I have a boutique catering business specializing in upscale events for parties of 10 to 100. We offer an eclectic and elegant menu and put a high value on a natural, yet inventive presentation. The proprietor has been in business for herself for over 15 years and has decades of experience in Food and Beverage. Her first "aha moment" happened after seeing the movie Babettes Feast.

I offer a very personalized service and work as the head Chef on 100% of my events. I only book up to one event (sometimes two) per weekend, and am able to offer an attention to detail for my clients. By limiting the number of events I do per year, I can devote all of my time to each client.
