The name came to us after our late pets passed away four days apart from each other back in June of 2021. We had a bunny named Snowball and a sugar glider named Chi. We combined the name and violà! In 2017, my culinary journey took a significant step forward when I joined Liberty House Restaurant, where I developed a passion for fine dining and large-scale catering.
