Jenna is AMAZING! The flowers she picks and puts together are stunning. She knows exactly what she’s doing. We had one meeting with her about a year before our wedding date; then hadn’t spoken until a couple weeks or months beforehand - we didn’t necessarily know what kind of flowers we wanted, we just knew the basics, one looser, more flowy bouquet, and one tighter one, and told her every other piece of florals we needed! Other than that, we left the rest up to her! Needless to say, she came through and I am SO glad we trusted her. My mom says the flowers are prettier than ones she’d ever seen, including at her own wedding! I might have to agree. They are stunning and Jenna is so, so sweet and kind!

Jenna was amazing to work with from the beginning. She was so descriptive in her quotes, which helped us to achieve a mutual vision. She was collaborative throughout the process and easy to communicate with. At our wedding rehearsal, I realized I forgot to order extra flowers to serve as our offering to Mary at our Catholic wedding. I texted Jenna and she graciously made up an extra bouquet for the church. I am so thankful for her going above and beyond to do that for me last minute. The flowers themselves were GORGEOUS. They were EXACTLY what I had envisioned and brought the entire color scheme together so elegantly. I received sooo many compliments on them. I would highly recommend Cross Hill Heirlooms to anyone!
