Uncle Jessie’s Hot Dogs is a product of two of the most important things to Jess: food and community. It is an opportunity to give back and support neighbors and friends while also remembering to enjoy the simplicity of life. Hot dog carts are a great surprise to have for your wedding guests. We all know how hungry you get after a long night of dancing and drinking. No matter where your wedding is, you’ll feed like you’re on the corner of Central Park west grabbing a quick bite.

What makes us stand out the most is that we are the only hot dog cart in Monmouth County that also has vegan dirty water dogs. We ensure that everyone gets to be a part of the special celebration. Unlike big food trucks, we are a cart so we have the means to take up as much or as little room as needed. And we don’t require electricity or any loud generators.

    One of the best hotdogs I’ve ever had! I had the truck stop dog and it fully sent me to flavor town. The people working the stand were a delight & I’ve been telling all my friends to make sure they follow them on Instagram so they too can see where uncle Jessie’s is gonna be next so they can also go enjoy one of the best dogs on the Jersey shore!

    Such a good spot! Had a perfectly smothered dog on a bench by the lake, headed to the beach fed and happy. The Truck Stop dog is my favorite but Billy Cart reigns as the gold standard- truly the platonic ideal of hot dogs. No pics cause I unhinged my jaw and inhaled this deliciousness

    Awesome hot dogs. Super fresh and DELICIOUS toppings(homemade chili and stewed onions!!!!). Amazing service. Absolutely love this food truck.
