    We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Jillicious! My husband and I are major foodies so we knew we didn’t want to have standard wedding food at our reception. We started searching for wedding caterers that would work with us to customize the perfect menu for our wedding day. Jillicious did not disappoint! We worked with Chef Jill to put together the most delicious menu of both apps and main courses. Everyone we spoke to after the wedding couldn’t stop raving about how good the food was. It honestly rivaled many of our favorite restaurants in NYC. In addition to the food, Chef Jill and her staff were amazing. They were so responsive throughout the whole wedding process and offered so many great recommendations. On the wedding day, the staff were very helpful with getting the rentals in order, setting up the tables, etc. We also had some guests thank us for how allergy conscious the wedding and staff were. We're so grateful to Jillicious for bringing our vision to life and couldn’t recommend them more! They truly contributed to an absolutely perfect wedding day!

      Chef Mellanee and The Fork Goes on the Left absolutely blew us (and our guests) away. We wanted an elevated take on African and Caribbean comfort foods, and she delivered beyond expectations. The crab cakes during cocktail hour were a hit (people are still talking about them!), and our sweetheart meal — a rich shellfish stew — was unforgettable. I genuinely wish I could have that meal again. What really stood out was Chef Melanie’s professionalism and care. From our private tasting( photos attached ) to day-of service, everything was seamless. Her communication was clear, her staff was friendly and attentive, and she worked so collaboratively with us — even down to helping with mixers for our bar setup. I have multiple food allergies, and her team went above and beyond to accommodate them safely without compromising on taste or presentation. And as a final touch, she surprised us with a thoughtful card and gift — such a sweet gesture that perfectly captured the warmth she brings to her work.         I cannot sing this company's praises enough! We heard about them through a friend who was thrilled with her wedding catering through JAN NYC, so we booked them to do my bridal shower. We were so pleased that we had them do our engagement party. Now they are doing our wedding! Nick Miller, the head of the company, is your point of contact, and his awesome personality will make you feel so at ease. I didn't have to lift a finger for either event, really. I told him some basic ideas for a menu and theme, and he ran with it. He had so many great suggestions to give in keeping with my vision. He's extremely thorough and plans everything out to the tee. We were amazed at how seamless and perfect everything turned out, considering we ended up making last minute changes and adding 15 extra people last minute! Most importantly, the food is delicious and the presentation impeccable. I was very impressed with the creativity! The guests were raving about the food from both events. There is a very big selection to choose from...and it is great that they so versed in simple comfort food as well as fancy cuisine. Nick is now doing my wedding because I know I'm in the best hands. He has been in the catering field for many years and I trust his expertise. Weddings are stressful and there are unpredictable factors when it comes to planning. Nick's organization and attention to detail is honestly keeping us sane while we plan this big event. He has been in contact with our other vendors and even got us a discount! While studying at NYU, Rebecca came up with the concept of STUF'D to fulfill the need for a savory French toast, as it was yet to be done. She decided to start the business as a food truck in 2016, as a way to keep her brand more mobile. Since then, we have evolved into a full-service catering company, offering a variety of sandwiches, sliders, and cocktail bites, and serving events that range from weddings and birthday parties to large-scale events!

            Stuf'd was the perfect wedding caterer for our special day. We were so nervous booking a caterer blind from across the country, but were wowed by Stuf'd! From the start, their communication was prompt and efficient - they preferred to text which made it easy for us to stay in touch throughout the planning process. Their service and the quality of the food was truly exceptional, earning a solid 10/10 in our book. The appetizers were a huge hit, with so many compliments from our guests on the creative and delicious selections. They also did an amazing job accommodating the many food allergies and dietary restrictions of our guests, ensuring everyone was able to enjoy the meal.             The food was delicious (a fact *many* guests were incredulous about), the staff so kind, and Amanda the catering manager an amazing partner. From the initial tasting when we felt like royalty, to the dozen twists and turns to our order to get the price down to the wire, all the way through 11th hour changes to the rentals (changes, I might add, that Amanda had already foreseen!), we were so happy with our choice to go with Emma’s Torch. It was a cherry on top that they are a nonprofit with such a fantastic mission.

                Working with Pheasant was the best decision we could have made for our wedding!!! Yes, it sounds cliché, but it is true. The title of this post is not even a joke; friends and family will-not-stop-talking-about-how-good-the-food-was-at-the-wedding...I'm like...hello? What about me, the bride? Our hilarious and heartfelt vows? The live band? Or even our surprise choreographed dance? Nope!! The food was the **true highlight** of the day/night. Although I may sound mad about it, I am not because it was absolutely delicious, stunning, fresh, and extremely memorable. The appetizers at cocktail hour, the raw bar, and the family style dinner was 10/10, 5 stars, 100%. Most brides and grooms don't even eat at their wedding because they are mingling...but, we had seconds and thirds with extra romesco sauce!!!! Working with Pheasant was hands down the easiest part of the whole wedding. Lola and Cat were incredibly quick to respond to emails, they went along with our requests and offered incredible suggestions. On top of all of that, they handled the rentals, collaborated with our florist and made the table setting romantic, dreamy, and very us 3 They also emotionally supported my decision when I switched event coordinators somewhat late in the game and they helped me find a better match. Lola and Cat were present and professional throughout our time together and then disappeared like fairy godmothers on the special day. They were there, because I vividly remember demanding a hug, but once the event started, they were working their magic on the backend and making sure we had the wedding of our dreams. I do not have a single complaint and I aim to be as honest as possible when writing reviews because it is what helped me make my decision when I was hiring vendors. Do yourself a favor, and hire Pheasant to cater your wedding and you and your guests can thank me later.

We source directly from local farmers, we work with an organic butcher, a wild fish monger and importers of select cheese and specialty products.

                      We had a great experience working with Chef Ellen. Not only did she do an amazing job on the food, she also helped with furniture rentals and staffing as well. She was extremely accommodating and worked with us to create some unique dishes based on my wife and I’s background which she absolutely nailed. During the whole process she was very responsive and really went above and beyond to help us stay within budget while providing excellent service. Highly recommend!

                      Me and my husband chose MAHFY to cater our 80 person wedding because they offered extensive menu options and the price was right. We are SO GLAD we went with them. This husband and wife team was a true pleasure to work with from the beginning. They came to our home for a tasting, which made for a lovely sort of date night. We enjoyed getting to know them and felt very taken care of. They remained attentive and communicative in the months leading up to the wedding, answering any questions right away. At the wedding, our guests were delighted by the food, and I’m still hearing praises of it a month later. From the beginning, Mario and his team stood out with their blend of professionalism and personal touch, making us feel truly supported. Their attention to detail, clear communication, and flawless execution exceeded all our expectations. When we started looking for a coordinator, we spoke with eight companies. Our priorities were simple: someone affordable, organized, and easy to communicate with. With demanding jobs and limited time, we needed a team to handle the details, allowing us to focus on our big day. While other companies were professional, Mr. Hospitality was the only one that checked all the boxes and added a personal touch that set them apart. From the start, Mario’s genuine enthusiasm made us feel at ease. It was like catching up with an old friend who was excited about our lives—our two cats, how we met nine years ago, and even our plan to walk down the aisle together. He remembered these details in every follow-up, showing a level of care that made us feel truly special. As planning progressed, Selina joined the team with her organizational skills, vision, and positive energy. She brought detailed floor plans, timelines, and vendor coordination materials, even taking the time to review our Pinterest boards to understand our design preferences. Kiara, our day-of coordinator, joined closer to the event, bringing a calming presence while keeping everything on track. On our wedding day, their expertise was evident. Kiara met us at the getting-ready location, tissues ready for our first look, and drinks and hors d'oeuvres in our suite after the ceremony. She knew when to step in and when to stay in the background. Selina transformed our venue, blending last-minute Amazon decorations with stunning rental pieces like the ceremony arch and lighting features. She worked seamlessly with their trusted vendor partners, ensuring everything came together beautifully. They didn’t just arrange flowers—they elevated our vision with high-quality elements and professional touches that made the space feel cohesive and uniquely ours. A standout moment was during family photos when emotions were high. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, we could simply say, “Kiara has the list,” and trust her to guide us. Later, when we needed lights dimmed for the dance floor, they handled it without a hitch. Even when the cake was delivered to the wrong location, they ensured it arrived perfectly. After the event, their thoughtfulness continued. When they picked up our items a few days later, we found a handwritten card with personal moments they cherished from working with us, along with a Polaroid from our first dance, humorously labeled as the “paw-rents” of our cats. A few weeks later, Selina recognized one of us at a company holiday event and came out to say hello, making it feel like reconnecting with an old friend.                       I have nothing but effusive praise for Fig & Pig! They were the best catering team imaginable for our fall wedding in the Catskills. Holly prepares truly delicious meals, with huge crowd pleasers including the heritage smoked chicken, lasagne, and the cocktail hour crab cakes. Throughout the planning process Tammy was always quick to respond, and eager to incorporate unique little twists. We had homemade cookies we wanted to serve alongside Fig & Pig's delightful sticky toffee pudding and strawberry shortcake -- and they ensured it happened seamlessly. The bartenders and waitstaff brought fantastic, upbeat energy to the party. I can't overstate how thoughtful Holly and Tammy were every step of the way. Just one example: Fig & Pig had a small tray of appetizers set out for us in a private area following the ceremony, so my husband and I could savor a brief moment alone and enjoy all of the canapes before joining our guests at cocktail hour. Fig & Pig's food is magnificent. The specialty cocktails are stunners. I would recommend this team to anyone -- they are absolutely stellar.
