Hi friend! I'm Pauline, and I am excited to help you have a fun, memorable and well-coordinated wedding. I left my career as a project manager at Meta to pursue my passion in event planning. Executing a wedding day brings me joy and fulfillment and I truly love being able to help couples on one of the most special days of their lives.

My project management background has taught me to work well under tight deadlines, pay attention to details, work with many different stakeholders, and coordinate many moving parts. Now I get to do this, but also explore the creative and beautiful design elements of an event. This is the exact combination of expertise you need on your wedding day!

Can't imagine wedding planning without Pauline!

We were a bit torn about having a wedding planner initially, but getting a good planner was truly such a massive game changer. Pauline was the best and went above and beyond -- we truly couldn't have done it nearly as good without her. As a couple that is extremely busy with one of us in residency and the other with a demanding job that required travel and working nights, Pauline was on top of making sure we got everything done in a timely manner and made our lives so easy. She sourced our major vendors and found us amazing options for all of them. She is extremely process oriented, providing great documentation and spreadsheets to help us stay on task and organized. She was mindful of our budget every step of the way, and for all the service and time she provided her price was worth every penny and more. One of the best things about Pauline was also her communication. She was on top of scheduling regular meetings with us to make sure we handled what we needed to and helped us in every way she could. In the couple months leading up to our big day I would call/text her for advice on last minute things and she was always super responsive and willing to be helpful. The wedding went so smooth on the day of, thanks to her coordinating. Everything was on time and honestly stress free to the point where we didn't consider what time it was at any point of the night.

We cannot recommend Pauline enough! From the very beginning, her communication was outstanding—she was quick to respond, always willing to answer our many questions, and even stepped in to help with a few things that went beyond her official scope. That level of care and commitment gave us so much peace of mind leading up to our big day. On the wedding day itself, Pauline and her team were absolutely incredible. They had every detail memorized and handled vendor issues behind the scenes before we even knew there was a problem—we didn’t find out about some of them until after the wedding because she had everything handled so seamlessly. She came prepared with every “just in case” essential you could imagine, and her calm, kind demeanor was such a gift during moments that could have been stressful. Pauline also struck the perfect balance between keeping us on time and knowing when to let us enjoy the moment and flex the schedule a bit. Her organizational skills are unmatched, and she kept the entire day running smoothly without ever making it feel rushed. If you’re looking for a coordinator who is professional, detail-oriented, incredibly organized, and genuinely cares about making your day perfect, Pauline is the one. Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning process.

We are so glad we worked with Pauline for our recent wedding, she was a super knowledgeable and professional wedding planner. Because we had most of our vendors already secured when we first hired her, we opted to go with a smaller package for planning in the months prior to the wedding. We reconnected with her about 3 months before our event, and from that point on she was the primary contact for the majority of our vendors and other point people. She “operated in the shadows” mostly without us needing to be involved, and had an amazing pulse on all of the moving parts for the wedding (even with small details like the marriage license and making sure there was time set up for us to take a break after the wedding ceremony). So much of our wedding came together under her watchful eyes and without us even needing to think about it. Day of, she was very present with me (the bride) in coordinating the bridal party in getting ready and once at the venue. She was consistently reassuring and had already handled nearly all of my questions or concerns as the day went on. It truly felt like she was an extra person - an extra set of arms, legs, eyes, and ears - working for us out there, and we couldn’t be more thankful!

We can’t recommend Pauline and the Here It Blooms team enough! Pauline made planning our Chicago wedding from California way less overwhelming. From our initial appointment up to the wedding day, her organization, great recommendations and ability to really understand our vision for the day made planning a breeze. She is organized, responsive and able to help with even the smallest details. On the day of, we were able to truly relax and enjoy every moment as Pauline and her team were on top of everything. They kept the day running smoothly and helped with so many last minute details. We couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out and are so grateful to have worked with Here It Blooms!
