I worked with Amanda while planning my May 2026 wedding at Hard Rock Los Cabos. As background, my wedding included 116 guests, with a 30-person wedding party. Also, we had Amanda to guide planning a Rehearsal Dinner, with a Welcome Party following dinner, for the night before the wedding. During the months leading up to the wedding, we had monthly meetings to ensure we were on track for our timeline. And Amanda was amazing at keeping in communication outside of these monthly check-ins. She would send me design inspirations, update me with vendor quotes, and would check to make sure I was feeling good about the process. During the initial design process, she was incredibly patient with me, my mom, and fiancé, when we changed designs (not once but twice). She made sure the overall design and feel of each event was exactly what my fiancé and I envisioned for each event. She was organized, and when we needed to make a few budget cuts, she gave advise on areas we could "save" and areas we could "splurge" without giving up the overall design and "feel" of the events. Amanda handled all communication with my vendors, which was AMAZING. She worked hard to follow up with the vendors, request negotiations, and request follow up quotes when we made design or budget changes. She planned the three event timelines, and everything went so smoothly. Without Amanda, I definitely do not think my wedding planning experience or wedding events would have worked out so flawlessly. I would recommend hiring Amanda every time! She truly was the best.

It was a pleasure working with Kaiya! She was very cooperative, knowledgeable, and organized throughout the entire process. The package I chose with Kaiya was the event management service. Wedding planning was a bit stressful for me since it was just my partner and I planning the whole thing together but 3 months before the event Kaiya jumped in and helped manage all of our vendors, helped with day of timeline, and more. She also helped coordinate the rehearsals and the day of the wedding. I truly did not have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day, Kaiya handled everything with ease and care, and she guided us through our timelines of events that day with expertise. For founder Jenn Greel, becoming a wedding and event planner was a natural path. Her journey began with bartending private events, and planning gatherings for friends, which eventually spared the idea of launching her own planning business. From our first wedding fair to signing our first client-who happened to be a coworker at the time-AWE Planner was built from scratch. Jenn was our month of wedding coordinator and she absolutely saved us with the most hectic month of wedding planning! It was incredible that Jenn was available for meetings even before the month of coordination stated. We are definitely the kind of couple that knew what we think we wanted but weren’t sure if they were actually good ideas for a wedding. Jenn has a ton of experience and definitely helped guide us onto the right path during those meetings! And very importantly, the day of the wedding was so smooth, if anything went wrong that day we had no idea because from our perspective we had the perfect day. She also had this great ability to take ideas we briefly mentioned during meetings and ensured they were delivered on the day of. She also definitely took care of us on our wedding day, and made sure we ate (which both our livers and stomachs really appreciated) - which does not seem like a guarantee during most weddings! As a bonus, Jenn is actually hilarious and our bridal parties loved working with her during the rehearsal, and several guests said they loved bumping into her as well! Also, don’t underestimate Jenn’s hatchback! We took an overloaded sleeper van with all our decor and alcohol for the wedding and were convinced it would not fit in there in one trip, and she proved us wrong! Get yourself a wedding planner that can efficiently tetris both wedding items and wedding plans like Jenn!

From the very beginning, they scheduled an initial meeting to understand our love story, our vision for the wedding, our budget, and to walk us through the services they offer at The Darling Buds. After that meeting, they sent over a detailed breakdown of their packages. After thoughtful consideration, we chose the Month-of Coordination package--and it was one of the best decisions we made! In addition to coordination, they helped us build a beautiful and affordable wedding website that included our love story, the wedding agenda, RSVP page, photo gallery, and a link to our registry. They also went above and beyond by helping us create a wedding invitation tailored for our international guests to assist with their visa applications--such a thoughtful touch. One month before the wedding, we had a comprehensive prep meeting to go through every detail of the big day. Anna and Lucky became our main point of contact for all vendor communication, which saved us so much time and stress. As first-time newlyweds, we felt incredibly supported--they thought of every little detail we might have missed. They were punctual and helpful at our rehearsal, offering invaluable tips for ceremony positioning, like where each person should stand and how to coordinate with photographers and videographers to ensure all the right moments were captured. On the wedding day itself, Anna and Lucky truly worked their magic-arranging outdoor dining tables, communicating seamlessly with vendors, and keeping us updated on the schedule to make sure everything went smoothly. We are beyond satisfied with the planning and execution of our wedding thanks to Anna and Lucky. She followed up with me every month leading up to the wedding to make sure the planning and vendor bookings were on track and. She also helped a ton with planning the full schedule for the day and had a good sense of how long each thing would take. And on the day-of she put out sooo many fires- unexpected guests showing up, adding an extra reception table, grabbing the vows that I forgot in the car last minute, coordinating with all the vendors. And every event was exactly on time and perfectly smooth. Even if you're doing a mostly DIY or budget wedding- day-of coordination is sooo worth it and I highly recommend Perfection Unlimited. They're super professional, calm, and kind. So grateful to their team for all their hard work.

I could tell she knew exactly what she was doing when we spoke on the phone. My number one priority was to not have to set up stuff on my wedding day and not have to coordinate. Anytime there was a problem on my wedding day she took care of it and was very active in my wedding day. From handling a problem with the caterer to handing out blankets to guests as their gift. Not only did she do all of that she also took pictures and videos and created a whole album for me since she knew I wouldn’t get pictures from my photographer/videographer for a while. We had the most wonderful experience working with Samantha Gruwell for our Nov 2021 Deer Park Villa wedding. She did the month of coordination and it was the best decision we could have made. We were feeling overwhelmed with all of the details that still needed ironed out those last few weeks leading up the wedding, and Sam was so helpful in getting everything organized, and really put us at ease. She took control of communication with all our vendors (venue, photographer, caterer, DJ, florist) and ensured our special day had a well planned schedule that ran seamlessly. Sam was so hands-on throughout the entire process. We did multiple zoom calls to go over details and questions, and she did a walk through of the venue with us a few weeks prior. She helped us organize our rehearsal to ensure the ceremony had the right timing and flow. And she helped us perfectly execute it on the day of. She even stuck around through the very end of the evening and helped to dismantle some of the flowers and decor. Sam really put her heart and soul into ensuring our wedding day went flawlessly, and she’s also one of the kindest, most thoughtful people you’ll meet. Our wedding was an absolute dream, and we owe it all to Sam for making our dream a reality! Cannot recommend her enough for your wedding planning needs.
