Hi! I’m Lesly, founder of Hive Heart Ember LLC. I created Hive Heart Ember from a belief that life’s most cherished moments happen when loved ones gather together. Weddings, engagements, bridal showers, and celebrations of love are filled with meaningful connections, and I wanted to create beautiful experiences that bring people closer. Hive Heart Ember specializes in elevated charcuterie that adds warmth, beauty, & intention to every milestone on your journey from “yes” to “I do.” We offer all things charcuterie from boards to grazing spreads and a mobile charcuterie cart.

From engagement celebrations & bridal suite spreads to cocktail hours & wedding weekend gatherings, every display is thoughtfully crafted with premium ingredients & attention to detail.     The best charcuterie board business out there!!

    Working with Hive Heart Ember LLC has been a pleasure from beginning to end! Their communication is so quick and direct, which made planning straightforward and stress-free. What really sets them apart is the quality of their work - their spreads are consistently fresh and flavorful, with every board looking polished and refined. They brought such an elevated touch to our cocktail hour, and guests couldn't stop raving about how beautiful everything looked!     Five Stars Isn’t Enough

    Obsessed is an understatement! Hive Heart Ember LLC made the most amazing charcuterie nachos for my cottage-themed birthday in Newport, Rhode Island, and they were an absolute hit. Not only were they gorgeous, but every bite was so fresh and delicious. The attention to detail, creativity, and love that went into everything really showed. My guests kept going back for more and were talking about them all night! If you’re looking for something unique, beautiful, and guaranteed to impress, Hive Heart Ember LLC is your girl.     Excellent food and service

    We had the pleasure of having Hive Heart Ember LLC cater for our party. The presentation was absolutely beautiful, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. Not only was the food delicious the service was amazing. They were so easy to communicate with! Lesly was friendly, professional, and made the entire process seamless from start to finish. I highly recommend Hive Heart Ember LLC. They exceeded our expectations and helped make our celebration extra special!

Delivery is complimentary throughout Central New Jersey (Trenton to Elizabeth). Events outside of our Central NJ service area are subject to a $40 delivery fee. For our charcuterie cart services, travel is included anywhere within New Jersey at no additional cost.
Yes, our event minimum is 30 guests for our cart services, 20 for grazing tables, 15 for charcuterie boards, and 12 for cups/to-go boxes.
We recommend 30 days in advance but we can work with you to accommodate a quick turnaround time for last minute events.
We mainly service Central NJ but are happy to service all of NJ.
Yes! All of our standard offerings are nut-free unless nuts are specifically requested. We can also accommodate Kosher-style, Halal-friendly, vegetarian, and other dietary preferences. To ensure the best experience, we ask that any dietary restrictions or special requests be communicated in advance. Additional accommodations may be subject to an added fee depending on the request.
We offer all things charcuterie - from beautifully curated charcuterie boards and individual cups/boxes to elevated grazing tables, flat-lay grazing spreads, and our signature mobile charcuterie cart experience. We create memorable experiences tailored to your vision. And as a special touch, we can even officiate your wedding if needed!
