Hi! I’m Lesly, founder of Hive Heart Ember LLC. I created Hive Heart Ember from a belief that life’s most cherished moments happen when loved ones gather together. Weddings, engagements, bridal showers, and celebrations of love are filled with meaningful connections, and I wanted to create beautiful experiences that bring people closer. Hive Heart Ember specializes in elevated charcuterie that adds warmth, beauty, & intention to every milestone on your journey from “yes” to “I do.” We offer all things charcuterie from boards to grazing spreads and a mobile charcuterie cart.

From engagement celebrations & bridal suite spreads to cocktail hours & wedding weekend gatherings, every display is thoughtfully crafted with premium ingredients & attention to detail. Our goal is to create a warm atmosphere that celebrates love & connection. HHE proudly celebrates love in all its forms. Perfect experience
We had the most wonderful experience with this charcuterie service! Everything was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The presentation was stunning, and every detail was thoughtfully put together. It was not only delicious but also added such a beautiful touch to our event. The communication throughout the entire process was incredible. They were responsive, attentive, and made sure everything was exactly what we wanted. Obsessed is an understatement! Hive Heart Ember LLC made the most amazing charcuterie nachos for my cottage-themed birthday in Newport, Rhode Island, and they were an absolute hit. Not only were they gorgeous, but every bite was so fresh and delicious. The attention to detail, creativity, and love that went into everything really showed.
