The Event Chicago team was absolutely amazing!! Lety helped so much with our planning process, creating a timeline, helping us with vendor details, etc. Xiomara & Jacqueline were incredible to have with us on our wedding day! They handled all of the day of logistics and were such a great presence for any questions or issues that may have come up! They made it so easy to relax and enjoy the day!

    INCREDIBLE DOC!!!!

    Lety and her assistant Alexis were our DOC for our wedding on 9/19/26. From start to finish Lety was a huge asset to wedding planning and I cannot recommend them enough! Lety's industry knowledge and organization skills took so much stress off the day. She had issues resolved before I even knew they were happening and was always one step ahead the entire day. The day went incredibly smooth largely thanks to her! Highly recommend!!!

    We cannot say enough amazing things about Lety and Alexis! From the moment they stepped in, they made our wedding day feel completely stress-free. They kept every detail organized, ensured everything stayed on schedule, and handled all of the behind-the-scenes coordination so seamlessly that we never had to worry about a thing.     Made our day perfect!

    We truly cannot say enough amazing things about our wedding coordinators, Lety, Alexis, and Veronica! They were such an important part of making our wedding day everything we hoped it would be. Their help started months before the wedding. They worked with us to make sure everything was organized, communicated and connected with our vendors, and made sure all of the details were coming together as the big day approached. Having them there throughout the process gave us so much peace of mind knowing that everything was being taken care of. On the day of our wedding, they were absolutely incredible. They made sure everything ran smoothly and stayed on schedule from beginning to end. They handled communication with our vendors, answered questions, addressed any concerns that came up, and took care of all the little things behind the scenes so that we didn't have to worry about anything. Most importantly, they made sure that my groom and I were able to actually enjoy our wedding. They constantly checked in on us, made sure we had everything we needed, and allowed us to be fully present and enjoy such a special day with our family and friends. We are so incredibly grateful for Lety, Alexis, and Veronica and all of the time, effort, and care they put into making our wedding day so special. Yes, depending on the level of service. For Wedding Coordination and Partial Planning, we may take on multiple weddings in the same day or weekend, as we have a team in place to ensure each event is fully supported. For Full Service Planning clients, we block off the entire weekend to dedicate our time and attention solely to your wedding.
With over 10 years of experience, our team has planned and coordinated a wide variety of celebrations, including weddings, anniversaries, and quinceañeras. We’ve worked with diverse religious traditions and cultural backgrounds, allowing us to thoughtfully support each couple’s unique vision and customs. We are proudly LGBTQ+ friendly and committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming experience for all couples. At this point, we’ve honestly lost count of the total number of weddings we’ve completed! Between full planning, partial planning, and coordination services, our team supports approximately 50 weddings each year.
Yes, we’re a small, intimate team of 6 that works closely together to support each of our couples. For Wedding Coordination and Partial Planning clients, you’ll know exactly who your lead planner is from the very beginning and will have direct communication with them throughout the process. For Full Service Planning clients, our planning bubble is all yours. You’ll have the full support of our team, with dedicated attention and collaboration to ensure every detail is thoughtfully planned and seamlessly executed.
