We specialize in weddings that need a little more creativity, a little more intention, and a team who knows how to actually pull it all off. Founded by Katie Hammon of The Maples Estate, Second House brings together venue ownership, large-scale event production, and wedding planning expertise. We help couples take their ideas from exciting but overwhelming to beautifully designed, expertly managed, and fully lived-in.

Our Full-Service Wedding Planning as your creative director is designed for couples who want our team to guide the entire process from start to finish. From design direction and vendor selection to logistics, timelines, and weekend coordination, we handle the details so you can stay present and enjoy the experience. Full-service planning begins at $16,000 for single-day weddings.

Our Full-Service Wedding Planning as your creative director is designed for couples who want our team to guide the entire process from start to finish. From design direction and vendor selection to logistics, timelines, and weekend coordination, we handle the details so you can stay present and enjoy the experience. Full-service planning begins at $20,000 for multi-day wedding weekends.

Our Wedding Coordination service is ideal for couples who plan their own wedding but want an experienced team to step in toward the finish line. Beginning approximately two months before your wedding, we take over communication with your vendors, finalize timelines, layouts and logistics, and manage the full wedding day so you can celebrate without worrying about the details. Coordination services begin at $6,000 for single-day weddings.

Planning with a smaller overall investment but still want expert guidance? Our Wedding Coaching packages may be the perfect fit. You’ll still receive our insights, resources, and strategic support—we simply empower you to lead the planning while we walk alongside you as your trusted advisor.
