Her communication was clear, and consistent, removing of the stress and uncertainty that often comes with planning a wedding. Midway through our planning, Danielle received an exciting opportunity at a new venue. While I was thrilled for her, I couldn’t help but feel a bit nervous about what that might mean for us. But Danielle’s dedication is truly unmatched—despite having started a new role, she returned to oversee our wedding day and stayed through the entire evening. We were beyond grateful for her loyalty and support. One of my favorite memories from the day (besides marrying my husband, of course!) was when Danielle pulled us aside before the reception to see the reception space fully set up. The countless boxes of candles and decor I had dropped off the night before had been transformed into something so magical. The room took my breath away—I was instantly in tears. Booking Cassie to be my wedding coordinator three months out to my wedding day was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process! I really thought I did not want or need a planner/coordinator, but having Cassie there really allowed me to enjoy my wedding. Cassie was diligent, organized, responsive, and patient. Cassie was so on top of every detail and knew all my vendors’ contracts inside and out! I had done lots of research online to make sure I knew every detail going into the wedding planning process, but there were some things I would not have known and Cassie was able to guide me through. For example, one of my vendors insisted an additional hour of rental time needed to be added to the wedding day (that would have cost me hundreds of dollars) and Cassie advocated for me, citing their contract, that it was not necessary. Cassie was also available to help make decisions regarding decor, helping me decide on pieces that best suited and enhanced the venue. I explained my vision of romantic candles everywhere throughout the event. Cassie and I worked together to shape where everything would go to create the seamless look. Cassie (and her assistant Cammie) made everything look stunning on the wedding day - and expertly packed up everything at the end of the night for us. I thought I could have my sister or family friend be in charge of so many of these tasks, but it was *so nice* delegating this out to a professional so that everyone could enjoy the day. We planned an outdoor wedding, and inevitably it was supposed to pour (thunder, lightning, flood, tornado warnings), and Marissa and her team worked from sunup to sundown to ensure that our day was exactly as we had imagined, rain or shine. Marissa was an advocate for my husband and I when difficult day-of -decisions needed to be made in relation to the rain, which allowed us to just “focus and take in the moment” which we are extremely grateful for. With some last minute timeline adjustments by Marissa, we were able to have the outdoor ceremony of our dreams. This would not have happened without the expertise and dedication of Marissa and her team. Multiple times throughout the wedding planning process I told my husband that Marissa seems to be the only vendor we chose that is actually “on our side.” We struggled with the organization and responses of other vendors, especially as the wedding season was in full swing, but Marissa never missed a moment. She was professional, quick to respond, and extremely reliable. I know that there are many options when choosing a wedding planner, but I can honestly say, I believe Marissa and her team to be the best there is. Personally, the only downside I’ve found about working with Marissa has been the end of it all… because it feels kind of like I don’t have my best friend around anymore!

You know those people you meet whose passion for their work shines through so completely? Or someone you have a brief interaction with, and you just know they’re an amazing friend? Lauren is both of these things. If you are fortunate enough to be reading this review before she is completely booked for the year, consider yourself very lucky. I’d describe myself to be a relatively organized and budget-conscious person. A month-of-coordinator was an expense that I initially hoped to avoid…. believe me when I say hiring Lauren was the best decision we made to ensure my husband and I and all of our loved ones enjoyed the day fully. She did so much for us that I honestly cannot list it all. This girl LOVES her job and is out there to make your day happen. She is somehow everywhere all at once - but not in-your-face at all. She is super responsive, so detailed, and somehow, makes every interaction lovely and relaxed while also being firm and getting the job done. She will go to bat for you, she will capture the hearts of your vendors and families, she will have you and your spouse talking about how wonderful she is after every meeting you have with her. Lauren is the best kind of person and I am honestly sad that our time working with her is done. She is about to blow up big time, and we couldn’t be happier for her. She is worth EVERY PENNY!

I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without Catalina. I had this vision for a whimsical, coastal New England wedding, and when I tried to pull it together myself, it ended up looking totally off. Wei Yuh was hired for the task of organizing a lovely and elegant Victorian Romance themed wedding rehearsal dinner at the Omni Parker Hotel on October 24, 2025. Following the dinner, a private Ghost Tour of Boston also took place for the wedding party, and the timing for these events was crucial. She did so professionally, with good communication with myself, the hotel staff, and the florist. From lace table runners to floating candles, everything was perfect when we arrived. Wei Yuh also communicated well with our guests concerning the day’s itinerary, suggestions for appropriate dress (since the ghost tour could be a bit chilly), and handled special needs requests with ease. She took charge of scheduling gift presentations and toasts between courses, tweaking them as needed to meet our schedule. I couldn't be happier with her services and I appreciate the work she put forth to make this event a very special evening!

We first met Connie Clark when our daughter was organizing her wedding reception. At that time, Connie was involved with a startup venue that was undergoing renovations. To cut a long story short, around 7 PM the evening before our daughter's reception, it became clear that the venue was not prepared. When the venue manager was not responding to her calls, she rallied the group that was financing the remodeling project. By 10 PM, the lead investor instructed Connie to find an alternative location for the reception, which was scheduled for the following evening. Connie reached out to a nearby coffee shop/bar, explained the situation, and requested the on-duty manager to contact the owner to see if the reception could be held there. Shortly after, Connie received confirmation that the reception would take place at the new venue. She informed the investment group about the change in location and began reorganizing for the new space. Our family learned of the change around 7:30 AM on the day of the reception, and once we gave our approval, Connie assembled a team and transformed the coffee house/bar into a beautiful reception hall. What Connie managed to coordinate and accomplish in such a brief period was truly remarkable.
