SnowChi Peruvian Cuisine

Hello Everyone :) Gianella and Andrew here! We're the owners of SnowChi Peruvian Cuisine. We’re a food trailer based out of Ocean County, NJ. Two food loving gamers came together as one in 2014 and now we own a business together serving Peruvian food from our cozy trailer for you to enjoy! The name came to us after our late pets passed away four days apart from each other back in June of 2021. We had a bunny named Snowball and a sugar glider named Chi. So there you have it! Together and with the strength of God, we managed to pull through the challenges that life has thrown at us. We look forward to working with you on your special day!

We keep the traditional Peruvian flavors while still adding our personal twist to certain dishes, desserts and drinks. We pride ourselves in making tasty Peruvian food that will keep you coming back for more. Every meal is carefully prepare with a lot of love & passion.
