Hi there! Gianella and Andrew here! We're the owners of SnowChi Peruvian Cuisine. We’re a food trailer based out of Ocean County, NJ. Two food loving gamers came together as one in 2014 and now we own a business together serving Peruvian food from our cozy trailer for you to enjoy! The name came to us after our late pets passed away four days apart from each other back in June of 2021. We had a bunny named Snowball and a sugar glider named Chi. We combined the name and violà! Together and with the strength of God, we managed to pull through the challenges that life has thrown at us. We look forward to working with you on your special day!

We keep the traditional Peruvian flavors while still adding our personal twist to certain dishes, desserts and drinks. We pride ourselves in making tasty Peruvian food that will keep you coming back for more. Every meal is carefully prepare with a lot of love & passion.

    Exceptional Food, Exceptional Service

    We had the pleasure of having SnoChi Peruvian Cuisine cater our wedding, and they exceeded every expectation! From the very beginning, they were wonderful to work with—responsive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making our day special. The food was absolutely incredible. Our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was! Every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully prepared. It was clear that a great deal of care and passion went into every aspect of the meal. Not only was the food outstanding, but the entire SnoChi team was professional, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the planning process and on the day of our wedding.     Amazing Service and Food!!

    We booked SnowChi Peruvian Cuisine for our wedding and the food was delicious! The service was great and everyone had great things to say about them. I recommend them for any event!

To book with us for your wedding, we kindly ask that you let us know a month in advance. We would appreciate much more months in advance since we do get booked very quickly!
Yes, we charge a travel fee when you book with us. The fee depends on how far the event location is from us.
Yes, we require 50 guests for all weddings. Any less than 50 guests, we’ll still charge for 50 guests.
To some dishes, yes! We can accommodate vegan, vegetarian, and nut allergy.
Yes, we do offer drop off catering.
We don’t offer free tastings. However, you can order a variety through catering.
Yes, we do require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold the date.
