“I thought I (ALL CAPS THERE!) was a perfectionist until I met Allie LeBon. If you're thinking "is this worth it?" or "do I really need a planner?" or even, "I can do this all myself." ...you maaaybe can, but if you want your day to be utterly spectacular - hire Allie. I can't stress enough the importance of hiring someone like her. Our entire day was magic because of her and her CityLux team. We started out our journey with a clear goal, but it all felt a bit daunting. Allie was with us from start to finish (top to bottom planning and day-of!) and made every step along the way incredible. She was prompt, professional, honest, and kind. It's hard to find vendors that are as "on their game." There were times that we were completely at a loss for what was next and she always communicated with clarity so we felt comfortable and prepared to make decisions. There were sooooo many details only she could have thought of. Just when you think you have it figured out, there are 3 more things Allie was thinking of. I constantly said, "oh wow.. I didnt even think of that." Like coordinating bus routes and timing that out... no thank you! We felt like it was all under control because of her meticulous documentation, flawless communication with our other vendors, and emergency plans she put in motion behind the scenes. MOST importantly, she makes sure you can focus on your day and nothing else. From the napkins, to the placecards, to our grass wall, to our place settings, to the drink signs, and everything else in between, it was all so complete and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Not to mention, she professionally vetoed some of our ideas, and finding someone who knows what's realistic and what's not is hard to find. I've recommended her to ALL my friends and every time I get rave reviews. Don't go it alone throughout this process. Go with Allie and go with CityLux! “I'm obsessed with Charlene! She was a dream to work with. She brought such professionalism to our hectic event. We were planning a wedding at a personal property, meaning we had to supply every single vendor and she handled everything amazingly. She wrangled the vendors prior to the day of and she helped me keep my cool during the stress of the morning. You can tell she's a pro at this! There were times I felt a little underwater in terms of managing an event I had no experience with, and her demeanor was so calming and she handled any last minute things. “Sam was an absolutely incredible, supportive, and calming presence both leading up to and throughout our wedding day. I am a very organized, Type-A bride, so handing over my 30 page wedding binder full of notes, timelines, details, and plans was a BIG deal — but I trusted Sam completely, and she executed everything exactly how we had planned it. Sam is organized, an excellent listener, incredibly attentive to detail, flexible, and so competent. We had the added challenge of watching a nor’easter approach our wedding in the days leading up to it, which meant constantly reassessing plans and figuring out where we could pivot. Sam handled all of it so calmly and seamlessly. Even when we were stressing, she had a way of making everything feel manageable and never like a big deal. She was always willing to talk through a change, adjust the plan, or jump in wherever she was needed. One of the best parts of working with Sam was how available and flexible she was. She even showed up for additional events and a venue walkthrough on very little notice, which was incredibly helpful during an already hectic week. After the wedding, SO many of our guests and wedding party members went out of their way to tell me how impressed they were with Sam and how completely on top of everything she was. “Working with Enchanted Events was hands down one of the best decisions that we made during our wedding planning process. We wanted our wedding to be small and simple, and initially thought we might be able to handle it without help. However, as we continued planning and more and more details came up, we decided that at the very least we needed a day-of coordinator. Enter Jordan and the entire Enchanted Events crew - TRUE ANGELS!! From our first conversation with Jordan, we knew we had the right team on our side. What Enchanted Events offers is really so much more than day-of coordination services. As soon as we booked with them, they were available to help us with any questions that we had. They told us that we could CC them on emails with vendors or give them a call if we needed an opinion. We can’t explain what a relief it was to have experts on our side once we booked with Enchanted! They are so well connected in the industry, so organized, and so kind and calming as well. Kristen and Tori were our day-of coordinators and WE CANNOT GIVE THEM ENOUGH PRAISE! Leading up to the wedding, they asked all the right questions to make sure that the big day flowed seamlessly. The part of the wedding that we were most nervous about was “flipping the room” - essentially turning it from a ceremony space into a full dinner/dance floor/event space in under an hour. A few guests looked at the room and said there was no way it could happen that fast. Kristen and Tori delivered in ways that left every guest stunned… the room flip was flawlessly executed and looked absolutely stunning with their guidance and expertise! This was just one of dozens of examples of their impact - from Tori joining us to take photos off site and ensure that we stayed on track with our timeline, to Kristen keeping us calm and present as we prepared to walk down the aisle. Once the day was over, we kept talking about how absolutely NOTHING went wrong on our wedding day. We can’t believe how perfect the day was, and Enchanted Events had a massive impact in making that happen. We cannot recommend working with them enough!!”

“How can I even put into words how absolutely incredible Kay and her team are?! My wife and I booked a power planning session with Kay in December 2020, shortly after getting engaged. From just that two hour meeting, we learned more about our budget, priorities, and expectations than we had from years of dreaming of our wedding. Kay was so confident and generous in her knowledge, we clicked immediately and as soon as the call ended, we looked and each other and said: "We HAVE to hire her to plan our wedding." As soon we officially booked with Kay, we jumped into regular meetings, endless email advice, vendor recommendations- the works! She also took over all communication and confirmations the month of our wedding which was an absolute lifesaver. Planning our wedding alongside Kay are memories we will cherish always. She is as kind and easy to work alongside as she is professional and precise. Her attention to detail and dedication to our wedding vision remained steadfast throughout the 15 months of planning. She answered every question, solved every problem, and anticipated every need with what seemed like effortless ease. As for the wedding day, her and her team were invaluable assets. My wife and I did not have to worry about a SINGLE detail all day, because we knew KNE had it all covered. She wore about a million hats that day, from designer to therapist to organizer to dress steamer to I'm sure a million other things we weren't privy to because keeping our energy light and happy was her biggest priority. I could go on forever. My biggest message that I hope is taken away from this review is that wedding planners are not only for the "rich and famous" as the media likes to make it seem. Wedding planners, specifically KNE is an unbelievable investment in your time, happiness, mental load, and more. Hiring KNE was the smartest decision we made and at least twice a week we found ourselves saying, "God, what would we do without Kay?!"”

During this time, we had selected a majority of our vendors but we needed Sarah's expertise in organizing our long to-do list, logistics and design ideas. A majority of our guests were traveling to our wedding so the logistics of how the weekend looked was very important to us as a couple. Most importantly, the day felt reflective of us as a couple. Every scary task that a bride and groom dreads (seating charts, floor plans, day-of timelines) were handled by Victoria, which helped to keep us stress-free. While planning, Victoria was adaptable and willing to make any changes that we needed. She is warm, welcoming, and we truly felt like she cared about us, not only as clients, but as a couple. “Working with Valerie was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I originally thought I would be fine with just a day-of coordinator, but trying to balance wedding planning with an already busy life eventually became overwhelming. In such a short amount of time, Valerie took my hot mess of ideas, Pinterest boards, and all the little details I had imagined and turned them into the wedding I had dreamed of. She truly understood the assignment and came through on everything. She listened to me, understood my vision, and somehow always seemed to be on the same wavelength. One of the things I appreciated most was how reliable she was. I never had to wonder whether something would get done or whether she would follow through. I trusted that if Valerie said she had it, she had it. That kind of peace of mind was invaluable during such a busy and emotional season. She was also incredibly accommodating to our cultural needs and was always willing to go with the flow. No matter how specific, unconventional, or last-minute an idea may have been, she never made me feel like I was asking for too much or that my ideas were crazy. Instead, she found a way to make things work while still keeping everything cohesive and beautiful. She was approachable, patient, reassuring, and so easy to work with throughout the entire process. Somewhere along the way, she became my fairy god-sister of wedding planning.
