Shh Events comes from all of the experiences I have gained- all of the trade secrets- that set my experience as a wedding planner to an elevated level of expertise. Shh Events is a curator for love stories, and it's an honor to be a part of the stories we tell.

With a background in venue management and catering production, there isn't much that we are NOT able to do on a wedding day! Your planner is your protector of your wedding investment, you want to be sure you are hiring someone with experience, passion, dedication, and a vibe that matches well with you- after all, we are going to be celebrating one of the most personal milestones of your life!

Micro wedding and elopement planning is very in line with our partial planning, the only difference would be the guest list! Pricing can be negotiated based on the scope of your wedding day, and the level of involvement you are looking to participate in during planning. We can scale up to full service or scale back to details management.

Full service planning is ideal for the couple looking to have expert service throughout the entire planning process from engagement through the conclusion of the event, and beyond! Full planning offers all our our resources, the owner as your lead planner, a dedicated assistant, all of the features of partial planning, plus additional resources and special perks! If your wedding was a book, think of full service planning as having a ghost writer!

Our most popular package! Planning starts immediately upon booking with all services provided in our details management package. A dedicated lead event planner and assistant assigned at partial planning levels.

For couples who have all of their plans finalized, day of coordinating, or detail management is the perfect addition to get your wedding vision across to the finish line. Pricing varies based on a few factors including vendors still needing to be booked, time from the wedding date, ceremony location. and DIY elements.

    Stephanie and Shh Events made our dream wedding come together! We truly couldn’t have achieved such a successful day without her! When we were planning our wedding, we tried to do it on our own and were successful to find incredible vendors. However, there came a point in the planning process that we began to be engrossed in a world of overwhelming details and questions. We were truly lost and defeated. So much so that it was easier to avoid the wedding planning all together. As our date was approaching, it was clear we needed help. Stephanie was truly our knight in shinning armor!! Looking back, I wish I would have reached out to her sooner! Not only did she help organize and perfect every detail, but she took the time to answer every question, ease every moment of panic, and brought joy back into the wedding process. The day of our wedding went SO smoothly and without a glitch. Our guests have continued to comment and rave about how beautiful our day was, which truly is a testament to Stephanie and Shh Events! Cannot recommend her enough!!!

    I am very type a planning, but let me tell you even being that way you need a wedding coordinator, and you need Stephanie. For all the things you may forget, she’s got. For all the things that go wrong, because trust me, they do, she’s got. For example it downpoured on my wedding day, but never once did anyone come to me with any plan changes or anything because Stephanie handled everything without me knowing a thing. Every time I had a random question or concern Steph answered me almost right away. Even my husband said I do not know how people plan weddings without a hired coordinator. He said no way would we ever do it without her. I could do on and on about how wonderful and helpful she was but just trust me, and book her. Plus, if your venue isn’t on the ball like mine was not, your coordinator has your back. You want your day to be magical, Stephanie helped make that happen for me and my husband!

    I can't say it enough! Shh Events is truly amazing! Of course you want a Planner to be detail-oriented, organized, friendly, supportive, on-trend, etc. -- Stephanie at Shh Events is all of these. But what sets Shh Events apart is the industry experience that Stephanie and her team bring to the table. Stephanie's background in Venue Management and Catering is the winning combination that makes her such an effective Planner. Not only does Shh Events excel at the client-facing aspects of Wedding & Event Planning, Stephanie and her team work closely with the Venues and Vendors by balancing the wants, needs, and desires of the clients with a results-driven plan that works seamlessly by incorporating the strengths of all the event professionals that been assembled to execute the event.     As a venue director, I am always more at ease knowing Shh Events is in the building! The owner Stephanie has coordinated many events with us and every time they run smoothly from start to finish. From initially booking through the day of the event, communicating with Shh Events is always timely and thorough. Not to mention seeing Stephanie and co. execute their events is a fun watch! They can easily pivot when things change and you can tell they enjoy what they do, which translates to the guests. The Shh Events team is always welcome!
