Hi friend! I'm Pauline, and I am excited to help you have a fun, memorable and well-coordinated wedding. I left my career as a project manager at Meta to pursue my passion in event planning. Executing a wedding day brings me joy and fulfillment and I truly love being able to help couples on one of the most special days of their lives.

My project management background has taught me to work well under tight deadlines, pay attention to details, work with many different stakeholders, and coordinate many moving parts. Now I get to do this, but also explore the creative and beautiful design elements of an event. This is the exact combination of expertise you need on your wedding day!

We can’t recommend Pauline and the Here It Blooms team enough! Pauline made planning our Chicago wedding from California way less overwhelming. From our initial appointment up to the wedding day, her organization, great recommendations and ability to really understand our vision for the day made planning a breeze. She is organized, responsive and able to help with even the smallest details. On the day of, we were able to truly relax and enjoy every moment as Pauline and her team were on top of everything. They kept the day running smoothly and helped with so many last minute details. We couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out and are so grateful to have worked with Here It Blooms!

Our experience with Pauline (and her team) at Here It Blooms was outstanding and we are so grateful for her help in planning/coordinating our wedding. Pauline was super communicative and proactive--she helped us keep everything on track during the planning process. She coordinated with all of the vendors so everything flowed seamlessly on the day of. On the wedding day, she and her team kept everything on track, even when we requested last minute changes. It was so nice to be able to truly enjoy our wedding day without worrying about the logistics--we knew Pauline and her team had it all covered.

Hiring Pauline to coordinate my wedding was one of the best decisions I made! I chose the 3-month package, and from our first meeting, she was organized, responsive, and immediately started working on a detailed timeline. In the final month, we were definitely in more frequent contact. Not only did she handle all the vendor coordination seamlessly, she also emphasized that she was always available to answer any questions I had. She was incredibly patient with me and all my questions, no matter how small or when I asked them. Her behind-the-scenes work and detailed planning made my wedding day smooth and stress-free—I truly felt at ease and able to enjoy every moment. Lastly, I wanted to give a huge shoutout to her assistant, Alyssa. I met her on the wedding day, and she was so kind and helpful—steaming my dress, helping me in and out of it, and making sure I was comfortable all day.
