We handle every detail so you can relax and truly enjoy the experience.

    Cannot recommend enough!

    We had an amazing experience with The Event Chicago and Lety. She took care of every detail and kept our entire day running smoothly and on schedule, which allowed us to truly enjoy every moment without worrying about the logistics. She was incredibly organized, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. She was always prompt in answering my questions and made me feel supported every step of the way. She also attended our final walkthrough to make sure she fully understood my vision, and she executed everything beautifully. We are so grateful for all of her hard work and highly recommend her to any couple looking for someone who is professional, dependable, and truly cares about making your wedding day perfect!

    Amazing

    No Thoughts, Just Vibes

    Lety and Veronica are great at what they do. As the bride, I felt completely taken care of throughout the entire day. They handled everything to the point that I couldn’t keep a thought in my head or an item in my hand without them taking care of it for me. Our wedding day timeline was handled so smoothly that we were even ahead of schedule! They’re a very efficient and attentive crew to work with. Bonus props to you two for assisting with photography and suggesting poses. Highly recommended!

    From our first conversation with Lety and Veronica from The Event Chicago team, we knew we'd found the one. They were proactive about understanding our vision and asked thoughtful questions that showed they really cared about getting every detail right. On the day of our wedding, they anticipated our needs before we even asked, at every turn. From making sure I looked my best with lipgloss checks to reading the room and shifting our timeline so events happened at just the right moments. What impressed us most was how attentive they were of our experience, making sure nothing fell through the cracks. Lety and Veronica took complete ownership of making our day special. We'd recommend them to any couple looking for planners who treat your celebration like it's their own!!

    Must hire!

    Lety and Veronica were invaluable on our day (and the 60 days before!) people always say be prepared for something to go wrong on your wedding day and if something went wrong on ours I wouldn’t have known because Lety and Veronica kept the ship running so smoothly! They handled all of our vendors communications and timelines and we would have been so lost without them. Day of they were so calm and prepared and made such an impact. I couldn’t recommend or trust them more! MVPs of our wedding.

Yes, depending on the level of service. For Wedding Coordination and Partial Planning, we may take on multiple weddings in the same day or weekend, as we have a team in place to ensure each event is fully supported. For Full Service Planning clients, we block off the entire weekend to dedicate our time and attention solely to your wedding.
With over 10 years of experience, our team has planned and coordinated a wide variety of celebrations, including weddings, anniversaries, and quinceañeras. We’ve worked with diverse religious traditions and cultural backgrounds, allowing us to thoughtfully support each couple’s unique vision and customs. We are proudly LGBTQ+ friendly and committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming experience for all couples. At this point, we’ve honestly lost count of the total number of weddings we’ve completed! Between full planning, partial planning, and coordination services, our team supports approximately 50 weddings each year.
Yes, we’re a small, intimate team of 6 that works closely together to support each of our couples. For Wedding Coordination and Partial Planning clients, you’ll know exactly who your lead planner is from the very beginning and will have direct communication with them throughout the process. For Full Service Planning clients, our planning bubble is all yours. You’ll have the full support of our team, with dedicated attention and collaboration to ensure every detail is thoughtfully planned and seamlessly executed.
