With over 20 years of experience and a genuine love for planning and organization, I am a bilingual (English–Spanish) Day-of Coordinator who helps bring calm and structure to important events. By day, I work as a Medical Program Coordinator, and now I’m excited to be building my own coordination business—doing what I love most: managing details, supporting clients, and making sure everything comes together seamlessly.

I am easy going, a great communicator, and I genuinely enjoy connecting with my clients. I stay calm under pressure—while making sure we laugh along the way. I am easy to work with, and known for keeping things organized without adding stress. I love having fun with my clients and bringing positive energy, humor, and reassurance to every event.

    Amazing!

    Magdalena did an incredible job as our day-of-coordinator! She was worth every penny. We planned our wedding in less than two months, and she was so helpful in bringing the day of plans together from the first moment that we started planning. She made time to do a walkthrough of the venue with me and was present for the rehearsal. In both instances, she made great suggestions on various small details that I would have never thought of. When the big day came, I didn't stress about a thing! I knew she had it handled. I really appreciated how kind and thoughtful Magdalena was through the whole experience. She was proactive with all our vendors and was so welcoming to all our guests! My whole family absolutely loved her and I was very happy to have her at our wedding. If I ever plan anything in Chicago again, I would hire Magdalena in a heartbeat. I also will be recommending her to everyone I know planning an event in the area.

    The Best Day of Coordinator!

    Magdalena and Olivia made sure to help us have a smooth and enjoyable wedding from getting ready in the morning to the reception time. Maggie even stopped by my house the day before to pick up some diy things for the reception. Maggie also let us use gold table numbers for our reception instead of using the table numbers the venue offered and she had her own “reserved” signs for the ceremony (these are things I had not considered!)They are both professional, friendly and supportive. I honestly had zero worries because I knew we were in good hands. When issues came up I whole heartedly trusted Maggie and Olivia. I know there was some issues with our seating/table layout and I’m so grateful they were able to figure it out without our input. The groom had some issues with his suit before the ceremony and Maggie was ready with safety pins and was able to help him. During the reception Maggie ensured we were having a good time and brought drinks from the bar to us. She also took some lovely photos, which I appreciate so much because as you know it will be a little while to get our pics from the photographer. All my friends and family also told me how well organized the reception was and they noticed how hands on Maggie and Olivia were. Thank you! We couldn’t be happier with the way our wedding day turned out.

    An Outstanding Wedding Coordinator

    Working with Magdalena was a wonderful experience. Her communication was excellent from the very beginning, she was professional, organized, and always responded in a timely manner. She kept all of the vendors informed throughout the planning process and made sure everyone had the information they needed well in advance. On the wedding day, everything ran smoothly thanks to her organization and attention to detail. Although my associate photographer, Felicia, photographed the wedding on my behalf, Magdalena made the entire day seamless for our team. She was approachable, proactive, and a pleasure to work with, ensuring everyone was informed and the timeline stayed on track. As a wedding photographer, I truly appreciate coordinators like Magdalena who create a smooth, stress-free experience for both the couple and the vendor team, especially when I have a trusted associate representing my brand.
