From start to finish, she was so calm, collected, and professional throughout the entire planning process — and when our wedding day arrived and the heavens decided to open up and pour all day long, Jyl did not miss a beat. She had to do a lot of shifting around because our cocktail hour was supposed to be outside, once she was done, you wouldn’t even know the plan had changed! “My only regret was having Steph as my “day of” coordinator - we should have hired her to help plan our whole wedding. Even though we hired her for our wedding day only, she started having calls with us around a month prior and began organizing day-of logistics with all of our vendors. We had planned a weekend at camp for 200 people, and Steph stayed the whole weekend to make sure everything went smoothly. She even carried over 100 pints of cider to a freezer in a cellar with me when I realized that they couldn’t sit in guests’ cabins at room temperature! Beyond her coordination help, Steph is a super kind and fun person to have at your wedding. We had a bonfire until around 2am on our wedding night and Steph was out there with us, celebrating and making sure we were having fun. My sister is getting married in June and she’s working Steph too. Steph is wonderful and I cannot recommend her enough.”

She did so professionally, with good communication with myself, the hotel staff, and the florist. From lace table runners to floating candles, everything was perfect when we arrived. Wei Yuh also communicated well with our guests concerning the day’s itinerary, suggestions for appropriate dress (since the ghost tour could be a bit chilly), and handled special needs requests with ease. She took charge of scheduling gift presentations and toasts between courses, tweaking them as needed to meet our schedule. She handled reorganizing timelines, communication with all of the vendors, and made sure that the day went off without a hitch. The decor, the table settings, the staging, literally everything she did was magic. I cannot express this enough….book Rachel immediately! “We had the absolute best experience with Jamie as our day-of wedding coordinator! From the very first meeting, she helped us stay organized and gave us the confidence that everything would run smoothly. On the wedding day itself, things didn’t exactly go as planned, it ended up pouring during our outdoor ceremony (we’re talking over an inch of rain in just half an hour!) moving everything under the tent. Even in the middle of all that chaos, Jamie and her team handled it with such calm professionalism. She was literally soaking wet from walking us and the bridal party to under the tent for the ceremony. Her team also did a fantastic job with the styling and décor. We had a few last-minute changes, but everything still came together beautifully. Since our wedding was at our home (not a traditional venue), I know it made her job more challenging, but you would have never known. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Jamie and her team. They made our day perfect, even under very imperfect weather conditions.
