Kate was A-MAZE-ING!! I can't recommend Cape Cod Wedding Coordinators highly enough - I was unsure if we should hire a day-of wedding coordinator and I'm here to tell you YES, it was the absolute best decision! From the very beginning Kate went above and beyond. She met with us several times leading up to the big day to make sure all details were accounted for and that our vendors were all on the same page. She created incredibly detailed timelines for the day - we all knew the schedule from the very beginning of the day until the last song. On the wedding day Kate was very present, involved and attentive - so much so that several guests even commented to me how fabulous she was. Because Kate had every detail and the planned timeline under control I (the MOB) was able to fully relax, be present and completely enjoy every moment of my daughter's wedding instead of stressing over logistics. Hiring Cape Cod Wedding Coordinators allowed me to be a guest at my daughter's wedding - and dance the night away with the bridal couple, my family and my friends. What a night! thanks Kate <3

Our day of coordinator Kate was absolutely incredible!!! She handled all the details with care, prepared our timeline, and day of document that contained everything all vendors would need to know. Communicated with our vendors for us, checked in with the bride and groom and MOB constantly on the day of the wedding, and always made us feel like we could ask her for anything in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding and she could handle it. All of our guests noticed how attentive she was and were so complimentary. She literally got me into my dress and fixed my veil all day long! Could not have more good things to say about Kate or Cape Cod Wedding Coordinators in general. If you’re debating who to use or if you need a coordinator, DO IT!

We hired Jamie as our day-of coordinator, but she ended up doing so much more than that. We live in San Diego and got married at my parents' home in Massachusetts, so planning from across the country felt overwhelming at times. Jamie met with us multiple times during planning and guided us through the entire process. She thought of so many details we never would have considered on our own. Several times along the way we realized we needed vendor recommendations or simply more hands on deck, and Jamie always came through. She found and brought in people to park cars, direct traffic, serve appetizers, and bus tables, filling gaps we didn't even know we had until she spotted them. She's polished and professional but also incredibly warm, kind, and thoughtful. She was easy to work with and truly a dream from start to finish. Jamie isn't just an incredible professional, she's an incredible human. I can't recommend Jamie highly enough. If you're even thinking about planning a wedding, go with her. You won't regret it. We're so grateful for everything she did!

We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Jamie, Kelsey, Tom, and the entire Dennis Inn staff. From the beginning, we felt like we genuinely connected with them, and by our wedding weekend they felt like so much more than just our coordinators. I honestly did not have a single worry on my wedding day. They handled EVERYTHING, figured things out before I even knew there was something to figure out, and made the entire day feel completely seamless. I was able to just be present, have fun, and enjoy every second. Beyond being incredible at what they do, they are just the best people—warm, funny, kind, and so much fun to be around. By the end of the night, we genuinely wished they could stop working and come party with us! The Dennis Inn is beautiful, but the people are what made it so special. We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect or stress-free wedding day and would choose them a million times over. 🤍

Words cannot begin to describe the incredible experience we had with Cape Cod Weddings! Jamie was kind, thoughtful and professional. She answered every email in a timely manner along with addressing every question with attention and detail. Our wedding wouldn’t have been as perfect as it was without Jamie organising and coordinating everything at The Dennis Inn!
